"Great Airport Service"
We stayed at the hotel the night before an early-morning flight. The Hotel Shuttle was right on time and the driver was great. The price was right! convenience store nearby was available for snack and beverages.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
For short stays, the facilities and room was adequate. Wished it had a complimentary breakfast like many of the other budget hotels, but this one didn't. Denny's restuarant next door sufficed. I opted one evening to venture across the street to the Westin hotel bar and ate there during their happy hour (4-6pm). Room was reasonable clean, quality and […] number of room amenities are sparse. No flat screen TVs but channel selection was again adequate. I would stay again for the price I paid ($40) but only if nothing else offered the same compromises for a quick stay. "Perfect for missing connection"
I missed a connection in my flights and needed a place to stay for the night. This hotel was perfect, inexpensive, close to the airport, the shuttle picked me up from the airport and take me back the next morning without extra charge. There's a Denny's right next door for dinner, so it's perfect for overnight stays. I could not ask for more given the […] stressful situation. Staff was friendly and the room was clean and had everything I needed. Thank you so much for your help. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"Great stay, great price!"
Clean room, helpful staff and great location. Nice airport shuttle too!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
I stayed here for about a month. It was nice at first. Shortly after the elevator broke down and was not being fixed any time soon. We were told that it was going to cost the owners $9000 to fix it so it won't be happening. Don't be fooled by the free wifi. When it did work it was very slow. After about a week it was down for good with no estimate time […] that it will be working again. After all of this, what did the hotel decide to do? Raise their rates of course! I won't be staying here again. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
"No frills, but good clean room at affordable price"
This is no luxury location, but if all you need is a good, clean room to crash in while taking in the Dallas attractions, this works just fine. Room wasn't huge but had everything you need. Small fridge, microwave, and safe were a nice touch and came in handy. King bed was decent. Overall very adequate lodging at a great location and an affordable price […] (as compared to surrounding hotels). Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"No Wi-Fi, no flat screen TV"
We were in a "Superior" One King Bed Room, which was supposed to have Wi-Fi, as well as a 37" flat screen TV, per Red Roof Inn's printed leaflet in the room. Instead, we had a 20-something inch old-school TV that took up half of a counter...and the Wi-Fi was not working. On my iPad, the network would show up for a few seconds, and then disappear. The […] network would never show up at all on our iPhones. I don't know if it was a signal/distance issue or a hardware issue, but no effort was made to fix it. I was told that I could call for technical support. I decided I'd rather sleep than have someone ask me to restart my iPad and iPhone to see if that would magically fix their problem. I understand technical issues happen...but put a little effort into fixing them instead of asking the customer to do it. And if it's not something that can be resolved with a phone call, be upfront and honest (and apologetic) with the customer. The room was clean, with the exception of a white stain near the bed. Yeah, I don't want to speculate what that was. The bed was not very comfortable, but it was pretty average as far as hotel beds go. All-in-all, I wouldn't stay here again. For an old building, it's pretty nice...but they're a little short on execution. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Great for little!"
Well worth the money.... Clean, comfortable, if you're looking for a cheap, quality hotel, it's great. If you're looking for robes and slippers and concierge service, this probably isn't your hotel! :)Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Cheap place to stay"
The hotel was clean and convenient for an overnight stay because of a bumped flight at DFW. Right next to the hotel is a 24 hr Denny's so getting food is easy. But don't expect much. It's a good, basic budget hotel.Genuine Hotels.com guest review

