We will never stay at this hotel again. We first walk in and the desk clerk was laying on the couch with his shoes off. After we checked in and went to our room it looked like someone had slept in the bed and sheets weren't changed and floors not vacumed. Went back to front desk to ask for another room and all the clerk said was here try this room to see if it is to your liking. That room wasn't all that much better. One bed had knife marks in the sheets and whole in the blankets. When the family checked in next door it sounded like the kids were taking a shower for the first time and going to come thru the walls.

Although I paid for the room in advance, it still took the desk attendant 17 minutes to check us in. I know because it was 11pm at night and my 4 year old was waiting to use the bathroom. Then the next morning, the new desk attendant told us the guy the night before had charged our card again, but that she reversed it. So bottom line, the attendant didn't know what he was doing. Not to mention he didn't explain where the room was and we drove and parked on the opposite end of the hotel before we realized it. Grrrrrr.... The room was tiny, all bed. The carpet and furniture felt creepy and I kept all my bags off of the floor. I was glad to go in the morning.

The hotel was much nicer than I expected. Free continetal breakfast - wasn't much of a selection but hey it was free! The rooms were very nice. Beds were comfortable and there was free wifi and cable. Great place to stay over night!

The room was very nice, but slightly dated. All I needed to do was sleep in there. Wireless internet access was provided for free. The beds felt like they were virtually new. The location was within walking distance to major restaurants and a short drive to local stores. The quarters were cramped. A table and two chairs were in the room, but not usable because the beds took up too much space. The refrigerator did not work.

The room was dirty. Not real sure they even cleaned it. Found items between the sheets and used items throughout the room. Dust everywhere and drain in the shower took forever to drain. Not my best experiences with hotels but positively one of the worst. I will spend 10.00 extra and go somewhere eles next time.

I got stuck in the elevator upon my arrival at the hotel. My first attempt at hitting the emergency button yielded no response. The second time I pressed the button, the girl at the front desk answered after quite some time. I still waited while nothing happened. The door finally opened slightly and I was able to pry it open. I didn't hear a word from staff about the incident.
