Overall good stay, little disappointed that we asked for bedding items for the sofa bed twice and it wasn't delivered. Staff was friendly though. I would stay there again.

The hotel was generally clean and seemed well maintained. We reserved a room for 4, but the room was only stocked with 2 bath towels. When we asked for more towels, the staff gave us 2 floor mats, instead of towels. We stayed 2 nights and when the maid service cleaned the room, again our bathroom was only stocked with 2 bath towels and we did not get […] clean drink glasses. We have stayed here more than once. Hotel is next to the highway so it has easy access to the activities on the west part of FL. Price is very low for the type of the hotel. They just remodeled the lobby and dining area. It looks very modern and high tech! Rooms are very spacious and staff is very friendly and accommodating. Don't bother picking up […] a room with a nice view, because it will not make any difference. If you get a room with breakfast, it is very cheap for $10 more, 3 of us had buffet breakfast. The only think is the food variety could have been a little more. For example, they only had scrambled eggs and sausages but no bacon or little potatoes or any kind of vegetables that usually comes with continental breakfast. I stayed only for a night and i went to sleep but the room was clean comfortable andthe decoration was really nice. I dont know about the pool or other services but everything was pretty good. The only thing i didnt like was that the vedding machine was only on the first floor.

Let me start by saying I've stayed here before, but may never stay again. The room was ample and generally very nice, but this is the second time I stay where a few small unexpected issues with the cleanliness arose that have me second guessing a return stay. 1) Out of the three bathroom towels, 2 had fairly large black stains on them. 2) The knook […] with the ice machine smelled like an animal had died. 3) I noticed my drinking cups had been stained. I thought it served what I needed very well. i was there for one night and stayed with a friend. the neighborhood was nice and fairly easy to find. the people at the front desk are very helpful and i was able to ask for late checkout without any extra costs. the AC in the elavator wasnt working but thats probably the only negative thing.

when i walked in i was ignored. There was two ladies in the front after 5 mins of me standing at the front desk they asked me "how can i help you?" it was midnight so i was tired and annoyed. i wanted to get to my room.

We spent the night at this hotel prior to taking a family cruise. Port of Miami is about 30-45 minutes away. Nice clean hotel in a nice & quiet area.

This was a very nice hotel. It is conveniently located to a number of shopping districts. The hotel staff was very friendly. I will definitely stay here again when I come to the Ft. Lauderdale area.

The hotel was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Also, the breakfast was good with a wide choice of items to choose from, but the only drawback was that the food was not warm enough. Everything from the potatoes to the sausage and bacon was just lukewarm and some was not warm at all.
