"close to sights/shopping"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012
We loved it - great location, staff and breakfast. Lovely, large second floor room.
"Nice Place"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 5, 2012
The Hotel was clean and comfortable. Wi-Fi was free in the lobby. It was a short walk from where the airport bus dropped us off and shopping/restaurants. Most of the tourist spots are a bit farther, but still very walkable.
"Wonderful hotel"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 4, 2012
The westbury is a great hotel, very clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they bent over backwards to make sure we were happy. I absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to travel to Dublin soon!

"Close enough to everything, far enough for quiet"Reviewed by a Hotels.com guest on May 3, 2012
Very pleasant. We stayed directly in temple bar 3 nights before and wanted one night of quiet before we left. Receptionist was extremely helpful and even mailed a postcard for me so I wouldn't have to walk. Would stay again.

Dublin Airport is 10 kilometres north of the city centre. It is a relatively small but busy and expanding gateway, and is undergoing major redevelopment, with a new terminal to be added in 2010. An Airlink bus service provides a direct connection with Dublin city centre in around 30 minutes.

We requested an early morning wake-up call on the day we flew home to the USA. We did not get the wake -up call, but luckily we woke up in time on our own. The front desk was not very helpful.

Wonderful stay!! Will stay there again.
"Good for the business traveler."
Positives; Close to the airport (1 Euro shuttle to and from), great customer service, complimentary parking, decent location (supermarket and city center are only a mile or two away), hotel and rooms are clean, restaurant seems pretty good (only had breakfast there) Negatives; bed linens and very uncomfortable, heating system could be a tad better, […] temperature in the shower is all over the place (one minute it's hot the next it's cold), I found it to be noisy as well between floors (I assume plywood instead of concrete floors, ie. think large apartment building). All in all, definitely not a bad place to stay. I see why it caters to business travelers though as it's clean, efficient, and close to the airport. But I don't think it suits the common vacationer as well. But again, it's only a 3 star hotel so it can't be held in the same regard as the four seasons. Read more
"Convenient to airport"
Average hotel, close to airport, decent restaurant, hotel staff went way out of their way to help when my new suitcase ripped. Probably wouldn't want to stay except to catch early flight.
"Premier Inn Hotel - Swords"
The hotel met all expectations and price was very reasonable. Two inconveniences: find it poor that in 2012 free WiFi available in reception but not in bedrooms and shuttle service is good but unfortunately leaves you very far from terminal moving with suicases and bad weather.
"Not Bad but can forget to clean your room"
Not bad , Just forgot to clean my room on one of the nights. But nice people and ask for a quite rooms on the 5th floor because it get loud on the week end

"Premier Inn: convenient to airport and comfortable"
We stayed here overnight after arriving back in Dublin so we could catch a flight the next morning. Our plane was late, and the staff accommodated us by letting us use the bar, although it was closed. They also helped us get to the airport the next morning. During this trip we stayed in 5 hotels, and this one had the best duvets. The room was spacious […] and the beds were very comfortable. And a good price. Very satisfied. If you need a hotel near the Dublin airport for some reason, this would be the one. Read more

"Premier Inn - Dublin -- definitely recommend"
We wanted to stay at an affordable hotel close to the Dublin Airport since we had an early flight the following morning. The Premire Inn was everything we could have hoped. The staff was extremely helpful, the room was quite large and all in all, pleasant experience. Would deinitely use them again.

