Everything about the Hotel was great except the fact that you could hear every noise surrounding you; people in the hallway, toilets flushing etc. This was not from parties or anything just everyday noise but it was enough that something needed to be said. I'd stay again but would hope for it to be a little quieter.

My husband & I visit Kent Narrows very often. Because it was off season & we've always wanted to stay at the Hilton at Kent Narrows but usually a little pricey we decided to take up on the cheaper off season rate(s). Great location, nice hotel but I gotta say the walls are super thin!!!!!!!! We heard toilet in room next to ours (and not a little noise) […] flush everytime as if they were in our room. We even heard their cell phone vibrate!!!!!! We heard their TV and let's just say we also heard some things I really don't want to hear coming from aother room (it was Valentines weekend....). So with that all said would I go back? Yes, but during off season because it is overall a very nice hotel but even during summer months I think they are a bit pricey. Sorry :( Read more

I was very upset I did not get the suite i had ordered online, even after repeatedly asking the hilton associate was I getting this particular suite and he kept telling me yes time after time since his english was so broken.So the deal I thought I was getting with the money I spent didn't happen especially since it was for my wife on valentines day. […] And all that she has ben through in the last six months I was just trying to make the night special for her but because of your associate that did not happen. Was very nice, my Father enjoyed the view. He and my Mother used to travel to Kent Isalnd all the time. The only thing was that a large black bag of garbage was outside our room for our entire stay. We thought one day that they had forgotten it but the next day it was still there.Other than that we had an enjoyable stay.

The room type that I paid for was not what I got. Very disappoionted as I fel that I paid a significant upcharge for a standard room. Descripstions of rooms and what the hotel provided were compleely different.

The hotel is very nice. The rooms are very comfortable and we liked the separate seating area. The balcony was great. We liked the veranda near our room on the second floor. We thought it would be nice if breakfast was included. Why not figure that in when making rate decisions?

The sunset was beautiful from my balcony. The room was very spacious, and the air conditioner worked beautifully. The front desk staff was helpful with directions and restaurants. Very nice stay overall!

My stay was absolutely wonderful. First time for my friend at Kent Narrows and he loved it. The front desk staff was OUTSTANDING!! Planning a trip back sometime late fall. Will only stay at the Hilton Garden Inn.

The view was great. Room was comfortable. Sleeper sofa is a twin so not comfortable but overall we are definitely going back.

We used this hotel since it was right along the path between our places of interest. The service was fantastic and the room was very clean. The only issue we experienced was a bit of mugginess in the room overnight, seems like the AC was not working consistently. Would definitely stay again though.

Excellent location, right next to route 50 but the hotel was quiet. Scenic harbor with wonderful sailboats and sunset over the river. The room was clean, but small. Overpriced for the size of the room. Hotel staff was friendly.

My overall experience at this location was great. My family and I enjoyed the pool, hot tub and outdoor picnic area. It was nice feeding the ducks that surrounded us as we ate outdoor on the bay picnic area. The staff was very educated, well presented and nice. It was just my husband and I in a room with a queen size bed. Love the sleep number bed. The shower had great water pressure and was just the right temperature. A great alternative to center city Annapolis which is only about 15 min away. Most rooms have balcony views of the bay and you can't beat the price for the area, plus free parking. Great restuarants in walking distance also.

We stayed there new Year's Eve. Hotel staff was wonderful and stay was very pleasant - we had a corner room on top floor with spectacular views of the Bay and The Jetty. The breakfast, while not free, was very reasonable ($10.95 each, kids were less, a la carte also an option), with plenty of food. The desk staff was able to accommodate our request […] to put our friends who were checking in at different time on the same floor, as well as they extended our check-out time with no problem at all. Beds were very comfortable, although the pull out couch in the sitting area was only a single bed not a full/queen. The only comment is on the design of the room - we traveled with two kids and had a 1 bedroom "suite" but in order for the seating area to have the great views of bay and balcony, the bedroom is not closed off or private. When you enter the room, you enter directly into the bedroom, walk past bathroom and through the bedroom to reach the closed off sitting area so there is no privacy for those in the bedroom. Also, the refrigerator/microwave/coffee station are in the "bedroom" and would be more convenient if placed in the sitting area, away from the beds. But - that was minor, and the Hilton is now our first preference whenever we stay at Kent Isand. Big thumbs up. Read more

First time we had ever stayed at this particular location. 16 of us gathered for a holiday celebration. Had dinne nearby. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and confortable. Lobby was nicely decorated. Can't say enough nice things.

Have stayed in a competitor hotel many times- okay but only because there wasn't anything else available when I first started visiting this area 35 years ago. Chose the Hilton Garden because it had a reasonably priced suite available when traveling with a couple of teenaged kids recently. Was so impressed with the quality of hotel, that I'll stay there […] in the future even when traveling alone. Nice balcony overlooking water to enjoy morning coffee, evening cocktail. Stayed in the Junior King suite. Large, clean, comfortable, and balcony overlooking the bay. The fitness room is clean. After a workout, go next door to the hot tub and indoor pool. Right out back is a lovely landscaped area with benches to sit and watch and listen to the bay, right at your feet. Lovely weekend. Hotel exceptional. Staff friendly and professional. Second stay in a Hilton Hotel in two weeks and we were impressed both times. Only complaint was about the pillows. both times.. 'We prefer firmer pillows. Minor point. Am sure I could have requested firmer pillows. Will go back and recommend your hotels!

perfectly located between St. Michael and Annapolis, take day trips to these locations and eat dinner at the many options that are within a few blocks of the hotel, we had great crabs at Harris and a fantastic dinner at the Narrows
