The staff are outstanding;they are friendly and professional at all times and go out of their way to... make sure your travel plans run smoothly and your stay is enjoyable. Breakfast was included in the cost of our room, and was of high standard. Unlike many hotels the cost of the laundry service was reasonable. While the rooms are small, they are very well maintained. The staff was extremely helpful and always seemed willing to go the extra mile. The hotel can arrange tours of the major sites and the location is perfect if you're arriving by bus from Istanbul. The hotel sign is visible from the ferry station/bus stop, and its right across from the clock tower, […] which you can't miss. If you want to see Gallipoli and Troy, or just be in the center of Canakkale for a very reasonable price, this is a perfect hotel. Excellent value. Read more

The staff were very friendly and helpful, always pleasant and cheerful, and everyone on reception spoke English, was was great! Their knowledge of the surrounding areas was solid and they were able to answer any question about anything!

Location was excellent - handy to port and buses.It was close to the foreshore for restaurants and sea watching. Staff generally very helpful and able to organise activities which I'd planned to do. The hotel itself was average - no complaints.

A nice functional hotel especially if you just need a place stay. Got a double room which was smaller than average, but is fine for me. Staff are indoctrinated to be happy and helpful. The staff do recommend TJ's Tours. Avoid the Troy tour as the guide is rubbish. Do the Gallipolli tour and it's fantastic.

場所はフェリー港のすぐ近くで、便利な場所にあります。フロントの対応も気持ちよく、英語もＯＫで問題ありませんでした。設備もよく整備されおり、清潔でした。無線ＬＡＮの感度も良く、部屋でも問題なく使えました。朝食は少し質素かなという感じでしたが、十分満足できるものでした。総合的に良いホテルだと思います。お勧めします。
