The Grand Hotel Tettucci is indeed grand, and it is in a lovely, but hard-to-get-to location. The pedestrian area and warren of one-way streets confused our car's navigation system. We expected a room with two twin beds, as confirmed, but found a king-size bed. Quick maid service transformed the room into our required twin room. The hotel is a magnet […] for tour groups and we found the lack of soundproofing to be a strong negative. Our room faced the back parking lot (free!), the next-door hotel's pool (wish we had one) and trash receptacles. You could set your watch by the nightly dumping of bottles! We were promised robes; there were no robes. We were provided with a coffee pot, cups wrapped in cellophane and tied with a jaunty bow but, alas, no coffee packets, cream or sugar. The towels were abundant, but thin and not too absorbent. The hair dryer was useless. The breakfast buffet was adequate. And, why, in this Internet era, were we charged 3 euros a day for wi fi with an annoying change of user name and password every day? Come on, folks, make it free and easy to use, please. Read more

The staff members were unprofessional, unpolite and rude. Internet connection was frequently disconnected though you need to pay 8 Euro. Morning meals was not fresh and you may get discrimination of meals if you are staying with toghether. Please see other opinions.

Hotel in good postion, reception staff were lovely and could not be more helpfull but breakfast staff were not at all helpfull every morning I had to ask for coffee sometimes even having to go and find the waiter, one in particular never uttered a word the whole time we were there.

Touring around Tuscany, we thought an overnight at Montecatini would be different. Descriptions of the Spas made us think of Harrogate or Cheltenham. The place turned out to be more like Blackpool with amusements and funfairs and very busy. We booked out of season and received very good rates. Room adequate, and breakfst good. Staff friendly. Car parking at back. I know the area very well but have never stayed in MT itself. The hotel is located in the perfect spot to walk the town and enjoy the spas, cafes, shops and parks. Nonostante avessimo richiesto una tripla per tre adulti abbiamo avuto una matrimoniale adattata a tripla. Riscaldamento centralizzato e non regolabile autonomamente, a novembre abbiamo dovuto sempre lasciare le finestre aperte, soprattuto di notte. Il parcheggio privato ospita una ventina di auto e una volta pieno pieno viene chiuso, per cui si rischia […] di parcheggiare fuori a pagamento. Ho soggiornato all'hotel tettuccio solo x una notte ma devo dire che ho trovato personale qualificato e tutto il resto in buonissime condizioni, solo una cosa , x raggiugere l'otel sono dovuto passare in zona a traffico limitato e spero che non mi arrivi una multa comunque lo consiglierei

отличное месторасположение через дорогу от термальных источников. Ванная комната маловата с учетом действия термальных вод приходилось пользоваться общественными местами. Завтрак отличный длят4*.,но только до 10 утра, Очень понравился сам городок.Красивый,романтичный. Вода из источников работает!!!

Der Flair des älteren italienischen Hotels hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Hotel liegt zentral, ruhig und ist mit Bus und Bahn gut zu erreichen. An der Rezeption wird deutsch gesprochen. Das Frühstücksbüfett ist für ein vier Sterne Haus etwas einfach aber ausreichend.

L'hotel è bellissimo, il posto invidiabile ma le stanze, il mobilio e gli infissi in particolare risentono degli anni e la manutenzione non è adeguata. Colazione scarsa in scelta e qualità degli alimenti (assolutamente non da 4 stelle) nonostante la disponibilità e la gentilezza del personale di sala. Comodo e ben accessibile il parcheggio.

Hotel in ottima posizione per chi vuole andare alle terme. Soggiorno piacevole e camera pulita. Unici problemi la camera un pò troppo piccola (bagno microscopico) soprattutto per chi come noi ha una bambina che dorme in culla/lettino; l'hotel in generale risulta un pochino trasandato (secondo noi non proprio all'altezza di un 4 stelle). This is a medium-level hotel with Top-level claims. Free parking lots are limited inside the hotel, if you reach the hotel in busy period or at night, the only choice is to park outside, and you need to pay the parking slot if you don't want to get fined (at the reception they have 3€ tickets for 24h). The internet connection isn't free, that seems […] unacceptable even for a low-level modern hotel. 30mins of connection will cost 2.50€. We were in a triple room (double room with an additional small and unstable bed), during the night the room (at the 5ft floor) heats up and there is no way to cool it down. Bathroom has no windows / fans and the shower, even if it has saloon-type doors leaks water from the bottom in the whole bathroom. Towels are not very well cleaned and white but, at last, room cleanliness seems accectable. Towels and sheets are changed every day. Dit hotel draagt nog de sporen van een glorieuze tijd, toen mensen nog gingen 'kuren' in een kuuroord. Hotel is heel groot opgezet; te groot voor de huidige tijd. Over het algemeen is het oordeel positief -er is ook airco- maar negetief wat betreft het ontbijt: heel weinig soorten broodbeleg; weinig soorten brood en je komt dan al gauw uit op de zg. […] 'cereals' als muesli met yoghurt e.d. Gaat wel heel snel vervelen. Ontbijt moet echt beter. We ontbeten deze vakantie ook in de Riegelerhof in Riegen (Zuid-Duitsland, aan de E35, en daar was het ontbijt superieur van kwaliteit voor slechts 5 Euro p.p. met bijv. een uitgebreid fruitbuffet. Vom Hotel aus erreicht man alles schnell, zum Beispiel die Foniculare, die Termen und den Bahnhof. Die Angestellten sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel als solches ist sehr angenehm und vornehm. Wir empfehlen es jedem weiter!
