Reviewed by Kent of Appleton on Oct 26, 2008
We were not feeling secure with the check-in process of having to fax our drivers license and credit card to the main registration desk prior to check-in due to no management on-site. Secondly, we did not hear back from the person we were working with only to find out he was no longer with the company. Lastly, when we arrived at the complex, there was a large pile of dog feces outside of our front door. Also a small pile on the sidewalk. We had to side step this every time we went into our room or to the pool. No fault of the cleaning service, but of the irresponsible guests staying there. We felt if there was on-site management this would not have happened. We also had to change the light bulb at our front door because it did not work. We felt for the price we paid we could have stayed at a nice hotel.

out of value="5""Outstanding Condo on a hill"
Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on Mar 24, 2008
Our condo unit was attractive, clean, roomy and located near the top of a hill in the desert. The unit was furnished with Southwestern decor. The views from the condo were awesome, the base of the Catalina mountains were about 1 mile away-- with a valley in between the hill of the condo and the mountains. The only downside to our stay was that I found a scorpion in the living room and 2 smallish spiders; however a quick stomp with my shoe took care of them; this unit was on the bottom floor of the condos and in a desert setting, so I am not too surprised. If our unit was on the 2nd floor, it probably would have been critter free.
