We had the family room which included a fold-out sofa for our 10-year old son. The bed was incredibly comfortable for a pull out, as was our queen bed. The room as clean, although not spotless. The room service food was very good and became a good backup for us when we were tired and didn't want to eat in another restaurant. The shuttles were always […] right on time, although it would have been nice to have them running later as we went into Paris 3 nights and had to make sure we were back on the train around 6pm in order to catch the last shuttle at 8:15. That cut out any real evenings in the city, unless we wanted to pay 20 Euros for a cab from the train station. I had a few problems in the room, which could not be fixed during my stay: the bed side lamp was not working, and there was a problem with the toilet flush. That problem seemed to exist for a long time. My biggest issue with the hotel is with their room service policy: apparently, if your order does not reach 25 Euros, they will charge you 8 Euros […] extra. We chose the Radisson Blu for its location and great rate we received which included a fabulous breakfast each morning. We had excellent service and the entire staff was extremely professional, friendly and helpful. We were traveling with out two little girls and it was a perfect hotel for children. Theirselves stayed four days and though it does take […] approximately 45 minutes to an hour to take the train into Paris, it is an easy way to travel and it was nice to stay in the countryside. We were also close to Disneyland which is where we spent our last day. The free shuttle each morning and in the evening to and from the train station/Disneyland was great. This hotel is basic, the shuttel to disney was useful but it stops at 8 pm so if you are in for a movie or dinner in disney then you will need to return to taxi. The neighbourhoud is plain so it is hard to find a taxi or get necessities. I overall liked the hotel. I was with 2 kids 5 and 1 year old. The staff was friendly and brought us extra quilts and pillows and child cot. Excellent swimming pool with child locks for safety. The food was good but expensive. The view from our room was magnificient.

The hotel was very clean and very pretty. Everything looked great. however the restaurants were very expensive. Breakfast started at 23 euro per person. Also the staff was very unorganized. You would ask a question and then get two or three different answers depending on who you asked. They do have a shuttle that runs from the hotel to Disney every half-hour, but make sure you sign up for a time or you can't get on the shuttle. Bad points: The room seemed to be smoking, I am sure I booked non-smoking (we were 2 adults and 2 kids aged 6 and 8). The staff in the hotel and also notably in the restaurant could not care less: the food was very late, items missing from the order (e.g. no lemon with a fish dish - even after a reminder, had to wait over 10 min for it!), food delivered […] at different times to the party so the last main course was brought about 20 min after the first, this is just unacceptable, and also quite unbelievable for a hotel restaurant in France! Breakfast ordered in the room was missing butter (but plenty of bakery) and yogurts, had to send for these twice - the staff tried to argue that for some reason they only had to bring one missing item at a time! First, It was really disappointing and late when the receptionist informed us that our room was ready at check-in. Moreover, the Hotel was also mistaken by giving us a room which was reserved for another customer. We were outside and the Hotel Management didn't even inform us about any change during that day. So disgusting and horrible Management !!!! Overall the hotel is fine. Not the standard of other Radissons but it's o.k The entire Disney experience from hotel to venue is overpriced so you expect to be ripped off slightly more than usual. Dining in this hotel is not good - breakfast very expensive and poor, staff are miserable and they show it! We took our 2 and 4 year old to Disneyland and found this to be just right for us. Family room easily accomodated us with a cot in as well however the pull out dble bed would not be suitable for an adult or maybe older kids as pretty uncomfortable (4 year old slept in one of the dips). Fridge in the room to store snacks for the kids. Swimming pool was […] well maintained and popular with our two but hardly used by anybody else which was nice! Staff pleasant, room service food was great and plenty of it. Plenty of choice at breakfast our only criticism would be that the cleaning of the room could have been a bit better - missed emptying bins, bath plug missing and bin in bathroom a bit smelly (but replaced/removed as soon as we mentioned). Ideal for getting to and from Disneyland we bought an annual pass from the park which got us early access(8am) and went down before the crowds, went back to the hotel for lunch and sleep and then went back for the parades etc later, this was really managable given the proximity. Stayed one night at the Raddisson Blu before going to Disney.It is a short ride from Disney and free shuttles every half hour. Kids loved the swimming pool and the grounds surrounding the hotel. Rooms were spacious and service was quite good. Would stay here again.

We booked 2 rooms and stayed for a long weekend. It would have been nice to have connecting rooms but we did not request at booking. The rooms were clean very comfortable. One side of the sofabed had collapsed so my daughter slept on the other side! The room service was good too. Did not eat in the restaurant as we were out a fair bit. At first glance, this hotel looks very impressive, clean and worthy of its' 4 stars. Guests benefit from the "Guest Satisfaction Guarantee" which states "If our guests are not satisfied with something, we will make it right, or they will not pay." Unfortunately, this seems to work against you rather than for you. We stayed there the last weekend in […] May, when temperatures were between 25C and 28C. All through the first night, the AC kept switching off, leaving us stifling hot. We complained, they fixed it the next afternoon. During the 3rd night it broke again. So, they "make it right", but that doesn't mean you get a great stay! Other complaints; 1) Phone in room - all keys stuck down my some practical joker! 2) Swimming pool set at 24C, which felt very cold with air temperatures of 28C! 3) Folder in room said not to take towels down to pool. Arrived down there to find now towels,so rang reception, who asked "how many in your party?". I answered 4 but there are others down here. They brought 4 towels! 4) Like many hotels of this level, the restaurant prices are very high particularly if you suffer from paying GBP. Main courses start at 20 Euro. 5) Advertised everywhere that they sold Disney tickets - went to buy some - told the safe is locked, come back at 10am. The park opens at 10am! In short, if you have your own vehicle and can therefore go elsewhere for food, not a bad hotel, but certainly not worthy of 4 stars! Read more
