What an amazing place to spend a honeymoon in Phuket! The staff was top notch, the service was amazing, but the room was far and away the best part. Total privacy. We're not ones to stay on a resort all day but we ended up spending a lot of time lounging and relaxing on our patio and pool when we weren't taking tours around the islands. This hotel is beyond words, definitely something out of this world! It is located on the top of the hill with amaaaaazing views! I recommend you take an ocean view villa - the view is absolutely breath taking. The pictures are just like the real thing - beautiful view, clean spacious rooms, with an amazing infinity pool that gives you and your loved […] one true privacy. The staff are SO professional, they come twice a day to clean your room and put fresh flowers! They also put bug spray since there are many bugs around, especially at night! When you arrive, they give the women a small bouquet of flowers! It's so sweet! When we arrived, the general manager came and spoke to us about their facilities and what we can do around the area. They have golf carts that take you to your room and to the restaurant! All part of your stay at the Pavilions. They have a business center with books and DVDs to borrow, and two computes with free internet! There is also free wi-fi in your room! They also have free shuttles that take you to the beach, only a few minutes away! VERY clean beach with very nice local restaurants! I really recommend this hotel, but make sure you have a plan to go out and do some activities because it can get a little boring since there isn't a lot to do around the hotel and the area. Wow - Wow is one of the words that sum up this place! We were here for 5 nights in a Pool & Spa Penthouse for our honeymoon. It was massive, bigger than my small 3 bedroom house I live in. Bad, handphone was stolen from the hotel while we are out. The hotel suspected we lost it outside while we are out. But the problem is we didnt even bring the phone out. Moreover, there were two power failure for the two nights stay. The longest is more than 1.5hours. So dark and no air-condition for 1.5hrs in a villa. How would you feel???

Would absolutely recommend this resort for couples - it is as advertised - a perfect romantic getaway. Service: Upon arrival, JC, the hotel manager, greeted us at the lobby and came by at breakfast to say hi. We were in town to attend a wedding and the hotel was kind enough to offer us complimentary transportation by private car back and forth to a […] nearby hotel about 10 minutes away. It was a major perk given the notorious Phuket taxi mafia. Room: We were taken to our Spa and Pool Pavilion which had an amazing view of the laguna (although not the more attractive view of the ocean). The room looked exactly as it did online. For 3 days we relaxed and watched DVDs. Before we left, we visited the Ocean View Villas and although they had better views, my wife and I agreed that the huge sofas in the Spa and Pool Pavilions (where we spent the bulk of our time) were superior to the "regular" sofas in the Ocean View Villas. Food: We ate at the restaurant 3 times and also had room service 3 times. Food was very good, and although it was hotel level prices, we didn't feel ripped off since the quality was up to par. Would recommend the burger and fish taco. The Banh Mi sandwich and Thai food was also very good. Breakfast consisted of a buffet spread and also a menu where you can order Thai and Western breakfast items (i.e. eggs benedict, pancakes, waffles etc). One tip is that they need to cover their buffet food with nets. They did so on the second day we were there, but not the first and on both mornings there were no nets on the fruit which had a lot of flies buzzing around. This didn't bother me but I know many people would not eat it. Unfortunately we did not get to check out the 360 Bar & Restaurant since we did not eat dinner at the Pavilions. There is complimentary afternoon tea in the Library (3:00-4:30pm) which had a very simple spread but very good iced tea. Spa: We didn't get to use the special spa room unfortunately. For all of those people who think Phuket is Patong, the Pavilions in Cherngtalay is as different as night and day. Luxurious villas surrounded by nature, friendly, helpful and efficient staff and a close proximity to Layan beach are the highlights. 年末に利用しました。タクシーの運転手さんより、「パトンビーチは新年を迎えるにあたり、すごくうるさいのに、ここは静かだね」と言われるほど閑静でした。 中心部から遠いので、オプショナルツアーなど、ジャン セイロンから申し込みをしようとした時は、遠いから無理と言われたりしました。オプショナルツアーなどは、ホテルからでも申し込みが出来るのですがツアーによっては別途交通費をとられます。 プールは残念でしたが、朝食はビュッフェ以外にメニューの中から好きなものを いくらでも頼んで良いシステムでした。珍しいジュースやスムージーなど、普通のホテルでは味わえないようなメニューで対応している所が素晴らしかったです。

サービスがとてもよく、スタッフが優しい。 朝ごはんがものすごく充実している。（タイ料理とか、カクテルもすべて追加料金なし） バーでサンセットが最高！！！ みやすいようにテーブルを移動させてくれたり、草木をよけてくれたり ほんとうにみなさん優しかった。 蚊がすこしいるけど、虫除けスプレーがとてもいいにおいでした。 （ルームディフューザーとしても使用可） あと、スリッパがたたみみたいで履きやすくて、とても居心地がよかった。 プライペートプールもあって、その横に、横たわれるベッドみたいなのもあって素敵だった。

プーケットは海のリゾートですが、ダイビングクルーズ後だったので、岡の上から眺めるプーケットもよかったです。お部屋や部屋のプールもきれいで、人もすくなく、メインのプールも貸し切りでした。なかなか外に食べにいけないですが、ホテルのレストランの料理も美味しかったです。 ただ、年末年始のハイシーズンだったので仕方ないと思いますが、スパの予約が希望の時間にとれなかった事だけが残念でした。

풀빌라 자체로는 후한 점수를 주고 싶음. 가면 하나투어, 모두투어 신혼여행 패키지 온 한국 커플 천지임.. 본인은 패키지로 가지 않고, 자유신혼여행 중에 방문했으나, 까론에 있는 힐튼아카디아에서 거기까지 가는데 1000바트 들었음.. 졸라 멈....그리고 풀빌라 주변엔 아무것도 없다고 보는 게 맞음. 렌트카 하면 아무 상관없지만, 그게 아니면 슈퍼도 못가고, 밥은 풀빌라 안에서만 먹어야 하는데, 밖보다 기본 3배는 비쌈..(그래도 아주 비싼건 아니지만..)
