      Needed a place for one night and this fit the bill. Very close to the interstate and downtown. Hotel is well kept and staff was very pleasant. And the price was right too. Would definitely stay here again.

    Smelled like chlorine from the moment you stepped in (pools is at lobby area) and the smell permeated the hallways. Kids in wet swimsuits running up and down the lobby area halls. Desk manager said the rooms were overbooked and our suite was not available. Gave us a key to a handicapped room. Smelled like cigarettes and was awful. Then the manager "magically" […] came up with a "suite we hold back for these situations (REALLY?)", but is was unacceptable, too. We ended up going elsewhere.     My fiance and I had a wonderful time staying at the Corner Oak Manor this past weekend. The breakfast was great, the room was perfect and it was perfectly located 5 mins from Biltmore Village and the Biltmore Estate entrance. Would highly recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone!     Beautiful house, tastefully decorated, in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown Asheville. The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast outstanding, owners friendly but not intrusive. My only complaint is that wifi did not work in my room and it was inconvenient to use my laptop in the dining room or parlor.
