"Just passing through"
This was not an intended stop for us. Due to weather we stopped for the night. Staff was extremely polite and helpful. We had to go out of hotel for food because kitchen was closed for the off season. However because of its location there were wonderful option just steps outside of the hotel. Neat location with the shopping and the fountains that perform […] to music. Rooms were clean and extremely comfortable for my family of 4. We also took advantage of their pool and hottub. Had we been staying longer, I was pleased to see they had a nicely equipped workout room with ellipticals, treadmills, free-weights, etc. My family has decided that we need to go back during a warmer time. We had a suite and it was very nice. It had the handicapped shower . My husband uses crutches slipped on the floors. He was okay, but if you never had that problem then it was not thought of. Everything else was nice.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

location was great very close to the entertainment we were enjoying while staying there. Only one negative was that there was no snack or drink machine anywhere close to our room.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great Place in Branson"
We stayed in a condo, separated bedroom/living room and kitchen. Large bathroom, wrap around porch. Even though our room faced west (front of the building) it still offered a decent view of downtown Branson. I recommend this hotel if you are going to Branson for business or shopping. If you are going for shows, stay on the strip. Walking distance to […] old downtown shops and dining. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great for step-out shopping convenience!"
This hotel surrounds the walkway "intersection" by the fountain on the landing. There are different towers on the different sides by the landing. Since it's right in the middle, I rarely carried shopping bags from one store to another; I just brought them back to the hotel. I have never stayed here and loved the convenience. You can pay per day and […] use the hotel parking garage which is easily accessible from the main road. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Pros and Cons to North Tower vs. South Tower"
The Hilton Promenade is right on the Branson Landing strip with the water fountain right between the North and South Towers. There is a also a Hilton Conference Center across the street, so make sure not to get them confused. If you have family members with disabilities, you will want the Promenade for sure. You have to check in before you park in the […] parking garage as you need your room key to park. It's $10 a day to park in the garage or $25 a day for valet. The South Tower is farther away from the lobby and does not have vending. If you want a Coke, if you want to use the exercise room or swim, or eat at the Hilton, you have to cross from the South Tower to the North Tower. My roommate wanted a bottled water late at night, so had to walk in her pajamas in the rain from the South Tower to the North Tower. The Hilton Promenade is great in bad weather as it is steps away from shopping and restaurants. You can walk out the door, take a few steps and eat at an Irish Pub or shop at many stores. It's really ideal for the elderly. The Hilton Promenade is very pricey compared to the many rooms available all through-out Branson. You can certainly stay at very nice motels and hotels for 1/5 of the price. The advantage is to be incredibly close to the Branson Landing. The Hilton Promenade is also very close to the Branson Railway, but so is the Hilton Conference Center. You also have a great view of downtown Branson or the Landing depending on where you room is located. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Excellent service & nice hotel"
My 4 year old son & I had an excellent stay at the Hilton Promenade. When we walked in with our bags, we were immediately greeted by an employee asking if I needed assistance. The room was spotless & comfy. The entire staff was extremely friendly. We called room service for dinner & had to leave a message as there was no answer. When they didn't call […] back in 15 minutes, I called them again & was able to order. Our food was excellent. All in all room and service was accommadating. A few problems but when addressed to mgmt it was taken care of immediately. The promenade outside was wonderful. Loved the shopping on site. The atmosphere was great. Loved view of lake. Will definitely go back. We had a handicap room. It had a very large bathroom and roll in shower. Full kitchen. "lack of management overview."
Help seemed to be trying, but inexperienced. One evening (six p.m.) after returning from day of excursions we discovered room had not been made up. We settled for having them just bring fresh towels. Ours was an anniversary get away, with our daughter phoning the hotel from out of state and ordering a surprise $85 bottle of champagne that never made […] it to our suite and was never mentioned to us by management even though her credit card has already been billed. (Still waiting to be contacted) Our luxury suite was nice with great viewing except for massive cobwebs throughout the veranda. One phone call took care of that. Wish we had the same good fortune w/ the bubbly. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Our Expectations were very disappointing."
