We had dinner the two days we were there. They have dinner Monday - Thursday. Room was very nicely appointed, clean, etc. Breakfast was nice too with eggs, bacon/sausage, cereal, etc. The front desk was very helpful with directions and getting us a non-smoking room when I mistakenly asked for smoking! I select this hotel base on previous guest avge rating (4.5)....It was as advertised... I spend 4 nights in a suite w/ my family....let me briefly summarized few aspects: Very Clean room... clean everyday..responsive to your needs......Cozy room... Breakfast....Hot variety breakfast.. not the continental stuff... Diner(Mon-Thurs)... "House Keeping Needs Improvement"
The day of our arrival there was only one large bath towel, for 2-guests and no wash cloths. Called front desk and was told there was a dryer problem. This can happen to anyone as they delivered additional towels. Over night the toilet started running as the flapper was leaking. I repaired myself by bending the handle lever. The next day they did not […] replace the dirty bath towels, removed the shower mat without leaving a replacement. There was only a partial roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. We actaully ran out of toilet paper. My wife asked the house keeper for a roll of toilet paper as she had to go to the bathroom. The house keeper did not have a roll on her cart and told my wife that she would bring it later. My wife went to the front desk downstairs and picked up a roll of paper as it was needed. They served an excellent breakfast each morning. The general appearance of the hotel was good, just the rooms appear to need updating. I was not pleased with the house keeping of the room itself. Would highly recommend this hotel. What a I did not realize was the hot breakfast & dinner included. The staff was very professional & helpful when I had questions on surrounding locations. "Clean, friendly and quite comfortable"

It is always a pleasure to stay at this hotel--this is about my 10th stay since it opened a few years back. Always clean and neat, the rooms are well-appointed. The staff is always friendly and helpful, going out of their way to be of service. The complimentary breakfast is good, fresh--and the right things are warm.
We stayed in one of the two-bedroom suites. We had a large group; 4 adults, 4 teenagers, 2 children, and a toddler. The room was nice and clean. Our only issue was that it wasn't made clear to us that there would be a hold put on our credit card until we left, $550 that took a week to be available again in addition to the $470 room cost. We booked over the phone and that should've been something that was made clear prior to confirmation of the reservation. Also, the microwave in our unit didn't work also which was pretty inconvenient with 11 people. We would consider staying again but would rather stay at a hotel that doesn't hold a deposit.
I have stayed at many hotels in this area. The Homewood suits is always friendly and helpful. The rooms and clean and comfortable and the staff is great. We love being able to BBQ on the back porch and socialize with the rest of our team. Great place to stay.

This is the second time I have stayed here this year and overall my experience is always a pleasant one. The staff is very friendly and helpful! The check in process is very easy and the staff that works at nights are always eager to satisfy. The only thing I do not like is the price as if it were competetively priced with other hotels in the area we could afford to stay there more regularly instead of having to broaden our horizons.

General Manager Lori Santiago was very empathetic and accommodating during inclement weather. Her team went above and beyond to ensure that all guests were comfortable after being snowed in for a couple of days. They even assisted guests by cleaning off cars and making sure that all guests could get to/from the facility safely. Kudos to Lori and her team!

This hotel is great whether you are on a short trip or extended stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The best part is the staff. They are friendly and helpful. They make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast and evening reception not only saves money, but allows you to work all day without having to worry about getting food on the way home or cooking. The location is close to Hwy 64 allowing for ease of commuting around.

Training, Training and training....somone should train the front desk staff. After a five day stay, I had to get my room keys updated everyday because the staff would not cut on the keys effectivley for the length of the stay. I had to stand at the counter durring check in for almost ten minutes hitting the bell, while I listened to the front desk attendednt argue with her boyfriend on her personel cell phone. Apologized and gave me my room keys told me not toworry about filling out the general paperwork....that always needs to be signed as a "Diamond" member I am very aware of checking in is. Then the day before check out, they checked me out charged my card and rebooked my rooom. So I had to go back to the front desk have a 45 minute conversation with that days front desk affiliate and wait another hour so they could find and figure out the mistake. It was a personnal stay I checked in with my perssonnal credit card, but they charged my comapny AMEX that was on my Diamond profile "so they said" very bad expierence at this Homewood suites!!!!!
