The Grand Mauritian is a professionally run and very nice hotel resort in the Turtle Bay area of Mauritius. It is best suited for families or those seeking to relax and separate themselves from the outside world. If you're looking to connect with the culture of Mauritius and easily see its sights, then The Grand Mauritian might not be the best choice. It is an area comprised solely of resorts, so one is not able to head out on foot, and anything you might want to see or any restaurant or shopping is at least a 30 minute taxi drive away. As a result, you're left with the resorts entertainment and food for most (if not all) of your stay. Still, the beach was very nice, quiet and relaxing. And, the resort offers many watersports for free. Recommended for families or those seeking to break away from the grind.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. My girlfriend and I stayed for 6 nights and the staff got to know us and what we liked. The manager/owner came to greet us soon after arrival which was a nice touch and showed that they care about making the stay as enjoyable as possible.
Location.
Situated on the beach in Pereybere, Hibiscus Beach Resort & Spa is close to Merville Beach, Pereybere Beach, and Grand Bay Beach. Additional attractions near this spa resort include Grand Bay Shopping Center and Canonnier Beach.
Resort Features.
Simply step outside to unwind on the resort's beach. Hibiscus Beach Resort & Spa has a full-service spa, a health club, and an outdoor pool. This 3-star resort features business amenities including small meeting rooms, limo/town car service, and secretarial services. Dining options at this beach resort include a restaurant, a poolside bar, and a bar/lounge. Guests are served a complimentary breakfast. The staff can arrange wedding services, business services, and tour assistance. Additional amenities include a spa tub, a children's club, and spa services. Onsite parking is complimentary.

"Hibiscus Beach Resort Stay"
This hotel has a small private beach beside the restaurant which is beautiful. This hotel also has a well maintained pool. The restaurant food was very good for breakfast and dinner with a very nice view of the ocean. The room was spacy and included a double sink in the bathroom. The housekeeping was not that great as our bed was made, however our sheets […] were still dirty. Also we were charged 900 rupees / $30.00 at the restaurant for two cokes and two alcoholic drinks so make sure you ask before you buy there so you are not shocked when you get your bill. Overall the staff was happy to help with questions and I would recommend this hotel to others. Read more
"Simply paradise"
Gorgeous location on the waterfront. Restaurant on the seaside, and very friendly staff. The room was basic, but comfortable, fair sized, simple mini bar. No accessories, such as soap or shampoo. The spa was out of order (or non existing) however several day spa's are conviniently located in the area.

Hyvä hotelli lähellä Grand Bayta. Rauhallinen sijainti, ei vilkasta liikennettä. Alueella ei ole palveluita, joten ostoksílle on mentävä Grand Bayhin, jonne matkaa noin 3 km. Jos vuokraa auton käyttöönsä, niin välimatkat eivät ole ongelma. Bussit kulkevat myös hyvin, joten matkaan pääsee niilläkin.

Måtte nesten spørre om alt .Ble nesten utestengt en kveld da vi var i et Bryllup og da vi kom tilbake til hotellet var hovedinngang stengt.matte vekke en av personalet for å […] kommer ned å åpne døra og den person var ikke blid fordi vi hadde vekket henne.Det var nestedag at vi fikk vite at vi kunne har tatt nøkkel med oss og benytte en annen inngang når man kommer tilbake sent på kvelden.
