Location.
This Kowloon, Hong Kong hotel offers a prime location beside the famous Park Lane Shopper's Boulevard in Tsim Sha Tsui. The Jordan & Austin Road MTR is just a 5-minute walk. The Miramar Shopping Centre, Kowloon Park, and the Jade Market are also nearby. B P International's 2 restaurants offer Asian and international menus and a bar/lounge features live music each night. Wireless Internet access is available in public areas (surcharges apply). "BP Intl, Kowloon Park Hong Kong"
I was very much 50/50 on this hotel from the very start. I booked it because the price was good and I liked the location. I checked in on a Saturday and the place was absolutely crazy with scouts everywhere. There is a scout's facility in the building. The kids were well behaved, but it took literally ten minutes to get an elevator because it was so […] busy. Sunday was not so bad. When I checked out on Monday morning, however, I was really horrified that the breakfast buffet was 209 HKD per day! It was absolutely nothing special. I didn't even realize it wasn't included in the room price. Being on business, I was less concerned but nothing about it justifies the price. Worse, I was never presented with a bill that told me what it cost until I checked out. Juices were from concentrate. It was buffet style with no table service, not even someone walking around with coffee. For the kind of price you would expect wide selection, but I'd say the selection is very average. No waffle station or meat carving station as you'd expect with a high priced breakfast. If you stay, dont buy the breakfast! You'd do far better somewhere else at half the price. Read more

"Hong Kong - tourist hell"
The price I paid is outrageous - someone is raking it in. For what I got, you've got have real good reason to come to HK. I did. You might not.

The booking was good. No problem. Services are good. However, we reserved Non-Smoking room, but we were put in smoking floor. We didn't smell the smoking in the room, but we walked out the room in the hallway was very heavy smoking smell. Every morning, we got a heavy dose of second handed smoking.

"Better tahn expected"
The room is quite small but clean, close to everything. Bar with live singer and free internet.

The room had modern decor, and the wireless internet was decent. Staff spoke English very well. My only complaint is a minor one about the smallness of the room. The location was excellent--many restaurants and a short walk to the subway. Even though it was on a busy street, there were no noise from the street, so it was quite comfortable. the hotel used to have 4 elevators but one was out of service for more than a week causing a lot of inconvenience, especially the control button (one for two elevators) was sealed because of the broke down elevator, then the remaining one become out of control even if it was stopped in lobby floor, the door won't open, what a joke and the hotel seems […] paying no attention to it, very disappointed. Also, BP was only a three stars hotel (I used to stay there for the last 6 years, periodically), nowadays price does not worth to stay, too expensive for a three stars hotel. Next time I would rather pay a bit more and stay in a 4/5 stars hotel to get a real 4/5 stars accommodation, environment and services. Read more

"Close proximity to the temple market"
The hotel give us two twin beds and put them together for us upon our check-in instead of a queen bed as we requested. They promised a king-size bed free upgrade on the second day and it was much nicer - room is larger, bath room newer, etc. The location is nice - free airport shuttle (if you pay for the airport express subway line HKD 140 for two, […] then the shuttle is free, but I didn't see the bus driver check for tickets/evidence even when he picked up a girl from one of the stops along the way) it will stop right at the side of the hotel where it also has a bus terminal for trip to ShenZhen (through Huang Gang Custom Gate). The Kowloon park is right next door, and has nice pools that they charge 19HKD for adults and 9HKD for children. Appearantly locals and tourists alike are enjoying the park's pool and wildlifes. Temple street night market is also within reach - Started just couple blocks away, and extend all the way up north - we have walked the entire streets and enjoyed some nice seafood along the way. The subway is a little far walk (10minutes to Jordan Station/Austin Station, 20 minutes to Star ferry). Line #6 or 6A will take you straight to Hong Kan station where you can take the train to Luo Hu Custom Gate, which is preferred by us since it is easier to get to ShenZhen Station from there. At times the hotel lobby will be crowded with Youth Army (YMCA?) in uniforms. All in all this is a qualified 3-star hotel and I would recommend it. Read more

