"Lovely hotel with very helpful staff"
about 40mins drive from airport. We arrived late evening, and found very welcoming staff whospoke good english. Used hotel as a base for sightseeing in Paris. Only one metro stop from Champs Elysees.

"Business Hotel"
We chose this hotel as we got a good rate because we stayed at the weekend. It is clearly aimed at business guests due to the location although there are restaurants at the 2 shopping centre on your doorstep. It is very convenient for the RER and metro, it takes 15 minutes to get to central sights. Very easy to get to Versailles from here as the local train runs direct to the town. Had to request the room to be cleaned at 4.30pm after being out of the room all day and the front desk seemed surprised at the request. Other than that everything good about hotel

"Disappointing room and service"
i am very disappointed with my stay - hen i did my booking, i did put that i wanted a non smoking room but the staff did not read any of my preferences. i checked in quite late and was very disappointed with the room. too late to change as it was already midnight

"Clean hotel very convenient location"
Staff were very friendly and hospitable. Overall good experience except AC was broken and some stained sheets. Compensated by being given free wifi and breakfast for three on one morning. Beware, taxis are unable to across the hotel entrance area and the fare increases due to their search of the hotel entrance.

3 nights stay. Unfortunately they had issue with the suite we booked (Water leak), this was easily resolved and we were given a pleasurable upgrade and complementary wifi and drink tokens.

"perfect except for one thing"

"Convenient, economical, luxurious"
Really convenient location right above the metro, this hotel was a great value. The rooms were large and clean, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, the overall atmosphere was very soothing and chic. I would definitely recommend this hotel to other or stay there again. In addition you might get some perks if you're a repeat customer!

"Let down by poor service"
The location of Hilton La Defense was its only redeeming factor, directly above metro and RER lines for transport and a fantastic mall for shopping. We opted for included breakfast which was ok, however the in room dining was embarrassingly poor for a hotel of such standard. 3 nights running they were unable to provide the meals listed and had to make alterations to what they could serve, and didn't have an on site restaurant open for dinner on a Sunday. Housekeeping not only left behind dirty cloths in our bathroom, to make matters worse they also threw away plastic bags that were inside a toiletries bag which they obviously deemed as rubbish. Would have been a lovely hotel if it could live up to service expectations of a 4 star hotel.

"Great hotel on the surface, some minor issues"
Great hotel, great weekend away! Very dissapointing however when you pay 250 per night and things like around the shower fitting is loose, the toilet chain is coming away from the wall! Etc etc Staff in this hotel cant do enough for you! Prices to eat in this hotel are an absolute joak! 25 euros for a burger, 6 euros for a can of coke, plenty of other nice places to eat without being ripped off inside the hotel! If you are a tourist then its quite far away from the Eiffel tower & disneyland Paris think the desciption of the proxmity to central Paris is quite mis-leading! Its at least a 20 min metro trip away! Apart from that one of the most amazing weekends of my life!

"Modern hotel close to metro line to Paris sites."
Used this hotel as a base for visiting Paris. It is a nice modern hotel attached to a shopping centre. Our room overlooked the centre (quite a nice view) and despite this there was no noise at all. There are plenty of shops (Monoprix supermarket) and restaurants to eat at (we liked Vipiano). The metro is underneath the shopping centre and most of the sites are on this metro line. You can also get a direct train to Versailles and Disneyland from here. Anywhere you can't get to only involve one quick change. Buy a carnet of (10) metro tickets and you're sorted. The La Defense area is nice itself, a wide open square with a huge arch at one end and a nice view down the Champs Elysee to the Arc de Triomphe at the other. We got a take away some nights and ate it out in the square. The hotel room was spotless, spaceious and modern. It had a flat screen TV, air con and a safe. The bath room had bath and shower. There was a small gym which we looked at but didn't use but seemed ok. There was plenty of items in the breakfast buffet (I've seen places with more but was enough for my family). The staff were excellent, I can't stress this enough. They were great at breakfast with the kids and extremely helpful each and every morning when asking advice on how to get to attractions.

Air con doesn't work- had to change 3 rooms in 2 nights - got headache in boiling hot room and wasted time changing 1 room to another. Toilets also don't work .I regret staying there, worst hilton I have ever been

The staff at hotel are excellent. The response to two requests we had where attended to immediately and expertly handled. We stayed here for two nights then an additional night a few days later both rooms identical and very clean. Small amount of wear showing on couches. Would definitely stay here again.

"Quiet location"
Have stayed here several times, & were delighted to be offered a free room upgrade this time. The hotel has everything we need, & although not in the centre of Paris is easy to reach on the metro. It also has several restaurants nearby & a large shopping mall opposite.

