The hotel's own website seems to understate its excellent location, as it has an opening into the main street of Sorrento just a short walk from the main square. It is within walking distance of the scenic old mill, the train station, the marina (with its outstanding seafood restaurants) and its stunning views of the bay of Naples and the hillside villas and hotels of Sorrento. The staff was very accommodating to our special needs, allowing us to leave our luggage and to use its restroom facilities even after we had checked out. Also, the price of the rooms was reasonable. Our party did not take the advice of the female night clerk who recommended that we eat at the restaurant next door; instead, we ate at Ristorante Delfino at the marina (which I also highly recommend).

Very happy with Hotel Sorrento City. Staff spoke excellent English and were extremely helpful. Room was very comfortable with the only drawback being the TV in the room had only one Engligh speaking channel (MTV...ugh). Excellent location and easy to find right on the main street near the train station. Very good breakfast and free Wi-Fi included which worked very well in the room. Highly recommend Hotel Sorrento City.

We were going back to Charlotte NC. From the moment tbat we steped into the lobby area, We were greeted, taken care of. The hotel management to the person that carried our baggage to our room I felt that I was coming back to friends. I will stay at this hotel when ever I am in Naples. It was an outstanding short stay. What a palace.

Location.
Situated in the heart of Naples, Hotel Majestic is within walking distance of Palazzo delle Arti Napoli and Villa Comunale. Also nearby are Carthusian Monastery of San Martino and Royal Palace.
Hotel Features.
Dining options at this business-friendly hotel include a restaurant, a bar/lounge, and a snack bar/deli. Wireless and wired high-speed Internet access is available in public areas (surcharges apply) and an Internet point is located on site. The staff can arrange concierge services, business services, and limo/town car service. Additional amenities include multilingual staff, laundry facilities, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. "Needs updating"
old, no safe in the room and the rooms need updating.....
"Great deal centrally located"
This hotel is in one of the best parts of town and is a great deal for the price. My only complaint, which is the case in may European hotels (and essentially all of Italy), is that they don't have an iron either in the room, or to borrow. Apparently, you should bring your own, or have very wrinkly clothes during your business meetings.

we picked this hotel off the internet, & could not have been happier. It was clean and comfortable. BUT most of all- it was in a very very cool location. easy and safe to walk around the neighborhood at night. lots of clubs, cafe's, restaurants, and shopping.

the room very small, we can not controll the air condition we must call the reciption which not good. the internet not working fine
