Great hotel and service. Loaction is perfect for doing business close by in Dallas,Ft. Worth area. Restaurants were good on site but quite pricey, especially for dinner.

There is really nothing to complain about the Grand Hyatt at DFW. Especially for "in-and-out" travelers (or those making next-day connections at DFW) this is a very pleasant, "business up-scale" place to spend the night. And the location is perfect. The restauarants are relatively expensive--not particularly out-of-line for major airports--but the food […] is definitely above average for this type-of establishment. The hotel and bar/restaurant staff was very friendly. There is also a swimming pool and a really good workout room on the roof. awsome remote control touch pads through out room to control lights and window treatments. Spacious rooms, comfy bed. Good sized desk space for those on business. Yoga mat in the closet! Coffee is only available in lobby, do not expect a Kerig machine or even a regular coffee maker in the room. Only downside is food choices. Im sure the quality is top nothc but not wallet friendly if dining for more than one. Entrees were from 27-48 dollars. I ordered a soup that was not very filling at all. Only a drippy toilet -- which could be heard in the room, it was so quiet -- interrupted an excellent stay. Excellent room and hugely convenient.

Hotels.com told me I had 7 nights free parking, but the hotel said only one day parking per one night's stay. Also to get coffee, the attendant required a voucher for each person -- a little chintzy for a first class hotel. Otherwise, everything was good.

Beds uncomfortable with those terrible down pillows that flatten out to one inch thickness when you put your head on them. Hotel also ended up double charging for the room, which fortunately I picked up on my credit card statement.

Hotel was incredibly convenient. Never had to set a foot outside of airport. Convenience aside...the accomodations were stellar and the hotel staff was fabulous. Would not dare consider another hotel when business calls in Dallas!

Second time to stay here. The staff was superb. The holiday decorations added to the warmth of the season. I was a little put off this time by the room. The temperature of the room was not up to par (again) hard, TV was poor, was having problems with the lights in the room ( was taken care of right away ) and few issues with the bathroom. Beautiful hotel conveniently located within the airport. The amenities are amazing beginning from the rooms, to the restaurant and the rooftop heated pool. The hotel is seconds away from concourse D security check-point and it's extremely easy to travel on an overnight stay while you're traveling. I've stayed here a couple of times. I love the convenience of location right in the terminal. And, it's very upscale but not always expensive. The room service menu is varied and the qualify delicious. If it's too pricey, the Hyatt Regency in another terminal is usually less.

I knew that this would be a good fit for the type of trip I was taking -- a quick pop-in to DFW to meet up with some folks and then a quick flight back. Being on the Airport grounds makes for a very inviting stay, as you spend virtually no time between de-planing and relaxing at your hotel room. Add to the fact that the rental car shuttle is very […] close and it adds up to a good stay all around. Services include a full restaurant (did not use), M Lounge (full service bar and food available from restaurant in lounge area, and Moka bar (good for AM coffee). One thing to note is that you will need to drive someplace for entertainment/shopping. While DFW has a fair amount of shopping and things to do once behind security, it's pretty sparse on the non-secured portion of the airport which is where the hotel is (obviously). recently I had to overnight in Dallas. I had another reservation at another hotel. But when I realized how large the Dallas airport was and that the Grand Hyatt was directly connected to the airport, I changed the reservation. this is a very nice hotel, and highly sound proofed - I never heard any planes! Definitely worth it!