Excellent value. Close to the airport. Shuttle bus service. The room was very good in every way. One improvement could be a guide to the hotel in each room with phone numbers for services. Also the internet was not free - very uncool. Excellent pizza in the Bistro restaurant!
"Comfortable, large and convenient"
While traveling in Europe, we prefer to lodge in small inns or B&Bs. However, on our final night, we usually prefer a more modern hotel. They often have larger rooms and more conveniences. This gives us more space to pack everything for our journey home. That is why we selected the Premier Inn by the Dublin airport. It is only 5 minutes from the airport […] and it offers all modern conveniences, including a decent restaurant with a good selection at reasonable prices. We were very pleased with the hotel and amenities offered. Read more
"Premier Inn, Dublin more like a 4star hotel"
Beautiful contempory rooms, bar and restaurant and shuttle to and from the airport for a very reasonable price. The bed was very clean and comfortable as was the bathrooms. More like a 4 star hotel.
"Premier Inn - Dublin"
We arrived very early....didn't know if any rooms would be available. The hotel took the time to call the Room Service individuals and locate rooms that were clean. Very Nice, Friendly atmosphere, will stay again.
"Premier Inn, Dublin Airport"
The hotel was very nice and comfortable. The only criticism I have is that there were no bellhops to help with our luggage. We checked in with a lot of baggage after 3 weeks in Ireland. The two of us are both over 65 years old and nobody helped us get our luggage up to our room.
"Premier Hotel, Dublin Airport"
The hotel was perfect, but the location dissapointed me. I expected it to be IN THE AIRPORT COMPLEX as it was sold as Premier Inn Dublin Airport. Bus pick up to the airport was very scheduled and organized, wish it would drop to the terminals instead of a bus depot. Had to wheel bags with kids on toe to the terminals. To conclude, hotel beautiful, service […] good, but location was my dissapointment.. It was a "wish to be in the AIRPORT" STAY. Read more
We stayed before an early morning flight to the airport - very convenient location. Shuttle to the airport was very easy and inexpensive.
"Great overnight choice near Dublin airport"
We needed an airport hotel for the night before an early morning flight from Dublin, and the Premier Inn worked out great. New-looking, clean, quiet, and a short shuttle-bus ride (every half hour, 1 euro per person) to and from the airport. The restaurant menu was short, but the food was good and the portions generous. In-room wireless for a fee, but […] also free wireless in the lobby. Read more
"Nice Hotel"
Very nice clean hotel. Good restaurant. My only frustration is that such a nice hotel tries to nickel and dime customers over things like charging for internet.

"Rude employees"
From the start staff was not very friendly, unlike the rest if Ireland. Main issue came from restaurant. When we indecates we did not want wine or beer things went down hill. My moms food was under cooked, waiters said they were out of water when we asked for a refill... Both tap and bottled. It was a sham because the hotel was nice for the cost. We […] reported the issues on our way out the next day and it was obvious they did not care. We enjoyed all 10 days of our time in Ireland except for that hotel. Read more
"Premier Dublin offers quality AND value"
The Premier Inn-Dublin provided an easy access point to both the airport and public transportation. The accommodations were as advertized by Hotels.com and the room reasonably clean for a value-priced hotel. It's location near the airport serves air travelers better than Dublin tourists, like we were, but we can't complain. For our 3-day stay, we were […] well taken care of and enjoyed the front desk personnel's service and advice. It's always nice to have a full bar attached to the front desk so tapping a Guinness is a natural coming or going! Read more
"Hotels in the UK"
We stayed in the Premier Hotels 4 different times in 4 different areas of the UK. This inclided Ireland, England and they were the best place to be. The staff was great, the rooms were big and clean and very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone flying to the UK!!!!
"Business Hotel - Clean and Spacious"
This was a wonderful hotel near the airport. The restaurant in the lobby had good food and wines and the breakfast each morning was pretty good. I think the 9.95 euro price tag was a bit expensive for what you got, but it was still a good breakfast. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was modern and had a very good shower. I enjoyed my ex […] perience. Read more
"Basic Airport Hotel"
Nothing spectacular...just good accommodations close to the airport.

