"Good clean hotel"
The food was a very low standard. The junior suite was very spacious and cleaned daily. I found it hard to believe that as a premium band holder I was still expected to pay for things like capachino. Lots of things are charged as extras in this hotel, so if you are running a tight budget this is not the hotel for you.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Good family friendly hotel"
Just returned from a great holiday with my son and parents. The hotel was great. Nice and clean, good food selection most nights. Good entertainment for all ages each evening. It's really family friendly and my son met up with other boys of his age and they had a great time taking part in all the activities the hotel offered as well as this the hotel […] was safe enough for them to enjoy the games room without being supervised 110%. Good positioning of the hotel also being in the centre of lots of restaurants, bars, close to the marina and shops. Would I return? I think so! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Good central location Central to everything"
I only stayed 3 nights, and found the location was excellent. Apart from one breakfast I did not use the inclusive facilities so can't really comment My room was very clean but a little tired. To operate the tv you have to pay a small deposit which is refunded upon departure Towels were changed daily and the bed was made up for you.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great location, Great Staff but Terrible Food."
We arrived at this hotel for our first visit with an open mind and not knowing what to really expect. It is in a really great central location and we were greeted by a friendly receptionist who was very helpful and efficient and quickly despatched us to our room. we were given all the relevant details about our all inclusive package and equipment we […] needed ie pool towels, safe key, tv remote etc. On arriving at the room we found it to be adequate but absolutely spotless, the sea view we had paid for was not quite what we had expected mainly a street view with a side view of the sea but at least we could see it! Our room was cleaned daily to a really high standard. The pool area is very good but even better are the roof top solariums and this is where we spent most of our time when in the hotel. All the staff we encountered were great and really helpful. The big let downs of this hotel are (1) the food which at times was truly dreadful and often hot food is dangerously tepid or cold, (2) the gym equipment most of which does not work or is falling to bits and (3) the extremely limited choice of drinks in the all inclusive package. Apart from a terrible storm during which when I think Tenerife got a years worth of rain the weather was glorious and we did truly have a very good holiday. The difficulty is because of the downsides I have mentioned I can not really recommend this hotel you will just have to make up your own minds. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Ideal for those who value all inclusive"
Our holiday was fabulous. The hotel was great, very close to the beach, two decent size swimming pools plus a pool for kids. The room was big, even when they brought in a 3rd bed for our daughter, there was still enough space for her to run and play. The only problem was the evening music, but if you won't mind to go to bed after 11 pm, then you'll […] be fine. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

Excellent friendly staff ever willing to help, could not fault food options too much to choose from and continually topped up. Plenty to do for children including kids club, pool area very clean.all in all a very pleasant place to stay ideal location and I would have no hesitation in going back again. "Good hotel , ideally situated."
Good food, ideally situated for beach. Entertainment Spanish based - poor and noisy. Reception staff excellent and helpful.Genuine Expedia guest review
The overall service of the hotel is good. Room was in good condition, all inclusive service worked out great. There's a reasonable choice of food at the buffets and drinks at the bar. The hotel is located close to the beach and many restaurants and shops. Just beware of the animation program at the pool (which can get a bit annoying if you just want […] to have a quiet time). "Great value for money"
Booked in for one night, but due to a double booking of the room we got upgraded to a junior suite Food was wonderful and a great choice available, cocktail of the day for only a euro went down rather well, the only disappointment was the spa not being open on a sunday Would definately returnGenuine Expedia guest review

A good 4 star hotel in a very good location. Room was not fancyfull but pleasant, practical and as important was very clean. All inclusive meant buffet meals which provided always something to suit your taste, however drinks were off the Spanish variety.Genuine Expedia guest review

Grande hotel all inclusive, a pochi minuti dalle spiagge della Pinta e Torviscas.

Genuine Expedia guest review
"Lovely hotel. Staff are so helpful"

We loved this hotel. Our room had a view of Los Cristianos. The room was great sized. King sized bed. TV, kettle, desk, iron and table, plugs next to bed for charging your phone, I thought the housekeeping staff tidied up every morning. The area was good. If you need tickets to local attractions, electric scooters and a man who is from the uk, there is a booth on the right of the hotel. All I know is that it is yellow in colour! There is a shopping area underneath and the only way there is outside. Wheelchair access. There is a great food shop on the corner and we were there every day!

