The Hotel Fortino is not in the best neighborhood, but there is a bus stop right on the corner and the hotel staff is very helpful in directing you towards city center. The room was clean and comfortable and we were overall happy with our stay.

Furniture is all right, breakfast is qiute good, polite reception. Parking opportunity is included. Neighborhood is not comparable with the level of the hotel, since 6-7 mintues from the center of town you feel like in an outskirts.

My husband and I had a very good time at the Hotel. The staff at the hotel were very friendly. One of the best assorted breakfast I have seen in a Hotel in a very long time. This hotel is modern and well maintained. The best part is breakfast and the staff at the breakfast bar. The best. The surrounding is undesirable unless you have a car and know the area. The shower was cold and no shampoo except a shower jell /shampoo in the shower.

We returned to this hotel after staying here last year, mainly for its convenience (for us). While it is cheap for a four star hotel, unfortunately, the facilities do not, in my opinion, warrant four stars. The room was comfortable and the bathrooom was fine but no tissues, no shampoo and, particularly for a hotel which is primarily aimed at the business […] community, no free wi-fi. This I find very strange when three star hotels in Florence and Lucca do provide free wi-fi. Also, the Tv programming only had news channels in English although, with judicious use of the remote control, English/American programmes dubbed into Italian could be received with the original soundtrack. The breakfast was all right but nothing out of the ordinary and not as good as the breakfasts we enjoyed in Florence and Lucca. Beautiful hotel, very good quality room and very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Only downside: location Away from the main centre - which is fine. But a complete residential area, so tends to be deserted at night. Local transport was not highly reliable; had to get in to a taxi especially late in the evening.

In generale il soggiorno è stato soddisfacente. Unica osservazione: durante il giorno il bar dell'hotel è chiuso e per bere qualcosa (anche solo un bicchiere d'acqua) siamo dovuti andare in un bar nelle vicinanze.

Bodde första kvällen i ett singel rum. Duschen var väldigt dålig. Duschkabinen var inte stabil och var nära att rasa. Vattnet kom ut från kaninen till på golvet. När jag klagade på att få ett bättre rum sa dem i receptionen att alla rum som är singlar har denna situation. L'albergo non è nel migliore dei quartieri di Torino ma comunque ci sono diversi vantaggi: parcheggio coperto, mezzi di trasporto accessibili, personale estremamente gentile e professionale, buon ristorante a prezzi accessibili, camere pulite. Citerei tra i contro appunto, la posizione (se uno è a piedi o da solo, ma si riesce a superare), il rumore […] (di acqua che corre/ventilazione) che si sente nelle camere, il set di cortesia un po' magrino e la mancanza di wifi gratuita (che ormai è consueta in tutti gli alberghi, anche nei B&B). Per quest'ultimo servizio trovo i prezzi fuori dal normale! Comunque è un ottimo albergo e la differenza la fa il personale, complimenti alle ragazze della reception, al personale di servizio ed allo staff in generale. Read more
