"Older hotel and declining condition."

Several small things broken or in poor condition. Air conditioner was in semi-working order. Asked for a 1 hour later checkout after a 3 night stay and they were reluctant to allow it. Finally agreed to 1 hr request and still turned off card key at original time. Lesser quality hotel could have made a better effort to make customer happy. Ice machine stayed empty most of our 3 day stay. They did have a good breakfast.
