This hotel is a boutique hotel, not for it's fanciness but for it's small size (only 19 rooms). At first, I didn't think that it would be a good stay, but thankfully I was wrong! It is exactly what you need, and not an ounce more, for a short leisure stay in Vilnius. The room is small but functional (and the same goes for the sleeping space; two twin […] beds, a tv and small desk). I only wish there had been at least a mini-fridge. The best part about the stay is that the room is cleaned (meticulously!) once a day with fresh sheets and towels and the beds were super comfortable. Staying in this hotel was putting a cap on a 2 month Euro vacation for my friend and me, and this was some of the best sleep we had gotten (the only caveat being the construction outside our windows that started at 7:30 every morning--but we didn't mind, served as a kind of wake-up call) . Also, there is a complimentary breakfast that you get from the cafe downstairs and, again, although it was modest, it did the job. I asked for a quiet, non-smoking room, and was given a smoking room right above the main street. The noise went on all night long, was unbearable and sleep was difficult, even with earplugs. I cannot recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Could not be a better location, and for the price, less that half, of the novetel, almost next door. Old building, reasonably keep. Rooms were clean although carpet very worn and stained. Bed comfy. Large room. Free wifi which on website of hotel does not list. ;-) and continental breakfast in cafe next door (opens at 7 M-F and 8 on Sat, ? Sun) is well […] prepared and presented. Noisy, noisy with partygoers in the street almost every night. So if you requirre silence this is not the place for you. Or request a non street front room, if they exist. If you need walking distance to historical sites, cafes, shops, and can sleep through drunkan vocalists, you'll do just fine. I'd stay here again. Read more

I have stayed at this hotel many times. It is in need of some renovation but it is comfortable enough. I like the location. It is very close to great shopping and some historic sights and restaurants. If you have a room that overlooks the street then it can get noisy on the weekends or holidays. Despite its fantastic central location in close proximity to the old town and very pleasant staff, the main issues rest with the interior. Very dated decor, almost non-existent sound and heat insulation (broken single grazed window frames provide an excellent insight into outdoor conversations). Despite booking a non-smoking double room, a cigarette […] reeking twin room was allocated. Bathroom is equally uninspiring. No fridge/minibar or hair dryer. No internet access (though you are offered to use it at another location 10 minutes down the street, still a major inconvenience). So called “continental breakfast” doesn’t offer much joy either, and if you happen to be a vegetarian asking for available options – prepare to be greeted with a blank face expression and suffer in silence on the menu of cheese and stale bread. All in all – conveniently located cheap accommodation, but there are better options in close proximity for similar money. Not impressed. Read more

Отель оч удачно расположен. оч близко в центру (башне и собору). номера просторные. чистые - уборка каждый день. полотенца меняли каждый день. шумоизоляция отличная. Интернет wi-fi только на ресепшен и коридоре на лестнице. в номере нет. минусы: завтрак одно и тоже - йогурт, три ломтика булки, три ломтика ветчины, сыр, масло, чай (кофе). и так каждый […] день. главная проблема была с парковкой. отель анонсируется с парковкой, однако, на вторую ночь мы приехали поздно после 24 часов и для нас не было место ( хотя мы заказывали парковку в теме письма). вообщем сотрудник отеля сказала делайте что хотите мы вам ничего не должны. и отправила до 8 утра на бесплатную парковку (отправила неверно). пришлось искать парковку самим а в центре это проблема. потом в 8 утра идти ее оплачивать. и тольк ов 9 утра ктото уехал и нам удалось поставить машину. это было оч неприятно. испортило все впечатление от отеля. сотрудники сказал такая ситуация редкость - но нам видимо "оч повезло") . Был зимой. Номера маленькие, но есть почти все, что нужно (и для зимы было комфортно и тепло, есть с чем сравнить). Берите номер с окнами на Гедымина. Понравилось, что есть бесплатная парковка для машин. Очень приветливый персонал. Отличный ресторан на первом этаже! Очень приятно завтракать (завтрак простой, но мне хватало) и вечером не обязательно […] далеко ходить, чтобы посидеть в уютном заведении. Et godt og meget centralt beliggende hotel. Rigtig god service i receptionen. Meget pænt og rent. Dog manglede proppen til badekarret. Morgenmaden var også helt fin - dog var det ikke juice men "saftevand" der var i glassene, dette er dog en mindre detalje. Hotelli oli erittäin hyvällä paikalla ja henkilökunta ystävällistä. Varauksen yhteydessä pitäisi olla maininta ettei hissiä ole hotellissa. Suihkusta tuli vettä erittäin heikosti, eikä tätä valitettavasti voitu korjata. Aamiaisen hintaan voisi kuulua kaksi kuppia kahvia - nyt piti toisesta kupillisesta maksaa.

We hebben 4 nachten verbleven in het Ambassador hotel tot tevredenheid. De kamers zijn eenvoudig ingericht en netjes. Het ontbijt was goed verzorgd en het personeel vriendelijk. De ligging is echt perfect, binnen 5 minuten lopen ben je bij de binnenstad. Enige nadeel zou kunnen zijn dat je het verkeer kunt horen. Wij hebben er geen last van gehad.
