The beds are very comfortable. I liked that the hotel was not "connected" to the casino so we didn't have to walk through a casino when coming and going from the hotel. The beds were VERY comfortable with lots of pillows. Will definately stay again.

We have been stay here for years and have always been pleased with the resort and the service, BUT the service is just not good anymore. The bright spot at the front desk is Carla without her I am not sure we would have even checked in do to the lack of knowledge and unwillingness of other front desk clerks. We went in mothers day morning for breakfast with a group of 9 the place wasn't half full and they told us they didn't have room for us so we left! Went for my 21st Birthday with my Boyfriend to spend quality time together and it was amazing. Superb hotel with casino and restaurants.Casino felt comfortable to this non-smoker, and food there is reasonably priced. Stepped outside and was able to jog along quiet and safe road. Hotel fitness room was small and equipment was old. Two heated outdoor pools and two jacuzzis felt good after run. The Radisson is a gem in the desert. My husband and I had a very nice stay. We enjoyed to dinner at the restaurant and the staff was very polite and helpful. I also liked that they allow pets. Great hotel. I highly recommend it.

I enjoyed the hotel a great deal. It was very clean, nicely kept, the customer service was wonderful. I had Breakfast and dinner, it was good as well. It just wasn't in the middle of the activity, i didn't realize that when I booked my room. Its on a reservation, which is fine with me, but too far from the Scottsdale activity or Phoenix activity.

I went in to check in and there was only one person to check anyone in, and after asking 3 times, someone came out of the back room to go outside and tend to being a Vallet. Staff was ok, except the chubby man at front desk. Room was not ready by check in time of 4:00pm. Bad job of cleaning, trash under furniture, and spider webs on corner of ceiling. The room and the hotel it was inside of looked amazing. Everything had loads of style and Native American culture. The only gripe I had about my stay was the room's entrance. I coulsnt hear any noise from the rooms next to us but it seemed like the entrance to our room let in a lot of sound. Two adults and only 1 complimentary water bottle in the room??? Hotel and views from the rooms was outstanding, and super beautiful. Room service "SUPER" expensive but what hotel does not up the price on things such as water bottles. Beds are comfortable to the point where you dont want to get out of it in the morning. Very nice hotel.

I enjoyed this hotel. It had two swimming pools and two Jacuzzi, which was nice because it did not get too crowded in each. The rooms were nice, the bed was a little too firm for me but loved the down pillows. There is the option of getting the sleep number bed, which I plan to do next time. The hotel is in an isolated area which is good for relaxing […] but had to drive 20-30 min for shopping and eating. We did room service one day and did enjoy the food. They had limited staff, but were very polite and helped the best they could. Only problem I had was the hotel charged me for our stay even though we prepaid with hotel.com. It took them 4 days to reverse the large amount of charges which was stressful to wait. Otherwise a very nice stay and willing to give them another chance. Read more
