Torneremo a Tenerife.

Ottima la piscina all'aperto, grande, ordinata, pulita. Colazione e cena (a buffet) ottime. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

Pictures are of one hotel however you could be staying in 2 other hotels. We stayed for 1 week in the middle of August. First of all we paid for a superior deluxe room and did not get one as they were "full". The hotel had 2 indoor bars which were never open during our stay. We were all inclusive yet we could not use the pool bar as you had to pay. I quite enjoyed the food however my wife struggled to find something she liked. Some days the restaurant in our hotel was closed so we had to go to the other hotel for lunch. This meant that 3 hotels are going to 1 for lunch buffet..... This does not work well. Lastly if you like your back then i imagine you will have to pay alot to have a bed that does not dig springs into you. Sadly the pictures lead us to think that the hotel was very nice and did not deliver.

This is a long review, but I'm hoping it'll be helpful. Mixed reviews about this hotel. We stayed All Inclusive (AI) for 11 nights from 05/08/14 to 16/08/14. I knew August was going to be busy and it was! You can park all around the hotel and the sister hotels Bonanza Palace and Canarife car parks for free, it was packed but we managed to find a spot. Our check in was pleasant enough, we were advised a few rules regarding how AI worked and given our AI wrist bands and one key card. We got room 044 which was the basement level, so straight away I knew the view was going to be poor. When we got to the room there was a disgusting smell, it was the little fridge that was broken and had leaked some fluid that smelled very strong potent ammonia. Oh no, I thought the reviews are true, here we go! I called reception and explained it was broken and they sent a maid with some cleaning equipment. I tried to explain it wasn't dirty, but she didn't understand, however she soon realised when she looked in the fridge and smelled the awful odour. Quite quckly after a maintenance man came and took the fridge away and brought us a new one... phew! I opened the balcony door to let in some fresh air. The view was of the street and another hotel, which wasn't the best, but I got over it. The carpets were a little tired and have a few marks/stains and the walls are scuffed in some places, but the room is clean enough. I opened the wardrobes and they seemed to have absorbed some of the smell. But I just sprayed some perfume on them and let them air and they were ok. We had two single beds pushed together, which I liked as you don't disturb your partner. The beds are quite hard, but that's good for me, you get a thin cotton sheet and a duvet cover (without a duvet) on the bed, which is just enough as the temp is still warm and the air conditioning in the room was a bit lame. We turned it up full and it was ok, but it made a loud noise too. The evening entertainment started around 10pm. The bar near the pool played loud music from about 9.30 and it went on til about 11.30pm. Kids and people running and shouting down the hallway to and from the pool/bar area made it very noisy, but as I knew this was case by reading reviews on here, I took some earplugs with me and slept fine. Without earplugs, I would have struggled to sleep. Each meal in the restaurant was buffet style. Breakfast had continental breakfast cheeses and meats. All kinds of eggs, pork sausages and bacon that was like fried ham but I didn't expect it to taste like home as we were in a foreign country! There were cereals, yogurts and fresh, tinned and dried fruit. Plenty of varieties of fresh bread. Lunch and dinner always had different types of coleslaws in various dressings, salad veg, cold meats and cheese and pasta. Chips and canarian potatoes, cooked veg and meats in sauces were served every night. It changed on a weekly basis. Dinner had similar items to lunch and yes it's true they seem to use the left over meat from the night before in the next days lunch, but that was ok, as it was still fresh. There was icecream in little tubs at lunch and scooped icecream at dinner. Lots of little cakes, some times profiteroles and lots of blacmange and jelly type desserts. The drinks in the restaurant varied depending on the time of day. Coffee at breakfast but no soft drinks. Juice at all 3 servings. Lager and soft drinks at lunch and dinner. Snacks in the AI were salad and burgers or salad and hotdogs on alternate days and the pizzas were cooked to order so weren't always available. Olives galore, which was fab as I love green olives. The pool bar was serve yourself in little plastic cups. You can use your own cups as long as they are plastic. The lager was on tap and there was a cocktail machine - the pina coladas were yum. Juice, water and soft drinks also on tap. just make sure you wear flip flops in the bar area or you get told off by the bar person. The hotel had nice gardens and the pool area got very busy. The seating area got a little bit untidy, but it was August and it was busy, so with just one bar person attending to everything I think they did a good job keeping it clean. If you wanted to sunbath all day you had to get up early and 'save' a sunbed. I didn't do much sunbathing, but when I did try to find a bed I struggled. I tried moving a bag that was on a bed next to 3 other beds (that were empty all but a folded towel or a tee shirt on them) that no one had used for at least half an hour. I laid on the one that had just had a bag perched on it for 5 mins until I was shouted at in spanish. When I tried to reason with the person all I got was 'don't understand'. I moved and laid on a towel on the grass, but didn't give any ventilation so I was boiling after 10 mins. The hotel staff don't seem to help with this problem and don't monitor it at all. You can hire a towel from reception but you have to pay 10 Euro deposit per towel. This isn't a problem as you get it back when you return them. The wifi is only free in the lobby/reception area and can take a while to connect, but if you go on first thing in the morning up to lunch time it's fine. TV is poor. Only one English speaking channel, but we paid about 30 Euros for 10 nights of Roomy TV and you got satellite channels. Overall the hotel is nice enough and for what you pay it was worth it... cheap and cheerful.
"A Holiday is what you make it..."

