It is an older motel but very clean & comfortable there are not many choices in that area but we stayed at another one last time and it was noisy all night this one was great

The best pillow top mattresses I've ever had anywhere besides home! We got in super late but the indoor pool/hot-tub is open 24 hours with soothing music playing. So nice! Everything was lovely. My only complaint would be no towels in the pool area and not enough for my family of four in the room.this place knocks the socks off many nicer places and at a great price.

"Room was fine"
Room was fine, everything was clean. Only complaints: The pillows were square shape, not regular pillows. Didn't sleep comfortably due to that. No cable, just local channels and infomercials. Halls smelt, but our non smoking room smelt fine.
Halls and no-smoking room smelled of smoke.

"DO NOT STAY HERE"
I just stayed there this past Friday 9/9/11. Woke up checked out, went out to the parking lot to find my car windows were smashed and broken into. Hotel reps did nothing to ease my pain. Not an I'm sorry or nothing. I normally stay at the COMFORT SUITES in Turlock. But it was all booked up. I settle for less and look what happens.

Conveniently located off freeway with lots of restaurants and a descent size mall down the street. Other than a cob web in the corner of the room, it was a nice stay. I would stay again.

"Comfort Inn Modesto"
We were there on a Sunday after for an overnight, pending surgery at a nearby hospital. The hotel is right off the freeway and easy to find. We had a king bed. The room is very small as is the bathroom. The room had a small table with a chair, backed up against the room air conditioner/heater. There was no place else for it, which says how small the […] room was. Bathroom shower/tub was not dirty,but the floor of the tub/shower was scratched/chipped. Paint job on doors and walls especially in the bathroom was pretty poor. We did not require any "services" but front desk did check us in early, earlier than hotel check in time. "Affordable Hotel"
The Comfort Inn in Modesto was very nice for the price. We had everything we needed and the rooms were comfortable and pleasant. It was an added benefit to have a little breakfast downstairs every morning, which is included in the room price. As far as swimming, they have pool but no jacuzzi. The view by the pool was pretty with the koi fish pond and […] greenery. This seemed to be a good hotel for business people or others who are just looking for a place to sleep and I would reccomend it as such. The front staff was very hospitable too. Read more

This was one of the lowest price nights on our recent 14-night holiday and we couldn’t believe how good it was for the price. Check-in was super-friendly, helpful and efficient but very natural; the room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. Most importantly, for us anyway, it was very quiet. The staff we met were excellent, especially the […] lady at breakfast, who really went out of her way to help guests get the most from their experience. Breakfast was good, with a plentiful supply of cereals, pastries, bagels, toast, waffles, fruit, etc, served in a pleasant breakfast room overlooking the pool area. Overall, excellent quality and value for the price. Not too much nearby for dinner, except for Denny’s and Jack-in-a-Box.
