It is a very relaxing place, especially good if you know French, because all the entertainment in the evening is in French. It a great with children, they have children activities there, also in French, but kids learn it fast. The only thing is that if you rent a car, you should print a map off the web before going there, it's not on the local maps and GPS does not recognize it. If you like boardwalks and lots of cafes, it's not for you.

I participated in a triathlon race in Mallorca and had a bicycle crash on a rented bike. The staff was incredible! They were helpful working on the phone with various people to get the bike back, and even mailed some of my left behind items to my home in the States. Even before there were any problems with my trip, I was impressed by the competent and thoughtful employees though. They helped me locate things in the local area. They accomodated the racers with a special early breakfast before the race start. They consistently greeted their guests in a friendly manner, and never acted annoyed with continuous questions and requests from guests about the local area.The accomodations are basic and have some age, but clean and well-cared for. It is clearly being run well by excellent people. In a trip that largely did not go the way I hoped, they were a highlight and I hope you can reward them with lots of business.

excellent value for money, can't believe it included food (which was excellent), staff were very helpful although bit of language barrier (which is to be expected and not their fault). But as a result would have hoped that information in hotel could have been better (i.e. info on aiport shuttle or WiFi was not in leaflets in room). should have been more information in each language. I expected WiFi to be very expensive (as it normamly is) but when i asked on the day i left it was only 3 euros per day (!) and i was annoyed i hadn't signed up.

La calidad del SPA deja mucho que desear, la temperatura del agua bastante fria,la mitad de salidas de agua no funcionaban y la higiene en general deficiente. por lo que la experiencia y la satisfaccion de otros años a cambiado mucho. con el deseo de que mejore la calidad en general, espero poder volver otro año. Gracias.

Ivamos a pasar tan solo un día asi que mayoritariamente elegimos este hotel porque tenía spa y bueno es un spa bastante completo pero la verda muy poco cuidado tanto a mi pareja vomo a mi nos día una impresion d bastante dejadez,para otra estancia en un hotel con spa no sera este hotel el elegido 08/12/12

Wir waren hier für 4 Nächte mit ein paar Jungs. Wir haben nur das Zimmer bentutzt, sonst nichts beansprucht (kein Essen, keine Einrichtungen des Hotels). Das der Safe extra kostet, ebenso wie WLAN finde ich nicht gut. Aber das hat uns jetzt nicht wirklich gestört. Für Saufurlaube ok, aber mit Family oder Freundin würde ich hier nicht absteigen.

Dem Hotel merkt man schon von außen das Alter an. Innen ist alles sauber, die Rezeption immer freundlich. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Kleine Mängel werden sofort behoben, wenn man diese der Rezeption mitteilt. Großes Animationsangebot für Erwachsene, haben wir aber nicht genutzt. Schöner Fitnessraum, Massageangebote sehr vielfältig. Das […] Hallenbad ist im Originalzustand (alt), aber nutzbar. Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet reichhaltig. Am Abreisetag war jedoch früh nur ein sehr spärliches Angebot an Brot und Belag vorhanden: schade! Insgesamt würden wir dem Hotel keine 4 Sterne geben. Die Lage des Hotels ist ruhig. Geschäfte sind in der Parallelstraße, der Strand ist in ca. 10 min. zu erreichen, Promenade in 5 min. Read more

Das Hotel war preiswert, zweckmässig modern eingerichtet und bietet sehr sehr viel Spa (sportive und Wellnes-Möglichkeiten). Wir konnten jedoch kein Angebot entdecken, welches an der "Spa"-Rezeption ohne Zuzahlung vorbei kam (z.B. Leihhandtuch- und Badekappen-Kosten für Schwimmbad - Zimmer-handtuch unerwünscht - usw.!). Besondere Mühe gab man sich mit […] den Kinder-Unterhaltungs-Angeboten auch bis zum Abendessen u. meistens noch danach, was gut angenommen wurde. Das Essen (F / HP / All-Inclusiv), an fest zu- geordneten Tischen, war in Qualität und Auswahl ok (teuere Hotels haben noch mehr Variationen). Die Gäste waren Anfang November 2011 vorwiegend "mittelalt", es waren auch etliche junge sowie einige ältere anwesend. Al llegar nos instalaron en la habitacion 140 con vistas a un callejon donde colocaban los contenedores de basura del hotel. Además de las vistas deprimentes tampoco se podia abrir mucho la ventana por el olor de la basura y el aire acondicionado fucionaba deficientemente de forma que la habitación nunca llegaba a enfriarse. Despues nos cambiaron a […] otra habitación dos dias despues, porque por lo que se ve ellos ya sabian lo que pasaba, pero estaban al 100% de ocupación. El hilo musical muy bueno Las cenas de buffet correctas aunque el horario es de 19h a 21h, un poco temprano para cenar. El Spa muy grande y bueno, aunque el agua podría estar uno o dos graditos más caliente y sería perfecto. Desayuno de buffet muy completo

Das Hotel, ganzjährig geöffnet, ist zentral gelegen, gut geführt und aufmerksamen Service. Auch das Mietauto findet seinen Platz neben dem Hotel. Einziger Nachteil: manchmal lärmig - Zimmer schlecht isoliert

Hotel liegt im der Nähe des Zentrums und ca. 300 Meter von Hafen entfernt. Negativ: Lärm vieler Kinder in den Zimmern am Morgen früh, ca. 6.00 Uhr. Kinder sollten im 1. Stock sein. Morgenbuffet etwas langweilig, nicht abwechslungseicht im Verhältnis zu anderen 4-Stern-Hotels.