We stayed at Interpalace for a week in July with our 6 yr old son and we were all inclusive. We had a fantastic holiday! We were on the top floor and had a lovely view of the mountains. The food was ok, same as you would get at any all inclusive really but if you want top notch food... pay for it!! The rooms could do with a bit of modernisation but they were clean and sufficient for what we needed it for, afterall, you don't go away to spend a week in a hotel room! The comments on the life gaurd are true, he was a complete bore! Wouldn't allow any rings, balls or jumping in the pool but he wandered of quite a lot so when he wasn't around, the fun started! The drinks were help yourself. They had everything you could think of lined up to help yourself to. The animnation team were great fun and helped to make our holiday what it was! Don't believe all the miserable people on here. I think some people go looking for faults. A Holiday is what you make it. We met some lovely people and saw a lovely island and I would definatley go back! Loro Parque is a must see! Especially if you have children.
Stayed all inclusive for 10 nights and had a really relaxing time. Arrived late at night and was given directions to one of 3 hotels. Fast and efficient at reception but too late to receive food, was given directions to a close pizzeria which should still be serving food. Pool area is amazing, gardens well maintained with 2 outdoor pools. Not allowed to reserve sun beds which we loved been a fan of the odd lay in. Always enough sun beds, no cues. Self service bar which was great!! The room was large and cleaned every 2 days. Bathroom was huge with a bath and shower. Air con not good but fridge worked ok. Drying rack on balcony for your wet clothes with table and chairs. Safe in room but was 28€ for 7 days which is expensive. Night life average, more bars are a quick 2 minute walk away. Restaurant was one of the best we have stayed at for choice, meat cooked in front of you etc. weather was cloudy but expected been north of the island. Would return for a winter break to make more use of the indoor pool and spa!

Me and my boyfriend stayed at this hotel the 29th july for a week all inclusive and we were pleasantly surprised! I'm not going to lie having read some of the comments before i went i wasn't looking forward to going at all... And pulling up on the coach it doesn't look too good from the outside but once you get in it is fabulous!!!! We were in a seaview room on the 6th floor think the room was 606 and it was clean, tidy and comfortable with a really big bathroom.... The food does get repetitve but it was all lovely food... Some was a bit different or on the cheaper side but still lovely food! The staff are amazing!.... The hotel it's self is in a brill location and is really good... It does need a little work but hardly any... And this deffo shouldn't ruin your holiday! It's been the best holiday i have had!.... You have to go to loro park and if your young or like going out theres a nice beach nightclub that is near the laguna! Also you have to visit the apricot bar really nice staff and locals very friendly!..... On a whole really lovely place and i will deffo be returning soon!

