      My new bride and I had a pleasant stay here. The condo we had was awesome and the tub is huge. When we come back to the Smokies, we will be staying here. The rooms are costly but hey we are on vacation. great place to stay.

      My husband and I needed time away from home. We are raising grand kids and just needed some time to ourselves. We have stayed there before and were pleased both stays. This is an older building and is in need of some upgrades. But all in all was a comfortable place to stay. We did enjoy our stay.

    Clean rooms and pleasant staff. Don't know where the bad ratings came from earlier but this place didn't live down to them. It's an older place but seemed fairly well maintained.

    Everything was situated as normal just like every other hotel... Just had carpet stains everywhere bugs in the room. When I came in I wasn't feeling welcomed bc one girl was texting and the other girl helped me but was aggravated I interrupted her from her phone too..

    I was not impressed with this hotel. It was run down, the help was extremely unprofessional, the facility wasn't clean and overall it was a dump.

    At 12:10 AM I was still awake due to noicy guests nearby. I called the management and nothing was done for at least 20 minutes. I had to turn the air-conditioner fan to high to drown out the noise.
