Hotel staff very friendly. nice lobby, good breakfast with fresh fruits and no plastic dishes. After complaining about the size of suite we were sold for 5 persons (definitely too small and not a fair sale) we were given complimentary upgrade to a two bed room suite by the manager which was very much appreciated. Free parking and free wireless internet are very convenient as well as close access to highway and airport.

Free shuttle to the hotel from airport. Nice exercise room and pool. Room was very comfortable, staff friendly, and hotel was well-maintained and clean. Shuttle provided by hotel to points of interest and cruiseport. Definite return stay next time catching a cruise out of Ft. Lauderdale.

"OK experience"
I had called the hotel before making this reservation to ensure this was a one bedroom suite but when I arrived it was a studio room. There was no bedding for the sofa bed so I called the front desk and they asked me to come down to pick up the bedding as they were understaffed at night! There was a side entrance near ur room that we tried to use to […] get to our room but the door would not open and we had to walk around the building to go through the front entrance.The rooms were clean. The breakfast was not bad. Service could've been better. The reason I wouldn't recommend it is because I think you could probably get better service for the price. "lost!"
i lost my daughter and i social cards and they took forever to get back to me. given me every excuse in the book. the manager never called me back i had to call 5* a day...... and i lost a pair of LV shoes!!!!
"Our experience"
My family and I had to stay at this hotel for one night due to a gas leak in our home. Room was comfortable and great for our needs, however I would have appreciate it they would have given us a room not so close to other guest. I was not impressed with this hotel. The sofa bed linens were dirty. We had to wait until the next hotel clerk come on duty in order for us to get clean linen for the sofa bed. The breakfast was not good, it was cold.

"Home away from home"
We had to stay here due to broken air conditioning and found it convenient, comfortable and they had a great complimentary hot am breakfast. The staff was friendly, attentive and responsive to our needs. We asked for a replacement blanket and it was delivered in a timely manner.