"Great location"
The location was excellent. Shopping malls, restaurants, courtyards, metro and many other amenities were so close. The service was excellent as well. There were a few glitches. I stayed for about a week and found the rooms not to be spacious enough which was supposed to accommodate four persons and had two small double beds. The promised newpapers stopped after two days. Parking is very expensive which could have been included for the price.

"Vending machine sells museum passes"
Not a lot of hotels in Paris has 2x double beds that fits a family of four and at a reasonable price. Although it is located just outside of the city in zone 3 but with access to the RER red line and metro 1 line, it can take you to major sightseeing spots in 15-30mins. The staff is friendly and my family enjoyed the buffet breakfast there with the fresh chef's croissants. There is a vending machine near the lobby that actually sells metro passes and 2 days museum passes. If you're planning to use the museum passes, you can avoid the lineup elsewhere and just get it at the vending machine, very useful. I enjoyed my stay at the Paris Hilton

"Great hotel but a bit out of the way ."
Hotel on the whole was good.Beds were a bit uncomfortable though,matress kept moving. Not many taxi drivers knew how to get to the Hilton,so we ended up paying high fares as they kept taking wrong turns and going in circles.

"Great location"
Interesting hotel, as it is inside another complex - no external windows to the outdoors. You basically overlook the inside of a mall. Easy access to the metro lines. The only negative is the outrageous pricing of in-room Internet access. In the lobby it's free, which is the way it should be in the rest of the hotel at their room prices.

"Room without a view"
My review for this hotel has mixed feelings. I was there for work and the hotel location was ideal. The room was nice and large and with comfortable place for work. The breakfast and the breakfast service is great. However the while I booked a room with view on the city I got a room with view on the shopping mall. Being at the second floors that means that you basically have thousands upon thousands people looking in your room all the time. So close the curtains and the room could just have been underground. When checking in the receptionist could not avoid his irritation in me having booked through hotels.com. in the 3-4 minutes that it tookeeps to give me key card he was able to mention 7-8 times that something was such and such because I booked with Hotels.com including that if I was not happy with the room view it was Hotels.com fault. Well bottom line I do not like being treated like a cheapo. This are business decisions, it is not up to the receptionist to be irritated about it. It is also the first time that it happens to me. Shame.

パリの中心からは離れているため、リーズナブルな値段で宿泊できます。主な観光地へは地下鉄で行けるので、それほど不便さは感じません。(始発駅なので座れるのもメリットです。)Auchonという大きなスーパーも近く、ワインなどのお土産物の買い出しも便利でした。 ただ、道路は分かりにくく、Uberが道に迷ってピックアップに来られなかったり、ホテル玄関まで到達できないなどということがありました。

Hotel situado dentro do shopping CNIT, o que lhe confere muita praticidade. Limpo, bom café da manhã e serviço ágil. Falta uma piscina ao hotel e o banheiro é simples, em se tratando de um Hilton. Quarto amplo. No geral, se trata de um hotel 4 estrelas superior com excelente custo-benefício. O bairro é afastado das principais atrações turísticas, mas isso é compensado por sua modernidade, pela bela esplanada em que se situa, pela estação de metrô interligada ao hotel e pela tarifa bem inferior quando comparada a dos hotéis localizados na área central.

"정말 복잡한 곳"
지하철역과 가깝다고 해서 예약했는데, 쇼핑몰 안에 위치해 있어서 입구 찾기가 쉽지 않았습니다. 직원도 굉장히 무뚝뚝하고요. 저희가 차를 가지고 있어서 짐 옮기기가 쉽지 않았는데, 프론트 직원이 벨보이더러 도와주라고 주차장까지 같이 가라고 하더군요. 가는 동안 자기 아는 사람 만나면 인사하고, 수다떨고... 되려 저희가 벨보이를 기다려 주차장까지 갔습니다. 어찌어찌 차를 호텔쪽으로 이동하고 짐을 옮기는데... 짐에 손도 안데더군요. 남편은 또다시 차를 이동하러 가야했기에... 이제 초등학교 1학년된 저희 딸아이까지 밀고 들고... 땀을 뻘뻘 흘리며 짐을 나르는데, 멀뚱히 쳐다보는 벨보이... 정말 최악이었습니다.

"View from elevator into room"
Family of four. Our room had windows facing into the interior of shopping/conference-center making the room fairly dark. Also, people taking the elevator could look into the room. Otherwise a fine hotel with easy access to both Metro and RER.
