There was a mouse in my room but the front desk people were very nice and asked me to wrap things up and found me a new room. The overall experience was good, but the mouse incident got me so scared.

The sheets were a little dirty like they weren't cleaned properly but if your just passing through and need a quick stay this would work. Definitely not for a weeklong stay

We had a reservation for a king non-smoking. Was initially given a 2 double bed smoking room. Bed was comfortable, bathroom tiny. Considering the cost of the room, it is what you would expect.

One night stay to catch plane and use hotel shuttle. Parking used to be free with room stay and now charge $4/day. Would be nice to know before booking due to other places in area include parking. Employees were helpful but rooms were what you would expect for $55

Hotel staff should learn some customer service skills and/or at least make the guests feel welcome. I was not provided with information about internet access so I called from the telephone in the room, nobody answered. I used my cell phone to call the hotel's number and finally somebody answered. Not recommended for women unless you want to feel unsafe by the seclusion of the building, smashed locks on doors, no security personnel and no staff answering the phone.

The staff is absolutely wonderful, very kind and courteous, the room is very comfortable for the price. I travel alot, and stayed at many different places, and I have had not one complaint about the hotel room, or the great customer service. I'll always stay here, the staff is great!

toilet in first room leaking on floor. Changed rooms only to end up in one with a moldy smell. Our second room had badly stained bedding. Not a happy experience at all. Would not use Red RoofInn ever again!

No internet, the office staff seemed annoyed everyday that I went and complained about no internet. I would have to go outside in the parking lot and tap into the Wingates wifi next door. TV's were old tube sets.

The hotel service was friendly. The double bed room had no microwave and a single cup coffee maker. I went to a local Goodwill Store to buy a coffee maker. A Denny's restaurant and Valero gas station were across the parking lot of the hotel. My 9 year old thought the constant airplanes flying over the hotel were way cool. I noticed a lot of airline pilots staying at the hotel. There are several other hotels in the area and there was a local park-and-ride for transit and shuttle travelers. Local shopping and restaurants were about two exits away from the freeway. I enjoyed the accessibility to the city the most and the Dallas DART line train the most.

Stayed 2 nights. I came in late, past midnight to check in. Staff said they were overbooked and every hotel was booked, but just had a smoking room. What could I do I took it. Staff said that expedia over books their hotel all the time and that they had 6 other people that they would have to turn away. It was bearable and the room was clean even though it smelt smokey. Second night, staff was nice enough to hook me up with a non smoking room and that one was clean as well. I like expedia, but I don't if what the staff said was the truth about the overbooking. I will definitely reconfirm with the hotel that my room will be available.

just stayed for the night, then off to Vegas. room clean and fine. only $4. per day to park car! nice service from staff, but hard to get directions to get there. some confusion as to where motel shuttle to pick us up at DFW. Yes, I would stay there again. Also, planes were Very close flying over, but I thought it was cool, and didn't bother my sleep !

Hotel was just ok. The bed was comfortable but the room had an odder to it. The rooms appear to be re-modeled but the outside is not. I didn't care for stopping at several different terminals and hotels on my way back to my car after a long, long day of traveling.

This hotel was close to DFW airport, which was important for my stay. It also provided a free shuttle, which was convenient. However, the shuttle also serves several other nearby hotels, which made for some every full shuttle rides to and from the airport. There was a Denny's next door, but otherwise I didn't see much in the area for food options.

The room was clean and obviously recently remodeled. The staff was helpful. The shuttle is a shared shuttle that picks guests up from several hotels in the area. It was on time and efficient, but I got the last seat on the 4:50 AM shuttle. This wasn't an issue for me because I was traveling alone, but might cause problems for big groups.

I love the area next door to Denny's and easy to get to. They have a shuttle that you can take to the airport and you can park at the hotel for small fee and safe. good price for the area.

This hotel was in a great location and with Denny's right across the parking lot made getting dinner easy. The beds were a little to hard for my liking so didn't sleep that well. Was disappointed that there was no blow dryer or iron, we had to go buy one for our stay. Overall the hotel was clean and the front desk person was friendly. Would stay here again if I ever had business in Dallas.

Really bad, it is not safe, rooms don't have iron, hair dryer but has a safe!!! And the pictures which has been shown are from some other location. NOt recommending this place to anyone who is looking for a safe, and comfortable place for their family.

Very conveniently located and safe. Good rooms. The lobby staff were welcoming, helpful and professional. There is a Denny's right next door which helps when you have a midnight craving! The hotel is right off the freeway and just about 10 minutes from the airport.

Our stay was in late June and I planned on contacting the manager about the issues but never did. So I am writing this to make them aware. When I was in the lobby checking in, multiple people were coming in saying they had called and asked about a room and were told rooms were available. When they got there all the rooms were sold out. The front desk clerk was not sympathetic and offered them no options except a shuttle back to the hotel. He didn't bother to explain to them they should have reserved the rooms when on the phone to guarantee a room before they got there. We were expecting WiFi service and we were told it was due to construction. If you advertise WiFi you need to make sure you have it. We were stuck in DFW overnight and needed to connect with work to take care of business. This was supposed to be a non-smoking room but I would dispute that based on the smell. We both have traveled extensively for business over the years and this was by far the most disappointing stay we have ever had in a hotel.

Would have been nice if room had a mini refrigerator also a microwave. Room does not offer any amenities. The bed was comfortable but the shower had very low pressure. So took longer to rinse my hair and body. Overall room was OK.

We arrived at the DFW airport at 7:25 p.m. and called Red Roof Inn for a shuttle pick-up. One hour and 45 minutes later, the shuttle arrived. This is not the fault of the shuttle driver but the fault of Red Roof managers or owners. They have contracted with ONE shuttle to pick up ther customers from the airport, fully aware that this shuttle has several other hotels he contracts to. To actually be of service to their customers they need to provide more shuttle. I made reservations with Red Roof because they did offer shuttle service. However, they failed to mention they only had one shuttle and it might take a very long time to be pick up. I am certain that we will never stay there again.

This hotel/motel was decent. The only reason I didn't give it a 4, was due to the beds were hard and I had flies in my room. I'm not sure where the fly came from, seeing that it was cold outside. Never the less they were all over my room. Other than that issue...this place was cool...free shuttle to the airport was great!
