I really enjoyed the close proximity of the hotel and Phillips Arena, it was just a hop-skip-and jump away... I wasn't to happy with the size of the room, which was extremely small, but glad that it was just myself staying. I did enjoy the VIP Lounge on the 10th floor along with the music.

My husband and I stayed at the Glenn Hotel for a short weekend getaway. When we pulled up, the hotel looked small next to the Omni and others but when we walked in were were very pleased with the decor and the service. First we encountered the valet guys, very friendly. Next, we walk in to the lobby which was small, but gorgeous with a wonderful lounge. […] The decorations were beautiful! The gentleman at the desk was extremely helpful and had a wonderful sense of humor. The other employees near by were just as friendly and helpful! We walked in our room (tiny) but so modern with great colors, comfy bed and stylish bathroom/shower. Huge windows gave us a nice view of the city below. Great for events at Georgia Dome, CNN Center and Centennial Park as all are just a short walk away. Hotel was clean but dated. Shower has clear glass into the sleeping area. If you're sharing the room with someone who has already seen you in the shower its probably not a problem except that the bathroom light also shines into the adjacent room.

This hotel was booked for my 9th wedding anniversary and I will never book this splt again or tell anyone else about it. The pictures online of the room are zoomed in ... you are actually staying in a cubby hole. What they were trying to do in the rooms are great, more space is needed to pull it off. Lots more space.For this to be a four star hotel […] it doesnt meet four standards for me. Watch out for hidden fees that noone tells you about when booking. One hidden fee is the valet parking fee that you have no choice in if you are staying at this hotel. My next complaint would be the check in service....the attendants at the desk have no clue....When we booked we added the breakfast option, so the next morning when we went down for breakfast I asked the front desk what should take place. I was told to just go over to the restaurant....well needless to say when we were done eating we received a bill. The waitress said a voucher should have been put in and given to us. Well the waitress took care of that but we still had extra money to pay since what we ordered went over the amount for the voucher. This should have been explained when I asked front desk about the breakfast. The only good thing about this hotel was that it was in walking distance to the Phillips Areana where the event we were attending was taking place. Read more

We stayed here to attend an event at the Georgia dome, it was close to many places downtown and the hotel was very clean. Parking was a little steep at 26$ a day but it was a secure facility. I was very pleasantly surprised! I booked this hotel because of the price and because it was close to the Georgia Dome. It ended up being a very hip hotel with FABULOUS service and right in the middle of the city. Anything we needed, they jumped right on it. Can't wait to stay there again!

The hotel was very nice. Hallways are too dark. Elevator access from lobby is awkward. The staff was wonderful. One waitress talked the kitchen into serving us since they had closed a tad early and we were starving. Stephanie and Earl (bartenders) were very personable and made you feel very welcome as did the front desk and Quentin and Jonathon.

This was an awesome place and was VERY affordable BUT there is one thing, you have to Valet park which is 25$ per day. I didnt find this out until i got there but still worth it. Really nice and staff is wonderful. Room a little small, Ya gotta see the shower. It has a window to bedroom. :-)

My Husband and I stayed at the Glenn for a date night out. This is a really nice little hotel in a great location. Walking distance to the GA Aquarium, The CNN Center, and The Tabernacle. Very clean and comfy rooms and a very sexy shower. We'll definitely be back.

Great location if you are walking to the Phillips Arena. It is a half block from site. If driving not a good location due to one way streets and having to circle the city. Is close, and will have street noise and parking garage noise. Especially noisey during game events. I was there for a conference and not a sporting event.

Received a gracious welcome from Terrence. The restaurant/bar/lobby are very attractive. Liked the fact that to get to the guest rooms it required a key card for the elevator. Nice security feature. Our room was so comfortable...beautiful linens, very comfortable bed, all very clean. The rainhead shower was so relaxing. Great value.

The Glenn Hotel is a terrific little hotel nestled right in heart of downtown Atlanta. The service is enthusiastic and sharp; the rooms are modern and clean, and the roof-top bar has one of the best views in the city. Only drawback is a slow valet when arriving.

Walking distance to the CNN center and then through there to the World Congress Center and Dome. Rooms are small but clean. Staff friendly. Door to Hotel has a guard---room keys are only access to the elevators which gives much appreciated security.

I thought about going up to the rooftop deck, but I could hear the music pounding from several floors below, and I wasn't in the mood for that. Little Expensive but what I saw on the door I got a bargin or maybe it was an off week! Otherwise it had the comfiest bed out of the 3 other places I satyed during my trip. The bathroom we had for a single bed was unique so you will need to find that out yourself when you check in.

The Hotel was nice, but not as nice as expected. However, the service staff (I think Monica was her name) was excellent. She reallly made up for any problems i had at the facility. We really loved this hotel. My husband and I were in ATL, for the Hawks game, so the location was perfect. We were able to walk right around the corner to the arena. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very tiny, but it was still very posh and contemporary. Overall, I would definitely recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.
