We arrived in the early afternoon to find our bathroom filthy, especially the shower. The front desk clerk quickly made it right and had it cleaned immediately. The hotel was located close to the restaurants, shopping and bars in Leavenworth but the room reeked of paint! Its like they just painted the room before we came and all the smell was trapped inside our room. I have asthma and couldn't breathe well. The parking lot was outside our room but parking lot was full most of the time. Spacious rooms, slightly dated but kids enjoyed the fireplace in room. Swimming pool a bonus. Breakfast buffet and staff was wonderful. Only negative was front desk staff who gave minimal information or direction even when directly asked. She also refused to provide her name even when directly asked.

My Love and I had a great time. The pool and hot tub were nice touches after a long day of snowshoeing and the complementary breakfast was really convenient and a good way to stay under budget. It's not the Ritz but for us it was perfect; economical and really close to the downtown area we spent most of our time at.

I didn't like that our hotel room door opened directly to the outside, but we stayed during the winter and I bet its nice for the summer time. First of all, the male clerk for check in was extremely rude. He obviously needs a customer service refresher. I found it rude that he called customers to let them know their rooms were ready which he could've waited to do after he checked me in. Reasonably priced and able to bring pet, but very noisy and staff didn't really care if we were there or not. Would have liked to be closer to main part of town, walking on the ice was a challenge, but the beauty of the main shopping was worth it.

Your Review Fairbridge Inn & Suites I booked two months in advance...My room was next to the door going downstairs and also out the building...Two doors that starting slaming open and shut around 7 in the morning...The housekeeping was terrible...did not clean the sinks, bathtubs,,,,or pick up cups...beds made sloppy... We came to town later than we expected on a Tuesday night and were worried we would miss the hot tub but it stayed open until 12am and from 10pm to midnight it was adults only.
