The Club Intrawest was fabulous. It was on the 30th floor of the Sheraton Wall Centre and every room had an amazing view. The concierge (Elizabeth) was a wealth of information. The room was a good size and was very comfortable. It was nice having a kitchenette so that we could buy our own food & drink at the market and enjoy the view while having a […] quiet evening in. I stayed at Club Intrawest in one of their "studio" rooms. Pros: Great view, great location, clean room, comfy bed, big fridge and kitchen. Cons: The room was not cleaned / the bed was not made after the first night's stay. (It could be because this is a "time-share" type hotel?) but I was paying for two nights stay, so I expected at least the same […] level of service other hotels would offer. The front desk staff was not very friendly. Upon checkout, he did not ask how my stay was (no smile), and I was told to carry my own luggage to the bell desk downstairs. this property is in a great location. The decor is urban modern and yet warm and comfortable. The only complaint was that the air conditioner was on the loud side. The bedding was very comfortable.

The room is nice, the floors are nice, the view was spectacular! The cons: bed that sags in the middle was terrible for both of our backs. SMALL round table with two chairs that are wood frame with sagging leather strips for the seat. The chairs were, again, TERRIBLE for our backs, but we had work to do (on our laptops) and so there we sat. The kitchenette […] had everything we needed (frig, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, dishes, cutlery, tableware, glasses, cups, everything. It's a VERY small area so you have to adapt. Staying here made clear one thing: I do not want granite countertops. I felt like one wrong move and glasses would break. Parking is costly, but where isn't that the case? Wireless internet is included (YAY!) and they have a very nice private lounge with a computer and printer you can use (we didn't) and an antique telescope from China (binoculars, really, on a tripod) bought at auction. Very clean and convenient to Robson shopping! Stayed here with my sister from Hawaii and we had a great time! The only reason I booked this hotel was because we would be guaranteed a room with a view. Club Intrawest occupies the 28, 29, and 30th floors of the Sheraton Hotel. In addition to the fantastic "postcard" view we had of the bay, the city, and the mountains, the room was spacious and had a mini-kitchen with a microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, dishes, […] silverware, cups, mugs, etc. The bathroom was very nice. Views are wonderful. Rooms are very small and only have queen size beds. The aircondition wouldnt allow the room to get as cold as we would have liked it to. Had them come and check it and thats as cold as it could get. Would never stay here again for the price we paid!!!

The rooms of Club Intrawest are comfortable and clean. Also, if the weather cooperates, the views are awesome. The studio could use better chairs or more of a desk. However, the lounge served as a good backup for 'doing work'. The lounge has responsive wireless and a better chair/table combo. I needed to make my own breakfast and an IGA marketplace […] is a block away. The room was very accommodating for this and was well-provisioned. Those booking should be aware that the rooms are only serviced after 4 nights (more of a condo than a hotel). However, I knew that going in and you are given more than enough towels to last (the bed is easy to make!). The Sheraton's check-in/check-out desk is less than responsive. When additional persons were needed for checkin (full-hotel, 4pm) they were not available; this also happened at check-out (10:30 am during a conference's coffee break). In addition, I was told that the desk did not keep a cash float when a day later, one was accessible! Finally, I walked or used public transit the entire stay. Two-blocks east (Granville) and you can connect to other buses, the SeaBus, Sky train or Canada Link to the airport. I will stay here again should I next need a hotel in Vancouver...will just remember that I have to "cool my jets" at check-in/check-out! Read more

We stayed on the 30th floor. Great view of the city. The room was very spacious and clean. Didn't have a chance to see the building amenities, but it was obvious that the entire building was very well maintained. There's a 24hr coffee shop on the LL. Great location downtown; everything is within walking distance.

The view was spectacular from the living room and bedroom witth floor to ceiling windows that covered the whole wall. I stayed for 4 nights, so had expected the room to be cleaned at least once, so was slightly disappointed that it wasnt. However, it was great value […] considering the cost of hotel room was considerably more at my conference. It was also a very short walk to Robson and all my favorite shops and restaurants. This was a very nice hotel to stay in and for the money you can't go wrong when you get a discounted room. The front desk girl was very unfriendly, making me feel like I was an inconvenience to her, I feel like this is because we were a young couple and not overdressed since we traveled all day. The rest of the staff was friendlier and at least smiled […] once in a while. Overall, I didn't let that ruin our special day and we had a nice stay. I could not initially figure out where this : hotel " was located, but quickly learned that it was the top 3 floors of the Sheraton Wall Center. "Club Intrawest" is the top 3 floors of the hotel, with a window-wall that overlooks downtown Vancouver. It's quite beautiful. I had to wake up early, so I didn't have a lot of time to enjoy the view. The kitchen was well equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishes, glasses, and cutlery. Das Zimmer ist mit einer kleinen Frühstücksküche ausgestattet: Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Toaster. […] Der Esstisch ist sehr klein. Das grosse Zimmer ist modern und stilvoll eingerichtet, wurde aber nur einmal geputzt, was bei Club Intrawest üblich ist. Leider war unser Queen Size Bed (Breite 1.52 m) alles andere als bequem. Die Matratze war in der Mitte durch gelegen und für zwei Personen, die sich nachts etwas ausbreiten wollen, nicht ideal.
