"Great for the location!"

It's historically been a gamble when staying in a hotel in the AC area. However, once Super 8 bought the former Victorian Inn, things became a bit more reliable. These folks identified an error in booking details. They not only went out of their way to verify my booking was correct, but also provided me with a satisfactory room on a rather busy weekend. Kudos to the check-in staff!