The rooms are consistently well-kept, clean, and comfortable. Free local calls, wireless internet, complimentary drink coupons. Staff is attentive and fast to resolve issues I had. Can't beat location - next to Kowloon park and the view on that side is worth it; very nearby to MTR station and buses; many eateries that cater to every tastes nearby; […] famous glitzy Nathan Rd and Canton Rd all walking distance. "Won't be staying here again."
I'll start with the two good things about this hotel: 1. Location is great. It's located in Tsim Sha Tsui so a lot of things are a short walking distance away. Subway station is about a 5-10 minute walk. All the taxi drivers I had knew where this hotel was. 2. Had a good amount of english speaking channels on their t.v. Now the bad: 1. The offers free […] wifi but it was the slowest hotel internet service that I've ever used in China. I've been in hotels in rural areas of China that loaded gmail faster than this hotel's internet. There were many times I would try to download attachments and it would just timeout because the internet connection was so slow. 2. Front desk staff was horrible. They were standoffish and unhelpful. 3. Their breakfast buffet sucked. They offered the traditional items, but a lot smaller in selection than most other hotels I've stayed at. 4. They transferred me twice during my stay. I asked for a queen bed, but they only had 2 twins when I checked in and told me that they'd switch me when they had a queen room available. The first room they gave smelled of alcohol so I requested a room change. The second room I got was okay. The next day I went to inquire about my queen room and they said that my name wasn't on their list. After some discussing, they switched my room which they didn't have 5 minutes prior. 5. The rooms are old, but clean. The bathroom, although larger than most japanese hotel bathroom was cramp because of the way things were configured. It's highly unlikely that I'll be returning to this hotel. For the price, I'm sure there's better hotels in HK. Read more

Staff is quick and professional. Accommodations as expected. Have stayed here before, and it is a great location, rooms a bit small-ish, but clean and a great value. Still has a Boy Scout and Girl Scout operation in the building, which I understand was formerly a much smaller building for the Scouts, then developed into this 30 story hotel property. "Room too small and beds are too small."
The hotel look nice at the entrance. Very nice. However, when you enter the room. It is not comfortable for normal people. I am an Asian. Me and my wife both felt both the room and bed are too small for comfort. After arrived at Hong Kong, we brought a $50 telephone card so we can call our love one long distant. After confirming with the customer service, […] we learn that BP hotel will charge you $30 per call if you use your calling card at the room. I thought that was a rip off. Read more

"Great location for Chinese restaurant lovers"
Easy access to all public transportations and airport. Reaonable price for a smoke free clean room. Not big though. 24 hour self help laundry at 13th floor, great.

"Nice Hotel, Good Location"
Hotel was nice and clean and in a good location for Nathan and Canton roads as well as the night market. Staff were OK, tho alot better service seemed to be provided to the Chinese speaking guests. Only downside to our stay was that the hotel scammed us with the airport shuttle, insisting that we had to pay full fare for our 10 month old baby.. the […] coach driver confirmed that we shouldn't have had to pay for him :-( Read more

"Hong Kong hotel with stunning views"
We arrived from Manila after a days travelling via Singapore AT 7.00pm on New Years Day. We wanted to go to the harbour and watch the firework display but only had an hour to find it and were very tired. On checking in without promting we were given a harbour view room on the 21st floor. We were over the moon. We unpacked and made ourselves a drink […] and then received a knock on the door with a complimenatry fruit basket. We were able to watch the magnificent display from the comfort of our room with a birds eye view. Throughout our stay we found the hotel had every thing we needed courteous staff and good location and arranged a shuttle bus back to the airport. We would definitelystay here again. Read more
"A little on the Small Side"
The hotel room mas minuscule. Almost like sleeping in a closet with a twin size bed. For a much larger (and in my opinion better) room at similar rates, check out the Prudential Hotel at Jordan Station.

The hotel is located at a central area which is the mid point to both Kowloon and Hong Kong. It is very convenience to access both restaurants and shopping area. The room is clean but small.

Bed was a bit too tough for me. The safe deposit box in my room malfunctioned, so I couldn't open it and had to call the front desk to get the manager to open. Officially there is no concierge, but a tour desk. Dependent on the individual(s) at the desk, sometimes I can get relevant information on the place i'm going, but there was one time I was referred […] to the visitor center all the way at Star Ferry Harbor (about 1/2 mile away). I wish they have actual soap bars for showers, so I don't have to get the liquid soap from next to the sink. I like the location because it is close to Jordan MTR and Austin MTR.Also, walking distance to the pier where you can take the ferry to Macao or China. Lot of dining and shopping options within walking distance. Room was comfy for air conditioning worked even though the safe deposit box didn't. Read more

I stayed here only 1 night for transit, so didnt pay much attentions to hotel facility. Fast check in & out! Convenient location, very close to train stop & 7-11. Highly recommended.
