"Some Issues but owner compensated"

The hotel was fine and the room clean when we got in for a multiple nite stay. However furniture was broken and we had to swap it ourselves. The closet door could not be latched. They did not clean our room for the second nite. Apparently what happened was that they did not get our multiple nite booking and thought it was a one nite stay. A baseball team was loud and disruptive until late in the early morning. They did however comp us for that second nite after we told them about our stay, so the owner did listen to our comments and make good.

"Exceeded my expectations"

We reserved the hotel as we were scheduled for a college visit the Sunday after Easter. When we went to book the room, there was a 30% off holiday special so we were a bit worried. To our pleasant surprise, the hotel was extremely nice, clean and exceeded our expectations. The rooms were very spacious and the hotel staff was friendly. The only downside was the pool was a bit cold but that is something that we have run into many times at hotels, so this would definitely not change our mind about saying at this location again.

our daughter is going to attend the university of findlay in the fall and we came down for a visit. the location is perfect for getting anywhere we wanted to go. right of the highway yet far enough away not to hear the traffic noise. the desk staff was very friendly and willing to help whenever asked. we will definately stay here whenever we come to visit.

I was very happy with my stay here. The place very well decorated. I am always impressed with cleam soft towels. It seems that is the first place a hotel tries to save money. The towel were just as nice as the ones I have at home. The staff was friendly and professional. Can't say enough positive things. I will always stay here whenever I am in the area.

Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful! Our room was very clean and quiet! With a hot breakfast in the morning to get you up and moving!

The room was clean and the workers were nice. The pool was freezeing and the hot tub was over 105 degrees (way to hot!). The workers knew the pool was cold and that the hot tub was to hot, they just didnt seem to want to do anything about it. The breakfast was ok for the average person but I wouldn't recommend it for kids or as a get away. I would say it was a nice place to stay for a work meeting or visiting a college student.

I was disappointed because this motel was the highest rated in Findlay, OH and it did not meet up to my expectations. It was OK but not great.

"Don't stay there too late"

It was a good hotel. They had a decent breakast with a waffle maker. The pool and hottub were great. It was also close to I-75. We stayed in our room one night until 3 p.m. and we never got clean stuff for the room. The fitness room had three machines, and one was broke. The bed wasn't comfortable, and they asked for a credit card when we came in just in case we did something (long distance call, damage).
