"Good location. Friendly staff."
Stayed for 1 night. Young lady on check in was very nice recommending places to eat when asked. Hotel is a bit dated but clean and served its purpose.Genuine Expedia guest review
"A good stay"
The room was very peasant..big with a kitchen area and lounge with a bed that came down from being stored in the wall. Only negative was the ridiculous resort fee!Genuine Expedia guest review

Mooie kamer met jacuzzi. Er is naast het hotel een recreatieruimte met zwembad, poolbiljart en zeer grote, ruime loungehoek. Heel erg leuk!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Sehr schönes Hotel kann man immer wieder hinfahren"
Sehr angenehm. Schön. Putzfrau kommt wohl nur alle zwei Tage. Wußten wir nicht. Ist aber ok. Mußten noch 44,80$ zahlen. War uns so nicht bewußt. Ist wohl Steuer (10%) und Hotelzuschlag (9%) gewesen. Unnötige Kosten. Stand im Kleingedruckten. Trotzdem alles in Ordnung. 45 min zum White Mountain.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

My husband and I really needed a nice quiet place to relax and unwind for a long weekend, and this Resort gave us everything we wanted and needed! We stayed in a two level one bedroom condo suite! The unit was very clean, it came with a small, but completely outfitted kitchen. The living area was tastefully decorated and plenty large enough with a large flat screen t.v, a little fireplace type unit (romantic), and a balcony. The upstairs has the Master bedroom, really good sized, very large comfortable bed. The bathroom has a nice big 2 person jacuzzi tub! If you've never stayed in a unit with a jacuzzi, and can afford the little bit of extra it costs, it is SO worth it! It's romantic and completely relaxing! The other Amenities included a large pool, and a hot tub, we loved using these as well! There's a game room and a big rec room, but we didn't use it. If you love having all this, but can't afford it at peak seasons, (which is why we came off season), then it's completely affordable during their "quiet season" which is around Oct.15th-end of Nov. sometime, (check with hotel for their off season dates and prices). So, all the way around we had every bit the relaxing, romantic weekend we were looking for!

Room was nothing special, bath had a jacuzzi tub that was more trouble than pleasure. The Great Room which is in an adjoining building is the best feature of this hotel. My wife and I seemed to be the only ones using it, had great views. There was no maid service during our 3 night stay, any towels or such had to be given by the front desk. A small fridge was in the room but no micro. Good storage in dressers but closet was rather tight against one of the beds. For snacks bring your own or go without, no restaurants and the one vending machine was out of order. Good view of the surrounding mountains.

We enjoyed having a kitchen to help with some of our meals. It had a murphy bed which made it feel kind of small. We liked having a table and chairs to play cards and of course eat our meals. The shower was very very small but did the job!! We liked the balcony with the view of the mountains. We loved the path right over the bridge that followed the river amoung the trees - another traveler told us about it. They do not do any room service but we are very resourseful so it was alright.
"Just as expected"

Booked last minute (2 days advance) for the weekend before Columbus day. The prices were the most economical for the area (about $150/night on Priceline). They do charge extra little fees adding up to about $20 on your final bill (and these are noted in the fine print on Priceline). It's a "resort" but also condos, so there are residents as well as guests. The staff at the front desk were very nice, and when you check in they give you a chamber of commerce discount card for certain restaurants in the area. They do lock the front doors at 11pm, but give you a code to enter the building. We booked a studio for 2 people, which had a kitchen and a murphy bed. We realized that the rooms are suite style, as we had a connecting door to the room next to us (so we believe that room would only have had a bedroom and bathroom, as the kitchen was in our room)... and they are labeled as such with one room having a number and the next having a number and "a" next to it. Our door had to be pulled closed very hard, as we found out when the people next door went to go into their room and walked into ours first (seeing as they had the "a" but didn't realize it, and the door did not fully slam behind us although it sounded like it did). The room was clean, but dated and could definitely use some refreshing, but it is what we expected and what seems to be the norm for hotels in the area. The walls are thin, though, as I heard those same neighbors and their children crying well into the night. The location was great, as you're at the south peak entrance to Loon and directly behind the plazas with the grocery store, restaurants, movie theatre, etc. There is a pool and hot tub, which we didn't realize so we didn't come prepared- but it's a nice addition. There is also a small game room and a "great" room/lounge. There appeared to be plenty of parking and overall our stay was good, but nothing impressive. It served our purposes and met our expectations.
"Really Outdated, But Fine"

This hotel is well situated in Lincoln and there is a lot in the area. Many places to stay in this area are outdated, so I wasn't too surprised to find that this one was as well. The room was a studio with a kitchen and a murphy bed. From the furniture to the fixtures, it obviously has not been refreshed in a couple of decades. There was an 8-track player in the room. Seriously. The room was clean enough. Sometimes old feels dirty and that was the case here, but I don't think it was too bad. The bed was comfortable enough. You could clearly hear the neighbors through the wall/door and people in the hall. The staff was really friendly. There aren't much to the grounds, though it is alongside a nice river. They have a pretty nice "great room" with a fireplace and chairs with big windows so you can look at the trees. The indoor pool looked fine, though we didn't use it. Overall we had a fine stay, mostly due to the convenience of the location. The hotel could really use some refreshing, but it is livable for a few nights.

Rivergreen Resort is a peaceful resort conveniently located in the lovely town of Lincoln, NH. Walking distance to many restaurants, activities and shopping. Condo rooms are clean and reasonably priced. The staff is pleasant and helpful.

Awful dirty paper thin walls..no view, room smelled musty and the kids laughed at the windows because if how dirty they were. It's 11pm and all we can hear is the people next to us screaming . I would never recommend or stay here again

My wife an I returned to this wonderful hotel for our second honeymoon. I highly recommend the "Two-Level One Bedroom Condo Suite". It has a full kitchen, living room (with small deck overlooking the mountains), a master bath with 2 person Jacuzzi (with views of the mountains) and a king bed. The rooms were very clean and very homey (all units are owned by individuals and rented out by a management company). The staff is very friendly and courteous and will go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable (they did for us). The location in downtown Lincoln means your close to plenty of great restaurants, attractions and amazing scenery. The views are simply amazing and you're right at the south base of Loon Mountain. The only con (if you want to call it that), is that these are condos, so amenities like daily room cleaning (it can be done daily but for an additional fee) and food service are not included. That being said, that wasn't an issue for us as we didn't need room everyday and since we have a fridge and stove, we either stored leftovers for eating out or cooked our own meals. Overall, my wife and I had an amazing time, and highly recommend staying at the Rivergreen Resort. We will be staying here again.
"Great place to stay"

We love going to Rivergreen when we are in Loon Mountain skiing or hiking in the summer. There is so much to do in the area. We like how the pool is connected to the hotel so we don't have to leave the building, which is nice. There is always coffee in the morning and the staff is really nice. We also like to get food from Price Chopper Next door (walking distance) and barbeque out back. There is also a nice screened in area to sit and eat in. It's nice that it's in town to walk to the river or shops and restaurants. Whales Tales Water Park and Clarks and Loon Mountain are all right down the street and so much fun!
"Family ski weekend"
03/23/14 Kathy S Boston, Massachusetts
We stayed in a two story one bedroom condo from a Friday-Sunday so that we could ski at Loon Mountain with our two young children. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating all weekend. Our room was spotless and the linens were all fresh, clean, and new. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were new and a good quality. The shuttle to Loon was convenient, timely and reliable. The resort is a very short distance from the mountain. The pool and hot tub were clean and fun for apres ski.
