The flooring, linens, bathrooms and furniture have all been recently replaced or renovated (past few months per office), and everything was clean and spotless. WE STAYED A WEEK AND IT WAS A GR8T CHOICE. WE HAD A SUITE AND IT WAS PERFECT. VERY FRIENDLY AND OUT ROOM WAS QUITE. I WOULD RECOMMEND AND I WOULD USE AGAIN. YOU CAN NOT WALK TO ANYTHING FROM THIS HOTEL BUT A VERY SHORT DRIVE.

The Hotel was very clean. The room was a non smoking room and it did not smell of stale smoke. The service and staff were professional and nice. The breakfast was good. The facilities are close to everything food, shopping and entertainment.

This hotel is truly an amazing experience from the time you step through the front doors. The desk staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about everything from directions to ANYTHING you could possibly want to know about hotel policies. The hotel is beautifully decorated, pleasant-smelling, and spotless. The rooms were immaculately clean, and […] even though every room in the entire hotel was booked for a visiting tennis tournament, there was little noise, and there was no lessening of staff assistance even with the added load. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the rooms were very spacious, with a separate "office" type area that can be shut off from the sleeping area. The staff went out of their way to make sure everything was to our liking, even going to the trouble to find me a chair to sit in while I blow-dried my hair, as I am disabled.The breakfast was AMAZING, and they kept it well-stocked at all times. There were convenient "grab and go" type items, as well as hot waffles, muffins, pastries, sausage, and all varieties of jams, jellies, etc. The hotel is located mere minutes away from the Aiken Mall, and the downtown shopping areas of Aiken as well. You will absolutely not find another hotel even CLOSE to this one in its price range. In fact, some of the 3+ star-preferring crowd might be more than satisfied with this hotel. Read more

Came to watch my daughter play softball for Aiken Tech and needed a place to stay for the night. This was a great hotel. The room was nice, clean and the lady at the front desk was very pleasant. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Traveling for business, a little more space than I needed for such a trip, but an excellent hotel. Friendly staff, easy check in/check-out. Very close (1 mile) away from restaurants and shopping. Wi-fi was a big help. Definitely recommend.

We were visiting USC - Aiken. Hotel close to university, clean, mall is right down the street, plenty of places to eat in area. Comfortable bed, breakfast served in morning downstairs - very good - no need to go elsewhere. Staff personable and helpful with area questions. Would recommend hotel to friends and colleagues.

I was overall pleased with the hotel. I have stayed there for a total of 15 days for business in the surrounding area. There are a variety of restaurants in the area, shopping mall, etc. The hotel has a fair breakfast each morning and wait staff that take pride in their job to keep items filled and the eating area clean. We enjoyed the country style atmosphere at the hotel. The continental breakfasts were wonderful and Sara makes sure the food and drinks are always full and ready for guests. The pool was perfect. We were usually the only ones in the afternoon to enjoy the sun and warmth. Hot tub there too.... Newspapers and computers available to guests. Lots of noise from rooms above. Alarm clock did not work. Only trash can was in bathroom. TV was old technology. Tiny bars of soap. No housekeeping after first night. Confusion with inadequate explanation about room price. Breakfast room was very nice and service there was great!
