"My Stay"
I had a good experiance as far as the hotel was concern, However the parking was horrible, and I even paid for the hotel parking service which was $32.00. When I went to retrieve my car for dinner. We were attending the Colorado State Spelling Bee Competition and were very pleased with our room and our stay. The convenience of the location across the street from the Convention Center was an added bonus. The room was beautiful, comfortable and had an amazing view! "didn't get what I wanted"
I ordered a smoke room and didn't get it. I was offered a mountain view and smoke and they only have mountain view for non-smoke. She tried to set me up in smoke but they were out. I asked if I can cancel reservation and she said no I already paid for the room. Ended most time outside my room at a bar since I couldn't smoke inside. Not goodGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Wonderful stay!"
I loved this hotel. The staff was unbelievably nice, especially Marc. He offered me a room on the 6th floor, but when I hesitated slightly, he asked me what I wanted. When I told him I wanted a nice view, he was more than happy to oblige. I ended up with a great room on the 33rd floor with an amazing view of the city! "Convenient location"
We did appreciate the convenient location and the rooms were clean and comfortable. My only complaint would be the very thin walls. We were able to hear neighbors on both sides, as well as above us. "Excellent stay"
Service was great, price was competitive and location excellent. Very convenient if you are going to convention center or just downtown (1 block from shopping and free 16th street shuttle). "Great anniversary weekend"
Just spent the weekend here. And have no complaints! Beautiful clean hotel. We requested a higher level floor and our room was on the 32nd floor, with a mountain view! Beautiful view! "Good overall place to stay near convention center"
There isn't a wow factor with this place but it is an over-all nice place to stay. The registration folks are super nice. The breakfast at Altitudes was ok. The best thing to do is have a drink at the lounge on the 27th floor but just one because it is a bit pricey and your chances of seeing waitstaff again is pretty low.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
