Everything was lovely. I've stayed in both novotel resorts, both gorgeous! Oh but this novotel spa was magnificent! We had full spa treatments done everyday!

The hotel satisfied the expectations in almost everything. All the staff is very friendly, and keep their attention on the customers all the time. Rooms are very comfortable, and clean. The swimming pool is very nice, to enjoy it even with young kid. Pool staff takes care to conduct different activities during the day for kids and adults. The beach […] club is nice, even if it is not a t the hotel there's a regular shuttle from-to it, and takes 5 minutes or less to get there. If you do it walking then takes about 10 to 15 minutes, and is just crossing a golf field so the view is very nice. The restaurant food is not bad at all, prices are reasonable as they are also in the bar. Kitchen-Saloon coordination for service needs to be improved a lot from the management point of view. The location of the hotel is very convenient from-to the airport, close to a shopping and food court (about 15 minutes walking). General experience: VERY GOOD I will go back with my family if I have the chance. Will recommend it for families with babies and young teenagers. Read more

There were a few issues with beds in the room as we had alocated a sofa bed for the children and a king size for us, but when we arrived there was a king size and a single. Also had an issue with a leaking toilet that took ages to fix.Activities in the hotel were fantastic. The food, hair braiding and spa were all really good prices and fantastic.

We had an okay time at this hotel. We stayed here because we had had many good experiences at the Novotel Benoa (about 5 holidays) - and wanted to see if this was as good and wanted a change. We stayed at Nivotel Benoa for eight days this time - and this hotel for four. The hotel was okay but not as friendly or as well maintained as the one in Benoa. […] We also didn't like the enclosed area of Nusa Dua and ended up hiring a car and driver and escaping most days! Great 2-bedroom apartment. Excellent spacial size for families with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge, 6 seater dining table, full size kitchen. Only issue with the rooms were air-cond was set at 27 degrees in the rooms and we could not change it, and nor could they. We could not believe our 11 year old boy wanted to go back to teenage club after spending the day in there! Arsa was a great staff member and the kids thought he was very cool. Pool was very busy and it was often hard to get a lounge due to 100% occupancy and people saving lounges with their towels and leaving the pool area... a pet hate of mine! Great hotel, we had a suite and was not disappointed it was large with a kitchen and fridge freezer so no problem storing the beers! The staff are very friendly. The beach was well maintained with a restaurant / bar but is a short ride in the free shuttle bus, also the hotel is a short distance from the “Bali collection” which is a shopping/ restaurant […] complex with more than enough to keep you going at a different restaurant each night for two weeks. The only down side for me was the noise from the pool, If you don’t have kids that get you up at the crack of dawn this hotel might not be the one for you, or invest in some ear plugs for the mornings. We found Novotel to be a very warm, family friendly hotel. As it was our first time in Nusa dua, traffic can prove to be challenging taking up to 1.5hrs to get into Seminyak and surrounding areas. Having access to a lovely pool, short free shuttle bus ride to there private beach with beach club was so handy when wanted a changed up of ocean and pool. […] The beaches were lovely, clean and you were not disturbed. Turn right (whilst still in hotel car park) towards the Circle K shop, then cross the road and you'll see SHIVA REFLEXOLOGY - small green building with glass doors. There are 2 men who do Reflexology and they are brilliant and Soooooo cheap. They don't really speak english, but suggested feet, hand/arm and neck/shoulder massage for 1 hour - it was brilliant - they really know what they are doing. Read more