"Get what u pay for"
Needed to stay on that side of town for business trip. Expedia price was a ok at $38 per night! Room was clean but no frills. No coffee pot, hairdryer, microwave. Tv was fuzzy but didnt watch it much. Room was clean and straightened every day. Thank u lupe! Front office staff very nice. Laundry room was efficient. The bed, however, was like sleeping […] on rocks wrapped in barbed wire!! I was so tired all day from tossing and turning i would sleep in my car! Idk about the other rooms but if u get stuck in the back building u might have that to look forward too. As a single woman i felt safe. Very bare bones experience but price was right. "Red Roof Inn DFW"
We chose this Red Roof because of the positive experience we had at Red Roof at San Antonio Airport a few month ago. However, we now know that all Red Roof Inns are NOT alike. The property is shabby, the room was musty, the sink did not drain well, and in general, the hotel has a run-down appearance. In fairness, the room was clean and the bed was […] comfortable. Just needed a place to sleep for an early morning flight back home. Compared to where we came from this place was great for the price. Only complaint was that the fan was too loud. Didn't sleep well. However the room was clean and neat. Oh and no Hgtv. That was a let down for us girls. Would stay again.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Quick 1 night stay"
I wasn't really expecting much considering I only booked it for one night when I was in Dallas. I landed around 8:30pm, the hotel shuttle didn't pick me up until almost 10pm. The staff was very unprofessional. It was a tolerable stay for $50. For a (very) short-term stay, it'll do. Anything longer than 1 night, I suggest going elsewhere.Genuine Expedia guest review
"Great place for the price"
I have stayed at many inexpensive and relatively expensive hotels in the past. The Red Roof Inn near DFW really surprised me. The room was extremely clean upon arriving. The bathroom looked like it had recently been remodeled. Nothing looked moldy or dirty or even in disrepair. The towels weren't particularly soft. The bed wasn't as comfy as mine back […] home, but it wasn't like sleeping on a rock either. There was one time where we were still in the room when the maid came and we said we would leave, but she said that we were her last room so she gave us towels and a new trash bag and requested our dirty towels and the trash. It was kinda weird to be basically cleaning our own room, but we were also in the room at 2:30pm so that might have just been our fault. It would have been nice to have a breakfast in the lobby, but there was coffee and also there is a Denny's right next door where we ate most of our breakfasts. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
Hotel would've been alright if it had wifi, like they claim to have. But no internet equals bad hotel experience for me. Plus, they had some employees with terrible people skills, like most places do.Genuine Expedia guest review
The only problem I had was that when I reserved the room it was 2 beds for 2 people. When I checked in the clerk saw 2 people (my cousin & I). Early the next morning my cousin took the shuttle to the airport which still left 1 person in the room. Me. But for some reason, even though neither of us returned the keys & checked out the clerk DID & added […] my room to the list to be cleaned. Checkout time is 11am but at 9am or so the housekeeper (without even knocking) yanked open the door & I was naked. Very embarrassing!!! Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review
I have always heard this Red Roof Inn was a good hotel to stay in. The room was clean when we arrived. We turned on the air conditioning and when we came back the room was still hot. I called the front desk to ask for someone to check on it and they assured me they would, however I never heard another word and the room remained hot for the remainder […] of our 4 day stay. It was really uncomfortable at night and hard to sleep. When the housekeepers came in every morning they merely made the bed and replaced soap and towels. The coffee in the room was never replenished, leaving no coffee for us in the mornings. I will not stay here again unless I have no other choice. Read moreGenuine Expedia guest review
"Okay for a night"
I stayed for two nights and it was serviceable. This is a "get what you pay for, or maybe less" situation. The mattress was cheap and thin, and it made for an uncomfortable night's sleep. One night of that was okay, but after the second night my back hurt. The TV was straight out of the 90's and we got about 15-20 channels. HBO is in there, though. […] Keep in mind this is supposed to be their special deluxe King room or whatever they call it. The room itself was clean, but there were mold/mildew issues in the bathroom that made it smell very musty. We had to keep the bathroom door shut so it wouldn't affect the whole room, and the first person to open the door in the morning got hit with a wall of mildew stink. This happens at these type of hotels all the time: some idiot can't handle the concept of a shower curtain, and they let water flood the room. This isn't the hotel's fault necessarily, but it is their fault for not hiring the proper people to fix it. There was a white stripe on the wall where they sprayed it with Kilz paint, and looks like that's about it. I've never had a 100+ dollar room smell of mildew, and I'm sure plenty of idiots rent those rooms as well, so this is clearly a fixable issue. They just aren't fixing it. Otherwise, the staff were friendly and professional, and the location right next to the Denny's was really convenient. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

Need to give a senior discount!!!!Genuine Hotels.com guest review
"Suitable for early flights"
We previously stayed at this hotel three times, taking advantage of the parking discount that had been offered. The deal was book for a night, then pay a discounted parking rate and take the free shuttle to the airport. Each time it worked perfectly, but this time when we checked in, the clerk told us that her manager had informed her that since we […] booked through Hotels.com, we couldn't park our car in the lot for the duration of our trip. She said we got the room at a discount (even though our rate was actually higher than what you get when you go directly through the hotel, but we like to use Hotels.com because it's reliable). Luckily a member of our party who had driven with us booked straight through the hotel and we were able to put our car in her name. As for the hotel itself, it's clean, cheap, and perfectly fine for a night if you have to catch an early flight, but I'd recommend booking through the hotel itself if you want to park there. There are other options available through Hotels.com. Read moreGenuine Hotels.com guest review

"No frills. No nothing"

"never again - bugs!"
I've stay here a few times without issue. This trip though, I pulled back the comforter when I got to the room and there was a HUGE stink bug (I thought was a bed bug, later confirmed it was a stink bug) in the middle of the bed! I actually trapped the bug between two cups and took it down to the front desk. I obviously went back downstairs to get a […] refund. Neither person at the desk even apologized and couldn't have been more indifferent about the situation. I asked for a refund, and since they said it was booked on hotels.com, they couldn't do it. I had to call hotels.com and they had to call the front desk (of which, they picked up the phone and hung up the first time they tried, as I was sitting on hold with the hotels.com person trying to call them). hotels.com refunded the money, but the worst part of the whole experience is that NEITHER person at the desk apologized, or even cared about it. This is usually a less expensive option when you need a last minute place to sleep, but due to the time it was, I actually had to go back and sleep at the airport. I will NEVER stay there again and don't recommend others do either. My previous stays were fine at best, but knowing that there were probably bugs in there too, I'll be staying somewhere else or sleeping in the terminal from now on. Stuck at DFW International? We were and this hotel was perfect for our 8hr layover. We caught the free shuttle from the airport, checked in, and then walked to Denny's for a quick bite before bed. "Easy freeway access"
It was okay for a 3 night stay and the price was very affordable. We were only there to sleep and shower, but we missed not having a hair blow dryer and an ironing board with an iron. We also missed not having breakfast of any kind. Hence the very affordable price. However, it was nice to have clean towels daily!Genuine Hotels.com guest review

I definitely got a steal on this one! Found the room for a great price! The women at the front counter were nice and professional. The room was nice and clean and the area was great too. "Shuttle service is TERRIBLE!!"
I called for an airport pickup. I was told they would be there in 15-20 minutes. It took them 45 minutes. I stood out in the cold and wind waiting. I wish they would just be honest and tell you that the shuttle runs at the top of the hour or whatever time schedule it is on. Not just 15-20 minutes and you are left standing out in the cold.Genuine Expedia guest review
"What a nice surprise!"
We were there because of an ice storm and needed to fly from DFW. We never expected such a nice room for the price. We lucked out and got the 'executive suite' for no extra money, no idea why. Booking through hotels.com may have been the reason. Anyway, my opinion of RRI took a giant jump UP.Genuine Hotels.com guest review