Stayed at La nina 29th May- 5th June. Lovely hotel and room, great variety of food. Staff were very helpful! Fantastic entertainment that isn't just people who work there playing bingo! Lots of comedy nights. Would definitely recommend for all type of holiday makers.
We came on the 7th August and were very lucky in getting room 1004, it was huge! It was also immaculately clean and tidy. Hotel itself was spotless and is in a great location for many things. Back entrance to beach is great, we walked in to las Americas twice, bit of a trek but worth it along the coastal road. Never struggled for a sunbed, although we did get up early. Pool bar was fab, staff really friendly. Debby the photographer was lovely and took some gorgeous pics. Food was good, always a large selection, even if there was something not to my taste there were many other things to have. The only one thing is the black bits in the pool, didn't cause a problem but doesn't look very nice when you are swimming. Would stay here again and would recommend :o)
"Excels in certain areas - a good hotel in a good location"
08/24/14 Ged55 Clydebank, Scotland
La Nina is designated 4 stars. It certainly lives up to this billing in certain regards; perhaps it will not hit that mark for every guest or in every way. We arrived for a 12 night stay at about nine at night. Unfortunately, guests have to negotiate themselves and their luggage up some (seven) steps from the street - there is no ramp. We are fit and this was not a problem for us, but it may provide a rude welcome for some. Staff at reception were highly efficient and, having received our AI wristband, we were advised to leave our luggage with them and go for dinner (which finishes at 10 pm). Access to the restaurant from the hotel foyer was via an impressive wooden staircase. A lift, nearby, is also available. The decor within the hotel is generally bright and in good order; all but the most expensive hotels, in my experience, show some wear and tear from constant use. Once you are seated in the restaurant, staff will approach and take a drinks order. Local beer, wine, sangria, soft drinks and water are covered by the all inclusive terms, but a wine list is also available and a bottle of something a little different can be purchased at a reasonable cost. (Note: there is a strict dress code for men at dinner - trousers.) During our stay we found the food - whether at breakfast, lunch or dinner - to be of a good standard and with plenty of variety. They served British-style sausages at breakfast and something approaching real bacon (similar to a product called Ulster Fry, which I remember as a child). The salads at lunch and dinner were magnificent. A great effort was also made to "theme" certain dinners, with options originating from different countries. I had roast beef and Yorkshire pudding one night. A small bar is in operation outside the restaurant during the dinner hours (7 pm to 10 pm). My wife and I would retreat here for a couple of drinks after our meal. A special mention here for the wonderful Spanish lady who served there most nights. I left without her name, but management of the hotel will recognize her if I say she was small, blond and cheery. The main bar of the hotel is near the pool and operates throughout the day and evening. Local beer and fizzy drinks can be self-served but not, for some reason, wine or sangria. Service at the bar is prompt. Some guests opted to pay extra for "all inclusive plus". This gave them access to some so-called premium drinks (spirits) on the top shelf, as well as one or two other perks of the liquid variety. I think you would have to be resolved to "get your money's worth" to choose this option. Some food is available, at the pool bar, at certain times of the day. The all inclusive bar service finishes at 11 pm. There was usually entertainment for guests each night. The best, I would say, during our stay was a tribute act to Elton John. The artiste's name was Tom Jones! The are three pools in the hotel; one is indoors. There is also a reasonably equipped gym. I can't, however, speak to what is in the spa. On the subject of pools: the two outdoor pools are not particularly large; there was, at times, an issue of finding loungers. As often happens, guests would throw a towel on one and not see it for hours. In fairness staff do their best to police this and, if asked, will source loungers for you. There were very few German guests at the hotel during our stay; I would say the majority were British, Spanish, Italian and French. We had Room 910 - a sea view with a balcony. It was more than adequate with a very efficient shower (once you learn how to use it - turn on the water and redirect the flow to the shower head by pulling a valve on th nozzle of the tap). The room had a flat screen TV. I did not pay the deposit for the remote and can't say what channels are available. We did, of course, opt for the safe. There is a charge based on your length of stay and a deposit for the key. Maid service was daily and efficiently done. The location of the hotel is excellent. There are numerous bars and restaurants nearby and the beaches are only a few minutes walk away. It is possible to come and go by a gate to the rear of the hotel, operated by your room key card. We had a very good holiday - 11 to 23 August - and some fine weather. I would stay at this hotel again.
"FAR EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS, SUPERB VALUE, EXCELLENT SERVICE"

We stayed here all inclusive 18th august for 5 night, our stay was fab, the facilities are excellent and the quality of the food and drink served in the hotel is far better than you would expect, we had no problems for with this accommodation. We have been coming to Tenerife as a family for 11 years and decided this trip to try all inclusive and to be honest after the experience we had at this hotel we will come back on this board in the future for definite. The staff are a credit to the hotel and always have a smile on their face no matter how busy they are, everyone is pleasant and kind, as said the choice of food and drink is excellent and varied. Every part of our stay was a treat, we stayed in room 626 which has an excellent view of the sea and gets the sun till it goes down. You never struggle to get served drinks and if their is que you can serve yourself at the taps located around the pool bar area, san migel is the local beer on tap but all soft and fizzy drinks can also be obtained on self service, lots of staff on hand however to serve spirts and wine, cava and sangria. Not gonna bore you to much but this hotel exceeded our expectations and we will book again with the kids. I genuinely don't see how people can leave anything negatives in their reviews about this hotel, we couldn't fault any part of it, its really worth a go in a perfect location for beach, bars, activities, boat trips, walks, sports. Give it a try!!!!!!!!!!
"Good all round all in inclusive"

