I would return due to shopping location! But expected more for the price paid And the recommendations!

Having stayed at the Landis Hotel in Taipei, I expected Icon to offer the same service quality or better. After checking in, no one bothered to show us to our room and introduce us to the facilites available. I booked a harbor view room for an increased price. Sure there was a view of the harbor, if you looked to the left side. Directly outside my window was the rooftop of the mall. The concierge was helpful. I had one meal at the lobby cafe. My mom ordered a chowder in bread bowl. The bread came out toasted with green mold!! How did they miss that?! Killed our appetites immediately! I've read comments comparing Icon to the Four Seasons. One of our travel companions stayed there and I had an opportunity to rest in her room during our long afternoons in Hong Kong island. The hotel is impeccable and there was definitely no mold in our food.

Decent size room for Hong Kong. Definitely not huge but plenty big enough. Nice bathroom. Perfect Kowloon location. Clean and nice

"Good for a quick visit into Shenhzen"
The hotel location was great - very close to market shopping and central city. Staff were ever friendly and always available to help.

"Clean, tastefully decorated rooms"
This hotel is immaculate, which is quite important to me. Service also is top notch. Room was a little warmer than I would have liked despite trying to lower the temperature with the air conditioner control.

食事については予約に含めなかったため不明。ホテルと従業員の質は5つ星に近い。ホテルは地下鉄駅から500メートルほど。周辺街並みは高級とはいえない。
"Zeer luxe en goed gelegen"
Groot hotel met veel aandacht voor reiziger, vlakbij winkelcentra en metro. Schone kamers, van alle luxe voorzien.
