The bed is not comfortable at all. Felt like army field bed. Other then that, 3 star hotet, nothing more. Breakfast was not bad.

The Staff for the most part was helpful and nice, the Owner however, she was not. In the email i received after booking the hotel, we were informed of a 12pm check out, My fiance even asked them the day before which time we should check and was told 12 pm. However at 11 we got a call from the owner telling us to get out of the hotel, and then she proceeded […] to argue with us that everyone else and the email had not told us it was a 12 pm check out. Really quite rude. The Room was small, it had air conditioning which is a plus, the bed wasnt overly comfortable. As a I said the staff for the most part was nice, breakfast wasnt the worst. But the owners behavior mixed with the small rooms negated any positive the workers had on our stay. Overall I would recommend this hotel for a cheap place to stay in Sirmione, but I would avoid the owner, and keep in mind even though they say a 12pm check out be ready to leave at 11. Read more

Staff were friendly and very helpful, and the breakfast was great. The only issue with this place was the location, situated a good 40min+ from the main town it was quite a walk to get there. I got a great deal through Expedia for this 3 star in Sirmione, Lake Garda. The hotel was great value considering other 3 star hotels in the area were double and triple the cost and often more for a 10 night stay in September. The hotel was a 2-3 minute walk from Via Colombare with it's cafés and restaurants, and a 10 minute walk from the lakeside […] itself. Plus it was easy to get to other areas around the Lake and to Verona and Mantova. If you're keen on cycling like me, there was a great bike shop called 'il Ciclista' opposite the hotel renting out road bikes and mountain bikes, or ready to repair your own bike if you had taken it with you. The hotel was what I expected of a 3 star in terms of fixtures and fittings, but the service of the incredibly friendly, warm and helpful staff was way beyond what I expected. This also made for a relaxed, unstuffy atmosphere. The Abacus team were always ready to help with a smile and advice on how to reach other locations, where to buy bus tickets etc. Great value and excellent service. The man at reception that greeted us was friendly and helpful. He informed us that the bikes are free and we wish we used them because the walk into Sirmiome was 35 minutes (even though the reception man told us it was 20 minutes). Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Mit den kostenlos auszuleihenden Fahrrädern ist man in 15 Min. in der Altstadt Sirmione. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und das Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Ein wenig Englischkenntnisse erleichtern die Kommunikation mit dem Personal, das sehr hilfsbereit ist. War ok, leider waren 2 der lediglich 5 vorhandenen Räder alles andere als brauchbar. Man benötigt sie aber wenn man nicht immer mit dem Auto fahren möchte. Das Badezimmer war jedes Mal nach kürzester Zeit überschwemmt da der Abfluss nicht gut lief. Wir hatten für 3 Nächte ein Superior DZ gebucht. Das Hotel selber ist für 3 Sterne vollkommen akzeptabel. Das Zimmer war sauber, der Kühlschrank funktionierte und die sanitären Anlagen waren frisch gereinigt! Sehr aufmerksam war der kleine Präsentkorb mit Beautyartikeln vom Hotel. Das Frühstück war ok! Zum satt werden, aber nicht unbedingt mega köstlich! […] Der Balkon war mit Blick zum Pool und mit Tisch und Stühlen ausgestattet. Mangel war, dass unser Doppelbett aus zwei leicht unterschiedlich hohen Einzelbetten zusammengestellt. Die Hotelchefin war etwas grimmig, aber im Endeffekt macht man ja nicht mit ihr Urlaub. Die Lage ist in einer kleinen Seitenstrasse und es gibt auch in wenigen Metern einen kleinen Supermarkt! Wenn man mit dem Auto anreist, ist eine Garage am Hotel vorhanden, die aber relativ eng ist und nicht passierbar ist mit etwas tiefer gelegten Autos. Aber es ist kein Problem in der Straße sonst einen Parklplatz zu finden. Zu Fuß benötigt man ca 40 min bis in die Altstadt von Sirmione, zum See wesentlich schneller. Das Hotel wirkt von Lobby und Zimmern alt und nie restauriert. Überall war Dreck in den Ecken. Der Pool war voller Pollen. Chambre standard indigne d'un 3 étoiles (barrreaux à la fenetre, salle de bain petite avec cabine douche en mauvaise état, literie usé, chambre sale. seul point positif : l'accueil , le personnel et la piscine. Le parking souterrain est tellement petit qu'il faut avoir une petite voiture ou manoeuvrer longtemps. Petit déjeuner moyen.

Hotel ist für die 3 Sterne absolut in ordnung. Zimmer und Hotel sehr sauber, es gibt jeden Tag einen Zimmerservice. Am ersten Tag erhält man als Neuankömmling einen Obstkorb, sowie zwei kleine Wasserflaschen, was uns sehr erfreut hat. Frühstück war ok. Es gab jede Menge eingepackte Sachen (Kuchen, Leberwurst, Marmelade) ,aber auch frisch gepressten […] Saft. Personal wae sehr nett und hilfbereit. Leider ist es etwas weiter vom See entfernt. Man muss etwa einen guten Kilometer laufen, bis man an eine Stelle kommt, an der man auch ins Wasser kann. Bis ins Zentrum von Sirmione sind es knappe 4 km. Read more