We booked last minute to go to this hotel, and for the price we were not disappointed. However there were pros and cons like every hotel. Pool area needs a good clean, lots of dirt around which makes the floor very slippy!!! (slipped and injured my foot by the pool side, however the entertainers, lifeguards and other guests were excellent in dealing with it, including sticking up several caution signs...yes they should have been there in the first place but they did rectify this) The food was good. The salads were better then the hot food, but over all there was a great selection, there was enough to please everyone. Rooms were clean and spacious we were in the Bonanza palace and it is a bit old fashioned however it was acceptable. Thought the self service bar was a great concept, cut down on ques and there was still plenty of choice - however there was no regulation so children could help them selves to alcohol if they wanted, we saw this happen a couple of times. Overall the holiday was a win, we were pleased with it and for a week it did the trick. If you come across a last min deal grab it!!
"Great for couples an inexpensive hotel"
08/10/14 Dominic F London
A clean pleasant hotel that's a 10minutes walk from the town centre. (It's down hill so the walk back is longer and quite tiring). We stayed all inclusive and the food is always plentiful with a choice of at least 5 main courses served buffet style. A big salad bar as well. I did find the food a little bland and if we were staying more than a week I am sure we would have probably started to eat out. The drinks at the bar are all 'local' brand and a little rough. The staff were all very friendly and the bedroom clean. I am amazed when I read other reviews about this hotel being rubbish. When you think the hotel gets about 20% of the money you pay for the holiday, if you want 5star you got to pay for it.
"Really fun holiday"
08/07/14 sungoddess30 Bromley, United Kingdom
We was given a week all inclusive at the Interpalace for a wedding present as our honeymoon. We had an amazing time, fun activities from rifle shooting to water volley ball all day. The entertainment at night was really fun and they try and get everyone involved. Tim, Khun and the whole team were so helpful with anything we needed and are a real laugh. The excursions through the hotel were fantastic and when we did encounter some problems, they did everything they could to make it up to us. True, the life guard at the hotel is a bit of a boring bloke and I could see he got a few peoples backs up, but it's not enough to spoil your holiday as you could use the other 2 hotels pools literally opposite the Interpalace. The view from either side of the hotel is amazing, either a beautiful sea view 2mins from the hotel or El Teid the other side (we were on the 6th floor). I thought the room was up to date and clean, only thing is the beds are quite hard and only had 2 singles to push together which I fell down into one night. We had such an amazing holiday and can't wait to go back to the Interpalace again.
"Cheap & Cheerful"
Firstly the inter palace is not the pictures above they are the sister hotel over the road , I say this as you are allowed to use the inclusive services at all 3 of the blue sea hotels on that road. We have just returned from a very nice week at this hotel and resort , I read the reviews the night before we left and was dreading our holiday but upon a very late arrival I found the reception were friendly and had food waiting for us , the room was basic but you only need it to sleep in, food was good but maybe lacked a selection for children but our daughter was quite happy with pasta and chips. We put our clean towels card on the door twice and received them and clean room with no problem at all , the pool was maybe not as big as we would of liked but we had no problems at all getting sun beds every day after trips out and returning afternoon / early evening. We did go to Loro park & Siam water park bit of a journey for Siam park but well worth it ,All in all a very pleasant holiday and at the end of the day you get what you pay for .

We booked this hotel last year thought looks not too bad, didn't get into this 1, got put into 1of the sister hotels across the road, as we sat in the foyer my husband moved a curtain out comes a dead mouse, reported to a member of staff who just shrugged his shoulders and told us he would get a cleaner. Asked to speak to a manager didn't appear. Ate out after that.
