It would be helpful if we knew that the tip was added on the room service. We also gave a cash tip. . .Also, I realize we stayed in the older hotel, but the heater/cooling system blows uncomfortably.

Non-smoking room, when I arrived at 9:45pm it smelt like someone had been smooking in it, I was willing to think it might have been someone smoking outside of the room and the smell came in through the vents for heater/air conditioner. In the morning, I found a pile of cigarette ashes on the bathroom floor. Either nobody from housekeeping breathed through their nose in the room and did not enter the bathroom to clean from previous guest, or housekeeping was smoking in my room.

Hotel was close to the company I was visiting. Easy to find off the highway. Close to area restaraunts. All employees were very friendly. Night shift front desk clerk was very helpfull with directions to locations in the area. The day shift front desk clerks were helpfull in getting me onto the computer for pre-boarding flight check in. Continental breakfast was better than i expected. The food was hot and fresh, plenty of everything. The pool and gym although I did not have time to use them looked very clean and well taken care of. Beds were confortable and clean, as well as the bathroom facilities with in the room.

It was an okay place for a teenagers party. That's why we went there and the price was great. The rooms did smell of smoke, and one of our assigned rooms was still dirty at check in. The pool could have stayed open longer since it was the weekend. But the staff was courteous, helpful.

We wanted a place south of Chicago, in Indiana, and near Hwy 65. We were on a drive from Wisconsin to Fort Lauderdale and this was going to be a nice jump start. We didn't arrive until 10pm and we left at 8am. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The breakfast was also very good, with a good variety. We didn't use any other amenities, which was too bad as it seems like a very good hotel

The sink took forever to get hot water and the towels were as thin as dish towels. The heater also sounded like a jet engine each time it went off at night. Otherwise, the staff were helpful. and the room was clean.

Perfect for a quick overnight trip to visit our son who is attending Valparaiso and playing basketball. Will stay here again. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast was sufficient. Room was was clean with a very nice comfortable bed. Also included a small in room refrigerator and microwave.

This hotel was certainly adequate. I did think it was overpriced, but the proximity to major universities is going to dictate that I suppose. The bathtub/shower was very slippery. Otherwise this place was fine.

this hotel had no rooms available upon arrival, should not have gave us a reservation in the first place. Our employee was extremly angry when he arrived expecting to head to bed soon, nope had to run around looking for another hotel.

Power failure-no hot water for 6 hours. Breakfast was skimpy..Juice machine was broken. Elevator inoperable for over 24 hours. Pool needed thorough cleaning. Maid left no soap or clean glasses on day 2. This was such a disappointment. Next time, I will stay at the Holiday Inn as I did previously.

Hotel staff were wonderful, especially during the power outage. Give them raises.! Your free breakfast is abysmal, and there was not even enough of that to go around. I do not eat very much.

Small room, cheap towels, minimal comforts, limited cable TV channels. Front desk employees were helpful and pleasant. I wish I would have paid a few dollars more and stayed next door also a Marriott chain property.