Assuming you know about deposits for towels etc and a men's long trouser dress code for dinner..... This hotel cannot do enough for you, staff are very friendly and work tirelessly to keep meals, drinks, rooms on top form. It's a big hotel with lots of rooms, so dinner may not be intimate but if early can grab a table outside, table service for drinks, found the food very good, steak and prawns, sushi and Chinese, tuna steaks, endless delicious salads, tasty breads, chocolate fountains, ice creams plus 5 more options, fresh fruits and that was just evening meals, never once went hungry or wanting for food. Free drinks all day until 11pm, help yourself beer, soft drinks, free slush for kids, ice cream, cookies, cakes all day long. Sun beds - usual towel brigade and all gone by 9am but that's the guests not the hotels fault, ask the life guard he will try and find you one. Good value all rounder I returned with holiday money as hotel provided for us very well. I could be picky and list minute irritations it's a tourist hotel that does what it says it will do.
"Fantastic hotel fantastic holiday"
Where to start!! We had a fantastic family holiday at this hotel & didn't want to leave. The room was nice, sea view & lovely balcony, decor a bit tired & in need of a paint job!! On 8th floor very quiet & fantastic view. Food, lovely food every night. Never struggled to find something to eat. Fresh cooked meat & fish beautiful especially the steak on Spanish night. Breakfast nice choice, fresh made eggs/omelettes/pancakes. Ate lunch round pool most days, make your own toasties were great!! Only problem no air con & the restaurant is boiling hot!! Drinks, never a queue unlike other all inclusive we've been to. Self service soft drinks & beer. Cocktails of the day very nice. Pool area very nice could use more sunbeds, went to beach one morning & not 1 sunbed left anywhere when we returned. Sunbeds reserved quite early in morning. We had to join everyone else & get up at 7:30am to get a sunbed next to the pool to keep an eye on kids. Entertainment, most nights we enjoyed. Very varied programme. We especially enjoyed the circus night, Elton John tribute, Michael Jackson dancers, mister sister & the Chinese acrobats. Kids club, our daughter loved dancing on the bridge & the kids club. Piedad was fantastic with the kids & always smiling!! Kids disco good too. Overall an excellent holiday & we would definately return to this hotel in the future. All staff were friendly, especially the pool bar staff.

This is a decent hotel for the price. The food is good, with an excellent salad bar. Some of the prepared dishes were cold on occasions but there was always meat and fish freshly cooked. It got rather crowded around the pool area and you had to be up early to get sunbeds with parasols. Our room was large and although quite basic, was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a fair size with two sinks, a bath with shower and a separate toilet. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The entertainment was typical hotel style, some good, some awful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at La Nina, and would go again.

returned last week from this hotel and had the most amazing holiday, met lovely people and kids made loads of friends. the hotel staff were really nice and friendly we spoke a few times with helen on reception who was always friendly and helpful, we also found the bar staff and resturuant staff all very kind and helpful nothing was too much bother for them. the rooms were nice and comfortable we had a sea view room number 504 i think and although view was nice the balcony was concrete and this was the only thing we didnt like i know that on the upper floors above us they has glass balcony therfore views much nicer so that just being a small tip!! the food was nice we had a nice time at mexican italian and british night in the buffet resturauant breakfasts were always delicious and loved stitting out on the terrace for our meals. the hotel is in a great location couldnt be better, along to the right you have costa adeje which is beautiful and has a lot a great returuants to choose form and a really nice promanade along with great beach. we went for 7 nights and wasent enough really want to go back! the entertainment was good always a laugh and great atmosphere it what you make of it we always had good nights and the kiddies club was good too . would definetly recommend.

The hotel is in a great location, the food offered is of good choice often filled up. The room was clean and towels and beds changed regularly. The hotel reception staff was very good and helpful, the only downside to this hotel was the evening entertainment. It was poor, mainly aimed at the children, the was two poor singers, with a lot of backing tracks, the grease show was poor, it was the animation team dressed in outfits to grease, with the songs played in the background while they attempted to dance, it was the same moves with different songs, the other shows the parrot show and a group of older people singing to be honest was just as poor.. The entertainment needs to be improved to make it the four stars..