"Good location to airport and car rental"
They didn't have bars of soap or curtesy shampoo, but most hotels I found in Ireland didn't. Great other wise.
"Convenient to the airport"
This hotel was in a convenient location for us. It is within a block of where you can catch the bus to go into town. The only downside would be that the last bus comes back to the hotel at 11:30pm (If you like to stay out really late). It costs a small fee each way. The hotel also has a bus service to the airport for a small fee too! The hotel room […] was clean and spacious. Good value for the money! We would stay there again! Read more
"Convenient location for an early am flight"
Hotel was clean and comfortable - I liked that purple hues in the room. It was perfect for what we needed - a place to pack and crash before an early am flight out of Dublin. My only beef with the place is that the shower had an intermittent cold shot - about every 10 seconds you'd get sprayed with very, very cold water; then hot again. Just a little […] unexpected and annoying, but otherwise the place was great! Read more
"Respectable hotel - convenient access to airport"
We stayed in several hotels during our trip to Ireland, but the Premier Inn Airport was the least expensive, quietist, and one of the best maintained. The room and bath (shower - no tub) are small by US standards, but adequate. The bed was firm but comfortable. Note: many hotels abroad do not supply face cloths, just hand and bath towels. Bring your […] own if desired. Also, the energy-saving electrical systems in the hotel rooms may be confusing at first. Look for a master switch (sometimes key activated) upon entry. The switch down position is "on" in most instances. The TV's are usually in standby mode when the red indicator light is on. Press channel up/down buttons on the remote to turn on the set (indicator light turns green or blue), not the power button. When turning off TV, the power button puts it back in standby mode. There are very few dining options within walking distance to the Premier Inn, so the hotel restaurant is the best if time is limited (the Chinese restaurant next door is out of business). The hotel's food was OK - somewhat bland but adequate. Meals were about 9-15 Euro for an entree with one side. This price range is the Irish equivalent to the cost of an entree with side at a US "casual dining" restaurant like Friday's, Ruby Tuesday, Red Lobster, etc. FYI: When you're in the city, resist the temptation to overpay for food at the commercial touristy places. The best meals we had were at small family-owned pubs and restaurants which offered good service and great traditional Irish food served in huge portions at competitive prices. In the larger establishments that have adjoining pubs & restaurants, look for a bar menu in addition to the restaurant menu. Often you can get the same items and drinks for less by ordering off the bar menu, and you can listen to the musicians play while eating. There's also 24-hour fast-food on O'Connell St. if you're in a hurry or on a tight budget. Transportation: Take the convenient airport shuttle to the hotel Read more
"comfortable and clean, not overly friendly"
Premier inn was your typical hotel. It was conviniently placed next to the airport and there was a shuttle in the morning. The bed was better than expected and the room was nice but not overly accomodating. The reason I would not rate a five is because the people that checked us in weren't friendly like most of the people I had met in Ireland. They […] weren't rude either but I felt like it was a hotel that see so many people that there was no reason to be friendly to 2 average customers. Read more

"GREAT HOTEL!"
We had an excellent experience at this hotel. If you are looking for a location close to the airport I would highly recommend this hotel. Friendly staff, large rooms, comfortable beds, and a shuttle to the airport for only 1 euro.
"Premier Inn Dublin Airport - Nothing spectacular"
It was a little difficult understanding the receptionist but most Irish ppl talk extremely fast. It was an overall average experience at Premier Inn Dublin Airport. She checked us in quickly and answered all of our questions but did nothing special for us. But INTERNET WAS NOT INCLUDED!! We had to pay for it which I think it should be included.
Great hotel! The staff was very friendly and were able to answer all of our questions. The room far exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean and up-to-date, I would definitely stay there again.
"Conventient location and great value"
Perfect 3-day stay. Hotel staff was responsive to shuttling all early fliers to airport on time. Great location for catching city bus. Comfortable rooms. Couldn't ask for more.
"Two Night stay"
We originally chose this hotel based on convenience to the airport and the airport shuttle. We were gratified to find the other aspects of our stay were of excellent quality and good experience. Definitely recommended!
"Be,st choice if airport hotel is required"
The Premier Inn is located near D.ublin airport. It is excellent in terms of service, comfort, cleanliness and food. Its surroundinds are not very exciting being opposite a retail park but is very convenient to the airport. It has to be the best value for money we have found this year.
"Good hotel for an overnight stay"
Very convenient to airport. Good service staff. Reasonable food on premises, with breakfast actually better than at some higher "starred" hotels. However, mattresses very hard, and could be improved upon. Nevertheless, would recommend for a one-night stay.

"Dublin Airport Hotel - best comfort in 22 nights"
In 22 nights of hotels around Europe this was the last place we stayed prior to flying home. The comfort of the beds and shower here were the best and it was the lowest rate we paid. We were wonderfully surprised and highly recommend this hotel for anyone using the Dublin airport.
"Premier Hotel Dublin"
staff was very friendly and really helpful . Room was great . Close to airport but quite a distant for down town Dublin . Next Time would look for a Premier Hotel closer to sightseening places in Dublin

"Premier Inn Dublin airport"
It is close to the airport with a shuttle bus, Local buses are a short walk away. The staff are friendly and the food was good, a family friendly hotel with a buffet breakfast for the choosey person and free for under 14s. It is in a commercial/shopping area but a gas/petrol statin at the bus stop has the esentials, with a larger store a 10 min. walk […] away. Relativly quiet at night, no traffic or clubs in the area. "Premier Inn Airport Dublin"
The rooms were clean and modern. They had dining, but we went to the town of Swords and ate at the Gola Restaurant. The shuttle service to the airport was very convenient and was on time.