The room was large and well furnished. The noise from the heating and air conditioning unit was deafening. I called the front desk and they sent up a nice gentleman that explained to us that the on and off buttons on the thermostat were not wired up. He did go get a ladder and got up where the unit was located and turned down the air speed of the fan […] motor to its lowest point without it going off completely. That really helped with the loud wind tunnel noise coming from the heating and air conditioning unit. The next disappointment we encountered was upon setting up my laptop we find out there is a charge per day for Wi-Fi and in the Hilton's advertising they offer "Free Wi-Fi. After taking a shower we discovered that there was a large amount of water on the tile floor outside of the shower door. The bath matt on the floor was totally soaked. Upon checking the shower door seal we found that the seal was not connecting tight enough and the water from the running shower was leaking out on the tile floor. We reported that to the front desk upon checking out. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

We had reservations for a King Room and mentioned to the desk clerk that it was our honeymoon vacation. She upgraded us free to a one bedroom suite for free!!!! We had an incredible view of the fountains and a Jacuzzi tub for 2. We had a great time and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Branson...Genuine Expedia guest review
I would stay again - it is right on the the Landing and the room is spotless with a comfortable bed. Next time I would bring a sleep mask to keep out the light and a fan to cool the room and cover any noises. The temperature is controlled at 72F so if you like it colder, you have to call.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Friendly people, comfortable bed & clean facility"
The Hotel Employee's are so warm, nice and friendly. Branson, MO has the nicest people. Our room overlooked the fountain, best view I think, and the bed very comfortable and room very nice. Only one night was a little noisy as we were right across from the elevator. We stayed Monday thru Thursday night. Did not like the parking situation. If you bring […] your luggage in it is very inconvenient. The garage is on the opposite side of the building and you have to drag your bags up a step, thru the lobby and possibly into another building depending on where your room is. Also, there was not much staff present thru the week. I have never been in a Hilton where a lobby is so quiet. For some, this could be a good thing. The restaurant was only open for breakfast but there was room service till 11:00 PM. Restaurant may be open on weekends for lunch and dinner, not sure. I did not use the pool or exercise room but both looked nice. One other comment, we did not know where to have dinner. We asked at the front desk about a couple restaurants near the hotel. The employee's at the front desk relayed feed back from other customers but they had not visited the restaurants in question. I like when some one can tell me their own experience. We were in a room on the corner of a busy intersection. The train tracks were across the street. At 2 & 4 a.m. It sounded like the Train was coming in our room! "It was very convenient"
The hotel and room wasn't really different than any other. I was actually disappointed. I thought there would be more room, two chairs to sat in. The pictures had led me to believe there was a jet tub in the room. The room and hotel was no different than any other I stay in and pay half that price or less. The only thing was the convenience to the Landing. […] I seriously doubt I will do it again. I was down in my back and needed the convenience this trip. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Not worth the money"
This hotel would have been a great idea - a quality hotel overlooking a new open-air mall that has a family-friendly carnival atmosphere, especially at night, this would be a great complement to the Branson Strip. It provides an additional set of Branson activities without taking away from the original. However, the hotel is greatly overpriced. I've […] stayed at similar properties by this same chain that had exactly the same quality for less than half the rate. Internet connectivity was slow, yet was not free. But by far the biggest pain was the fact that this hotel is located directly adjacent to a WORKING freight train track, as in - right across the street. SO both nights that I stayed there, I was awoken at about 3am when the train came through. I would not stay here again at any price. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"First class service in a small town!!"
The lovely men and women of this hotel went out of their way to ensure that my mother and I enjoyed our stay. From the moment we arrived on the hotel's property, the valet was engaging and very personable. On the final morning of our trip, we had a small issue with the wait staff inside of the hotel's restaurant. We decided it best to have breakfast […] at another restaurant outside of the hotel. The hotel restaurant manager heard about the problem and found us immediately after the incident. She sent us complimentary breakfast to our room and apologized profusely for the incident. She was professional, accommodating and very kind. The hotel also decided to comp our valet bill. I have stayed at many so called "five star" hotels and have never experienced service as warm and inviting as this. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Branson, MO!! At Hotel for anniversary weekend. The hotel is in an excellent location at Branson Landing. Lots of good restaurants and shops near by in walking distance. Next time would like to rent a condo instead of room. Loved the fountain in the square.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
It was a great place to stay. It did seem like maintenance had taken a backseat recently, but it was a subtle feeling at best. Most everything worked in our room and it was very clean. The ice maker wasn't working and one of the sinks was clogged, and I can't rationalize the staff not knowing about it. I loved the room though in spite of it. The area […] is amazing. I was very pleased with the location. You were able to walk out of the hotel and walk to various restaurants and shops in Branson Landing. The room itself was roomy however the pillows provided no support. There was a charge for the wifi in the room which I was very surprised with. They told me there was free wifi in the lobby. They did give me a complimentary […] code when I inquired about that. The TV remote control did not work but was quickly replaced. The frig was not turned on to a cold enough setting. Since I only had water I didn't mind. The lighting in the room could have been brighter. It was hard to read while on the bed. I enjoyed the fitness room having free weights and various other things to use including treadmills and ellipticals with on each one. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Great Hotel - Great Location"
My fiance and I went to Branson for Easter weekend. Our room had an awesome view overlooking the Landing and the water feature. The room was very cozy and comfortable. The bathroom was awesome and had a separate tub and spa shower. The bed was very comfortable. My only complaint is that we were interupted during one evening when we were getting ready […] for bed, not once but twice. Housekeeping opened our door without being announced. If the latch had not been on, she would have caught us completely naked. When I called the front desk, they had no idea who it could have been. Then we were interupted once again by phone, when the manager called to apologize for that incident and said that housekeeping misheard the room number when she was bringing extra linen to the room next to us. Either way, the room was just awesome and our view was very nice. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
A great location! We have a young baby and it was a great place to take he stroller out and about. Our room had maintenance problems and we got a nice complementary upgrade , which was nice and the front desk took good care of us. However we had to call about the maintenance problem (thermostat) multiple times . Housekeeping sucked- our room wasn't […] cleaned one day and getting extra towels took several phone calls. The indoor pool is NOT heated and was miserably cold. We were excited to take our baby swimming but the pool was freezing and too unpleasant. There isn't that much to do in Branson If you don't do shows and amusement parks- we went and had nice spring weather but you can only walk the landing and boardwalk so much. The restaurants around are chains and generic so not much for food and entertainment but most definitely the classiest and nicest place to stay in Branson. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"Proximity does not replace quality of room"
Firstly, the concierge was wonderful and very helpful. Now let me list the issues I had. The shower head had a terrible leak and was caked with hard water deposits. The shower door did not close properly and leaked water all over the floor every time it was used. I had a nose bleed from allergies and asked housekeeping to change the bedding. Instead, […] they flipped the pillows over so it wasn't visible. Although they restocked the coffee and disposable coffee cups, the tumblers had finger prints and hard water spots all over them. The view was of the parking garage, and the windows, which only opened two inches, had cigarette ashes in the sills. I am a smoker, it is not hard to go outside to smoke. Nor is it hard for housekeeping to properly clean the room and vacuum out the ashes from the windows. Its really in your best interests to save the ten dollars a night and stay at the Hilton Convention Center across the street. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
