Great location, nice staff, if your staying in Nuevo Laredo this is the place to stay. DO NOT ORDER ROOM SERVICE!!!!!!! The 2 times we ordered room... service the food was cold and I belive it was microwaved. I ordered the ribeye steak, it was so cold and chewy I could barely get it down. It was the cosistancy of a steak that was microwaved.(I work in restaurants) The breakfast buffet downstairs is good. Stick to that. by Dave from Dallas, TX, USA on 09/18/12

I used this hotel twice for visa renewal at the consulate. The hotel in almost just in front of the consulate and indeed very convenient. It is quite cheap for the rank of hotel and the level of service and cleanness. It seems this is the safest hotel in the city as well. Air conditioner doesn't heat, as pointed out by another reviewer, though.

estancia placentera. estabamos de paso rumbo a EU y esta eleccion resulto muy buena. buen servicio, cuarto limpio, comodo y amplio. el unico detalle fue que el estacionamiento olia mal, me parece que tuvieron un problema con el drenaje, que a cualquiera le puede pasar. en general muy buen hotel
