"Perfect location to everything we wanted to do."
The hotel was in a perfect location to Loon MT., snowmobiling tours, good restaurants and the Ice Castles at Loon MT. The hotel was clean, the rooms were spacious and the staff was very friendly. We also enjoyed the indoor pool and Jacuzzi.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Everything was fine, just the noise of construction"
We stayed only for one night. Everything was fine:room was clean, newly renovated, kitchen was nice, temperature was good, not so cold and not so hot, just perfect. However, the room was just beside the construction site and we were awaked by about 7 am. So if you plan to stay there recently, be sure to request a room not near the construction site. […] We did not, as we only stayed for one night and we thought they would not start working till 8 am, though we noticed that upon entering the room. Anyway, if not for the noise, I would rate it five-star. By the way, the location of the hotel was also convenient. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Excellent stay and service!"
Great place to stay in a quaint New England town. Right in the center of town with everything you need close by. The staff was wonderful. I was walking out the front door on a 16 degree day with no coat (chasing one of my children!) and the woman at the front desk told me to grab a coat. I've been traveling weekly for 10 years and have never had a hotel […] employee care enough to say something like that. My children were greeted with a warm smile by every employee as well. I highly recommend Blugreen if you find yourself in or near Lincoln! Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Great location and indoor space"
Great location! My family and I travel to White Mountains every January and stay at this hotel. We always snowmobile on one day, and ski Loon on the next.(the hotel provides a free shuttle to Loon which is literally 5minutes away). I would definitely recommend, and will be returning next year. I enjoy the indoor pool and jacuzzi as well at the spacious […] room. We always stay in the King Suit. We take advantage of the full kitchen by cooking great meals and enjoying some family time. "Good for a family getaway..."
I reserved a room for 4 (2 adults 2 children) thru Expedia. The confirmation came back that the room was a king with 4 people staying, I assumed there would be a sleep sofa for the kids. When we arrived they said the king room didn't have a sleep sofa - would we mind being upgraded. Of course not, we're just lucky they had space for us as it was a holiday […] weekend. Our upgrade was to a one-bedroom suite - very large, very nice. So no complaints....indoor hot tub is cool also. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review

"Last minute perfection"
We booked a Superior King room at South Mountain Resort through hotels.com and checked in late at night for a 2 night stay. They upgraded us to a Luxury King room without really telling us. We found out when we checked out and asked about the room being so big and having a kitchenette, second bathroom and whirlpool tub in the bedroom. The room felt […] brand new and clean. Every aspect, besides the TVs (older, tube style), was flawless. The front desk called the next day to see if everything was to our liking. We were hiking and had a fair amount of gear, so the larger room with kitchenette was very helpful. We liked it so much, we will probably go back and stay there again. Only regret was that we didn't get to use the whirlpool tub or the hotel pool/jacuzzi. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Wonderful location and comfortable room"
This was a great place to stay. The only suggested improvement would be to serve breakfast, but there were 2 breakfast places across the street. It's right in the center of town.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
Very picturesque for the fall leaf turning season. Easy on to Kanc Highway and just across the street from some outstanding pancakes at Flapjacks.Genuine Expedia guest review
The rooms were great . The Jacuzzi indoors was being repaired so we couldn't use the exercise room or indoor pool either because of the fumes from the repair process. The outdoor jacuzzi barely worked. There is not much in the town to do . It did have good access to the mountains and passes.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

