ALL staff is very polite and helpfull. They will go out of there way to assist you with any of your needs. I would recomend the Clarion to everyone. On the down side they have renovations going on and restaurant is closed and the front desk is a short distance to the elevators. Stop in and say "HI" the staff will greet you with a smile. I have been here the last 7 weekends and VERY HAPPY...

hotel's being renovated, so no pool, and lobby half painted. they tell you this up front. staff is very helpful; room tidy and pretty, breakfast quite substantial, fresh fruit too. they are having trouble with wifi in the rooms, but it's easily to be had in the lobby and breakfast space. very convenient to airport.

i found it very good the rooms are very comfortable the breakfact is incredible and the beds are so comfty with very soft blankets the bathrooms are so amazing it has a fancy sink alot of towels and very much of soap

I had to make a correction to my reservation (I had the wrong calendar date reserved), and the staff was very accommodating and patient with my very particular 87 year old mother. The desk staff was cheerful, and the breakfast staff went out of their way to make my mom happy, too. The rooms (2) were spotless and comfortable. "Marriott Farmington CT"
Decided to escape for a night with the girlfriend to relax away from our four children. Wanted a place close to home with both swimming and a spa tub. The Marriott Farmington CT offers good quality at an affordable price. We grabbed food on the way to heat and eat in. It would be nice to have a larger kitchen area to microwave food and prepare a light […] dish. They did offer a very small microwave which worked fine. Under the bed was a bit dirty. The pay per view movies are a bit pricey including the adult section. The majority of our time was spent relaxing in the spa tub with a glass of wine talking and reconnecting. Kids have the ability to suck the life from your relationship. It's always good to reconnect. It was money well spent and I highly recommend the hotel. The staff was very friendly and prefessional. "Marriott in Farmington, Ct."
We would have rated everything as very satisfied but could not because of the poor quality of the coffee. How hard is it to make a good cup of coffee? Those little room coffee makers are never good but one would at least expect a good tasting hot cup of coffee if they went down to the lobby. The lobby coffee was warm and not very good at 9am. "Very convenient to malls, highways, restaurants"
It was a pleasure to feel confident in this hotel's over all safety and cleanliness. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful. The bed and linens were special and luxurious.
"Not what I expected"
I reserved a King sized room thinking their would be two queen sized beds as 4 women were going to be staying in the room during a Women of Faith conference. Instead we got a king sized bed and a pull out couch. I was very disappointed and when I called the front desk they said that they had no other rooms.

We experienced the most wonderful stay the night of October 14, 2011. Totally amazing was the superior quality of the entire stay. "Marriott in West Hartford, CT"
The hotel itself was great. The only problem was noisy neighbors at 12 midnight which it sounded like their TV was in our room and the housekeeping staff took it upon themselves to walk right in to our room with the DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door. Otherwise, it was great!

This is a newer hotel built about 5-7 years ago. It needs interior maintenance, rugs needs to be steam cleaned or replaced in the hallways, wallpaper in our room was peeling away from the walls, a significant amount od debris under the bed, maid service needs to be a bit more precise . There was a lot of noise from neighboring rooms and rooms above. […] The staff was VERY friendly. The breakast set-up is nicely done. The bar is extremely limited, open from 6-10:30, would have been nice to have seen it open a little earlier and later. Convenient location to the highways, and the mall (located accross the street). Clean convenient...excepdt for leftover soda left in fridge. good beds and shower...no hairdryer. close to everything

"Great room for the money"
Very quiet hotel. Nice room, including refrigerator and iron/ironing board. Bkfst, choice a good meal for the price.
