My family stayed this weekend for the first time at a resort in blue mountains and there is now nowhere else we would choose to stay other than the Westin. From the minute we arrived your staff was very accommodating and extremely helpful. The room one room suite was laid out perfectly with the 2 way access to the bathroom. As a parent of a toddler […] that goes to sleep at 8, this is a feature that allowed us to let her sleep without interruption and allowed us free access to the bathroom. I would recommend advertising this point for those rooms. It would have influenced our decision in a positive way. Read more

The stay was good... except was not pleased to find out that cots are not available at this hotel when it was verbally confirmed via phone prior to booking.... due to the peak of the season.. no availability to change rooms to get 2 beds and pull out.. so my one child had to sleep on the floor. if we had known no cots were available, we would have booked […] else where. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel and setup. We were very comfortable. The only suggestion I have is getting our luggage to the room was very time consuming, having the kids with us on top of that didnt help. Very nice hotel near the ski lifts of Blue Mountain. Well maintained. People working in the hotel make you really feel at home and welcome. Heather of the front desk was very helpful and professional. We had a misunderstanding with our booking and she organised everything well even before we arrived! Dallas in the restaurant was super nice for my 2 […] sons and me and gave us all kind of info. Breakfast buffet was great, try the special French Toast, delicious. All the bellmen where great and took care off all our luggage (total of 8 people) with a smile on their face in the freezing cold (120 celcius!). Big hotel in nice little village which is mainly a ski resort village. however, also in the summer a nice place since one has many restaurants, coffee places etc. surrounding a little pond. Was very nice since one could go out without relying on a car.

Went to Blue Mountain specifically to do Eco-Adventures tree top walk. Westin was only hotel available for all the days we were there and I'm glad it was. The rooms are big and nice. Had a room overlooking pool. I know others complained of noise but we had no problem. We used pool/hot tub everyday after our hikes etc. Saw them cleaning it each morning […] as I sat on my balconey drinking my starbucks. My daughters and I did yoga on the docks and we hiked up the mountain with guide and rode gondola down. (All offered through mountain activities for free). The restaurants are pricey but generally good. We had a 1 br. suite with a kitchentte so you can cook some things in your room if you want to save on food costs if travelling with a family witch we were. I would defenitely stay here again. Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable! There are lots of neat shops and restaurants in the village and in nearby Thornbury and Collingwood, and beautiful places for walks and/or drives. Dinner at Oliver & Bonacini (in the Westin) was excellent! In short, Blue Mountains Village is definitely worth a visit.

We have always stayed with the intrawest hotels in the village and at the Blue Mountain inn, so this time we thought we would try the westin. Although it was quite a bit more expensive than the village rooms we were looking forward to the private pool area and the close proximity to the ski lifts. Everything was absolutely perfect. We weren't disapointed […] at all. Our room even had a very clean kitchenette which allowed us to prepare light meals for the kids. To sum it up AWESOME. The only, and I mean only complaint is the huge number of dogs allowed in the hotel. At one point I counted 10 dogs in the lobby and elevators. As a non dog owner I was a little dissapointed. I never asked, but I'm assuming the hotel has specific rooms for dog owners so that we're not subjected to the dander and hair while we sleep. This should also be clearly stated on the website so that people with allergies can avoid this hotel. Otherwise, Awesome!!!!! Read more

We booked a one bedroom suite for a family ski weekend getaway and had such a great time that we are going back again next month. We cooked all our meals in our suite, enjoyed the lobby bar for mid-afternoon hot chocolate with our son and had lots of après-ski fun at the outdoor hot tub rolling in the snow and jumping back in. Great hotel, location, and facilities. Central to everything and a quick 3 minute walk to the village. Already booking for February getaway. Would recommend getting the 12pm to 10pm pass and hit the slopes before checking in. All you need is in the village. Very nice bar in the lobby too....

Great locations for skiing or golf. The hotel is only a few meters away from the slopes and easy to walk through the 'village' to get to the golf course. The service by the staff is excellent. A fantastic experience, a great hotel. We wish we could've stayed longer! The only downfall was we only got a Juliet balcony, not a full-size, but since we spent most of our time outside (the village was a short walk away; the pic was the view from our room), it's a small complaint. Will definitely return.

It was a very relaxing few days for my wife and I to celebrate her birthday and take in the beautiful sights, changing fall colours and fine food.We enjoyed the ride up the ski slopes in the gondola car and captured some wonderful pictures of the fantastic scenery.Also had a little fun on the cascade putting course.

This is our second time at Blue mountain and the first time at the Westin. Love it. Would have preferred to have a balcony but everything else was perfection. Great bed, quiet room. We ate in the restaurant a couple of times and thoroughly enjoyed it. Also loved the restaurants and shops in the village. Would definitely go there again.
