Great customer service, walking distance to Main Street restaurants and shops. Free continental breakfast and hot tub was a great way to soak sore muscles after a day of skiing. It is a good deal and location is the most important reason for hotel selection followed closely by reasonable cost, cleanliness and comfort, definitely met expectations and would stay again

My family loved it. My kids wanted to stay for a week. I was good to know that you check in at Durango Mtn Resort about a mile before Cascade Village and we made sure that we bought food in Durango before we went to the Resort, but we've got to go back!

We enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed for our family with young kids. Great location next to the river trail, and convenient access to the gondola. Heated pool was closed for the season for our visit in early October. Hot tub was only open from 4pm-8pm. Suggestions for improvement: 1. Need more parking spaces. 2. Need more bicycle parking. 3. I had to go to a different hotel to find out how to check in. No one answered the hotel number, and there is no lobby with staff at the counter. Eventually found check-in location up on the main street a few blocks away.
