I really liked staying here.. I got a driver to take us around the city because I didn't feel like it was that walkable. The front desk was so wonderful and helpful. This hotel is well-located in the business district, but even for visiting the old town it is only a good walk or short cab ride away. The staff were extremely friendly; the premises, both the rooms and the public areas, were immaculate.

The hotel was fine, but the only nearby sight is the Warsaw Uprising (the larger, longer uprising-- not the Ghetto Uprising) Museum. Otherwise, it's a long walk to any other important destination. There is next to nothing in the immediate area--e.g. stores or restaurants. I'd read many reviews before and after booking so I hope that my review helps with your decision to book with the Hilton. We stayed 9 nights in an Executive King Room. I found everyone to be very welcoming. The room was a reasonable size and a wonderful bathroom. The shower is a bit on the small side but that said I would give up the extra space to […] have that great bath tub any day. Yes the tub got used! Housekeeping was above average. The staff in the executive lounge were all great, helpful and professional. Some of the hot meal offerings could get redundant but there was a lot of other fare to enjoy. The 15 minutes exercise walking to the city centre or Old Town helped to burn off the extra calories from breakfast croissants. Looked at the pool but didn't get around to getting in. Hotel Concierge - Top Notch. Certainly a keeper. Helped with train schedules, tram and bus routes, maps and more. If I ever get the opportunity to travel to Warsaw again, I wouldn't hesitate to book The Hilton again. Read more

This was a great hotel and a very good price. Services and amenities were superb. Breakfast foods were very good. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Only slight negative was the location. about 1-1,5 km from the main town sites. But the hotel outweighed the issue o location. It was a 30 minute walk to the Old Town section.

Hotel was very nice in keeping with what you would expect from the Hilton. Breakfasts were very good. The location isn't great as it is a reasonable distance from the center of town - Warsaw public transport is very good though which negates it a little. The rates for wifi are completely absurd and as such a private traveller would never pay them.

the hotel was nice, but the sports center was not kid friendly at all. my children were not allowed to use the pool (except for 3 hours during the mid afternoon). this was disappointing. my children are 12 and 14 years old so they are not toddlers.

The Hilton Warsaw Hotel Conv Centr was beautiful and only a 20 minute walk to Old Town (Stare Miasto.) The room was great. Ask for a top floor with a view of the city. We did and it was wonderful. (Just don't look right next door, there is a lot of work going on downtown and it's not always pretty.) The rooms are well equipped, the beds are plush and […] you sink right in. There are bedding options, so if you don't like what they provide, apparently you can request other pillows, sheets, etc. They provided us with three, euro-sized pillows of varying firmness. This was a drawback because my husband and I like the same, downy pillows and there not two to use. The bathrooms were spacious, well-lit, and there is a nice, deep soaking tub with a shower extension (all tubs should have this, in my opinion). There is also a separate shower and this came in handy. The only kind of gross part was that the ice tongs were NOT clean. We didn't need to use them so we didn't complain, but I debated it. Sticky and hairy... Nasty! We ordered room service the day we checked out, and for 88 PLN, I didn't really think it was worth the money. It had a LOT of food, (breads, omelette, etc) but nothing was well cooked, and certainly wasn't what I would have expected from a Hilton property. The downside to this? There is nowhere else to really get breakfast in that area, except other hotels... Otherwise? We slept well and enjoyed our stay. Read more

Room was a good size, and there is a nice big functional gym. The location is a bit out of the way though and not as central as some of the other hotels. Bathroom was also a good size. The staff were non descriptive, i.e. did not make an impression for good or bad.