Perfect Hotel. Elegant & modern. We stayed in luxury 1 bedroom and it's massive! Big kitchen, big bedroom, big & comfy bed, and there're 2 bathrooms for 1 bedroom which is sweet. There's also a bathtub inside the bedroom. The LCD tv in the living room is huge. They have a social room downstairs with fireplace & wi-fi which is kinda nice especially in […] winter time. Staff are very friendly. The pool seems so nice, we didn't have time to go there but from the looks of it, it's superb. Lots of parking. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Lovely hotel with good facilities"
Great hotel with huge rooms, good facilites and a fantastic location - just a 5 minute drive from Loon Mountain. We had a lovely stay there. My only complaint would be that they advertise the facilities as having a sauna, however, when we got there, it appeared that the sauna had been removed from the female changing rooms, which after a cold day on […] the slopes, was a bit disappointing. "Good, but hard to find"
Reasonable for the rate we had. It is a little hard to find because the hotel sing says "InnSeason Resorts South Mountain" and the given road name "InnSeason Drive" did not rexist in our GPS. Even the locals we asked were note sure. But if you know that it is the big hotel at the main road it is easy to find.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"A LOVELY HOTEL..RIGHT IN THE HUB"
This was a lovely hotel, with a warm welcome. We checked in early...no problems at all. The room was right next to the pool and as this was an out of season stay it was very quiet. The reception staff searched for an adaptor for us as our own had given up the ghost. They could not have been nicer. The spacious room had a fabulous big bed...high and […] regal with lots of pillows and lovely linen. A hair dryer and coffee maker were provided and the room had air conditioning and a big TV. The shower was fabulous... The situation of the hotel is right on the main street next door to the police station and the town hall...very handy as we needed advice about our next days travel to Vermont which had suffered at the hands of hurricane Irene. We were also able to use the guest computer to try and find out how the roads to Vermont were holding up to the recent deluge. There are lots of restaurants near by. We went to the Common Man which is about half a mile away and the walk was pleasant and the road safe. I would like to go there again and stay longer than this one night hop on our whistle stop tour of New Enland...13 different towns in 17 days !! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Best Resort stay we have ever had"
08/16/14 Thomas S Bronx, New York
The resort was undergoing growth and they were working everyday but the staff did not miss a beat . We had a great time and the most relaxing stay in many years . My wife kind of just threw a dart at a map and picked this as one of our monthly stays . I said "sure why not" . Boy was I glad she randomly picked our stay . So good was our stay that we are looking at staying again in the spring . Cant wait ! But we will . Rooms - great ! Pools - great ! Staff - great ! Beds -GREAT !!! Clean , quiet and comfortable . What more can you ask for .
We stayed for sommer vacation With the children. Super place for family, 2 spas, 2 pools, clean hôtel. The rooms are clean and very spacious! The service was also #1 the only concern: they coule hâve smaller pillows in the beds. Contrats!
"Fabulous 4 generation family vacation"
07/19/14 BubblesLaRu West Islip, New York
As gold bluegreen owners, we booked 3 units to include great grand mother GiGi, my son and his wife and 2 babies and then 1 for my husband and I . We vacation together often and have found that a healthy mixture of togetherness and privacy keeps everyone asking for more family vacations. Bluegreen provides us with the perfect spots! South mt. Resort is a wonderful place, with the best staff bluegreen has to offer. We asked to be poolside, 1 st floor so we were close to one another and so that it was easier with the senior and little ones, they accommodated us. Two of our rooms were on the 1st floor with large patio's, overlooking the pool with plenty of grassy area for little ones to run around. We BBQ, relaxed, played in both pools as well as the hot tub, used the game room and enjoyed many outdoor adventures in the Mountains. There is so much to do in this area that satisfies all ages and abilities. Our unit was a large 1 bedroom with a jacuzzi tub in the bedroom and 2 baths. The unit is in need of an upgrade. My son's unit was the same size yet it didn't have an oven. We more than made due! The children had a blast and so did 3 generations of adults. We met great people from all over the country hanging by the pool. I can' wait to come back again next summer. Also, the views of the mountains from your patio or the pool/ picnic area is spectacular. And you can walk to many awesome restaurants and food store!
"Well Maintained Property, improving still"
03/24/14 Douglas L Wellesley, MA
BlueGreen took over the property from InnSeason (a regional vacation property developer) almost two years ago. Major renovation is going on, including a complete new building. The property as is is in great shape (the other time I stayed was almost ten years ago). The spacious KIng 1-BR unit I stayed in had a nice kitchen (JennAir range and convection oven!) but the sofa bed had a new mattress (full) too small for the frame (queen-size; management said that they are changing over to new leather sofabeds and the old sofa in the room needed a new mattress, hence the mismatch). Overall, the room is very nice. The free WIFI is superfast. While there is no food service on-site, Flapjack is right across the road for great breakfasts. The only issue was that sound-insulation for the floor/ceiling needs improvement - we received a call from front deck because some guest below us complained about noises (probably from my kids running around our room - not excessively). Management again said work was on the way to improve sound insulation. One BIG improvement to come: a resort-guest-only ski lift that will access Loon Mountain's expanding South Peak (in 2 years?) right next to the hotel (which is about 5 minutes to Loon Mountain's main lodge). Stay tuned!! One thing i do miss is the free shuttle service to Loon Mountain (which they used to have). Regardless, I think Blue Green Resorts is doing a great job improving the property.

