Our stay here could not have been nicer. This hotel is located just a few blocks away from the Shenzhen subway (very easy to use and extremely clean). The hotel room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The mattress was very firm, but that seems to be the norm in China. Hotel staff was extremely helpful. The hotel was very nice. My one big negative was the gym/pool area. I had stayed at this hotel several years ago, when it had first opened--and remember there being a nice pool, gym, spa, etc. This trip the outdoor area of the spa--where the pool is located, was not well maintained at all. I don't usually write reviews, but i was on business in Shenzhen for 5 nights and could not have been happier with my stay. First off, i must say the room was small by most standards, but that was not an issue at all for a number of reasons. Firstly, the bathroom was huge, with a wonderful rainfall shower and separate jacuzzi bath. Honestly it was as […] good as the bathrooms in the executive suites in the Westin's, which i've stayed in before. The room was very nice, the bed so comfortable you don't want to leave it! ANd even though initially you do think of it as a small room, it is plenty big for one guy travelling on business and not spending too much time in the room. The location could not have been better, with restaurants and a fantastic mall just 5 minutes walk away, you really feel in the heart of the downtown city. 'Le Nest' nightclub is a must for any who want to unwind with a drink - or several. The hotel facilities were definitely up to 5* standard, the pool and gym area were very good. If i had one bad thing to say, it is that breakfast was served 6-11am, but i arrived at 10am one morning to find a lot of the food had been clearly left out since first service, so it was cold, or in the case of the bread/pastries - dry. At $30 a breakfast and a 5* hotel, i would expect more attention to detail. However, just a minor blip, and even with budget no issue, i would stay nowhere else in Shenzhen. Read more

For the price you pay, this hotel is quite reasonable. However, the facilities, though recently renovated, is not luxurious and the rooms are not that big. The washroom is substandard for a 5 star hotel and a bit small.

Nice stay as expected of Crowne Plaza. Was upgraded to executive club room. Convenient location, close to restaurants, shops, subway station, 7-11... ect. Friendly staff, clean room, sufficient breakfast selection. Elevators were kind of slow.

The hotel were very helpful they arranged a car to pick me up from the Airport as I speak no Chinese. Communication in English was sometimes a little difficult but a memmber of staff was always found to sort things out. All the staff were helpful and Courteous. My room was clean and comforable they made my friend who visited feel welcome. The italian […] resturant was very good and breakfasts very good value.The room service menu is very good with sandwiches, chips etc if you fancy some western food. The door man was always cheerful and friendly. I felt very comfortable dispite our language differences the staff could not have been better. I would love to stay in this hotel again. Read more

　今回はちょっと無理してステューディオルームに宿泊しました。非常に広くて清潔で素晴らしかったです。バスタブもあり広くて十分な深さもあって非常にくつろげました。今まで中国の５つ星にはがっかりしていたので評価がちょっと甘いかもしれません。朝方廊下で騒ぐ中国人の集団がいてフロントにクレームをいれるとすぐに対応してもらえ外出から戻ると立派なフルーツ盛までサービスしてもらえ好感が持てました。　ただ予約の際に1人分の朝食付きだったと思うのですが、それはありませんでした。残念です。