Went away for a couple of days of R&R to ski. Found this place through American Express rewards points. It's awesome. I got the King suite, 2 huge rooms with kitchen and two bathrooms. In room hot tub and the resort staff was so helpful. The concierge helped me book lift tickets and recommended a great place to eat. The woman working the front desk, I think her name was Jess, was so welcoming and friendly. It was quiet in the resort, don't know if it was because I was here mid-week but I would def. Come back.
"A Stellar Property"

This is a beautiful Bluegreen property. We stayed in a two bedroom, which was very spacious and clean, with a den off the living room and a full kltchen. The bathrooms were nicely appointed with higher end fixtures than we were expecting to see. The pool area has a two level hot tub with changing colored lights in the water. There is also a game room with several video games. The one improvement I would suggest would be to add in unit washer/dryers. There is only one washer dryer in the entire resort.
"Ideal mountain destination"

We spent a week at South Mountain Resort past the best of the fall colors, but found a great deal to compensate for them. Our one bedroom, two bath unit was spacious and comfortable, with an over-sized island work space in the open kitchen, a large master bedroom with jacuzzi tub and very comfortable king size bed.The unit provided all the amenities and supplies we could possibly need for our week. The staff could not have been more accommodating in responding to our every need. The Resort is set back from the main street, but there was no traffic noise, nor were we inconvenienced in the least by the construction of a new wing going on at the Resort. Being close to the main street afforded proximity to a grocery store, pharmacy, liquor store and a number of restaurants, all within walking distance. We particularly enjoyed the Gypsy Cafe for lunch and the Texas Toast Eatery for breakfast. We enjoyed the resort pool and two level hot tub early every morning, and basically had them to ourselves as this was off-season in late October. The nearby Visitors' Center proved most helpful and helped us select three mountain hiking trails from the myriad of ones available in the area. The trails are well maintained, some for every fitness level, and reserve pleasant surprises such as waterfalls, gorges, and other geological wonders for the hikers. We came to this activity very much as novices and were pleasantly surprised that we could easily negotiate the trails that were suggested; we were particularly taken with the Flume Gorge. The drives in any direction around Lincoln are quite scenic. Although we had an outing every day, we only managed to partake of a fraction of the trails and other attractions in nearby towns, so have vowed to return.
"Great place to stay in a fabulous area for lots to do and see."
10/22/13 Carole C Pittsfield, IL
As Bluegreen owners wanting a place to stay to be able to sight see in both NH and ME, this was a perfect location and a very accomodating resort. We couldn't have had better service and attention to details with our reservations. They are in process of renovating sections of the rooms, but we were not disturbed in anyway. The outdoor and indoor pools and hot tubs were all nice. There is no wifi in the rooms as yet; but ii is available in their lobby and library. Laundry facilities were on top floor, but with an elevator, it was not an inconvenience. Kitchen was ample and huge master and bath. Had two-one bedroom units and when all 8 of us got together in one unit we weren't "stuffed" in the living area. Location was in walking distance to grocery/shopping areas. We will return to this resort in the future as there were so many fun things to do. The bike ride at Fraconia Notch State Park where The Flume is located is a definite repeat. The Flume and the Cannon mtn tram ride are also repeats. The falls, covered bridge along the Kancamagus Hwy were worth the time. The drive from Lincoln up Rte 3 to 115 to 2 to Gorham and 16 to N. Conway and Conway (great shopping in Gorham and N. Conway!) was very scenic and easy. We liked Polly's Pancake Parlor in Sugar Hill, NH, with a spectacular view of the Presidential range in the White Mtns. Had a fabulous breakfast at the Belmont Restaurant in Manchester, NH and the sharpest waitress you could ever find...she had to have been in her 70's easily but didn't write down a single order got all 9 of us correct orders! We'll be back there! Also ate at The Lobster Trap in N. Conway, NH. Don't forget to do Gifford's ice cream who have so many delicious flavors to choose from! The Northland restaurant in Berlin (a little N. of Gorham) is worth a visit. Skip Elviros pizza in Lincoln. Lots more to do which we didn't have time to do. Just in our week between NH and ME, we drove 1,162 mis! It was all a wonderful time!

We stayed there for 2 nights for fall colors (White mountains-NH). Rooms are clean and in good condition.I will stay there if i need to during next visit. Lot of places nearby to eat and there's also a liquor store nearby. Hotel has a heated indoor pool as well a outside pool(not open during all seasons).
"Wish we were there!"
10/02/13 Becki W Marquez, Texas, United States
We stayed in late April/early May. This was the "off" season, so some of the area attractions were closed, but it did not keep us from having a wonderful time! We had a very large, very comfortable 1 bedroom/ 2 bath unit with a fully stocked kitchen, living room, ceiling fans, fireplace, 2 tvs & a jacuzzi. The hallways were a bit long and awkward, but the room was great. The staff was very helpful and the location was perfect. No need to worry about safety: the police station is literally next door. We love just driving through the mountains and along the Kanc highway, seeking out covered bridges, waterfalls (many are easy to walk to), glimpses of wildlife, and soaking up local flavor. Make sure to eat at The Common Man for a meal that is anything but common!
