A fantastic hotel with great service and facilities! Well worth paying a bit extra for. Highlights: - The great choice and quality at breakfast (unlimited cava a nice touch) - Friendly, efficient service - Nice touches like champagne on arrival, a little local gift, chocolates left with turndown service. It was my partner's birthday and we found a […] lovely cake in the room without having asked. - Well equipped spa, unlimited visits included in the price. - Choice of restaurants, we only tried La Cupula so can only comment on that, but it was excellent. - Overall a lovely welcoming atmosphere, very calming and relaxing and feels like a home from home! There are some small points that could be improved upon: - Wifi in the room was patchy. Sometimes it would be fine, other times pretty much non-existent. - The hotel is located outside Corralejo, so to get to town or a good swimmable beach you will generally need taxis. There is also an unsightly partially constructed building opposite the hotel. - The outdoor heated pool could be a little warmer. - We were somewhat disappointed by our massages - they were rather weak and ineffectual and considering they were 80 euros each we didn't feel they were value for money. - Would be ideal if the hotel offered a pick up service from the airport, but perhaps that's asking too much! Fabulous hotel, for couples or families! All good. No one has mentioned how close the town is and what a great easy walk on the beach it is to get there. Would recommend to couples and families. We visited as a couple and left our 3 children at home for a 4 night stay. We will be back with our children next year. 5 star but not stuffy!

My husband and I picked this hotel for a week of complete relaxation, and it fitted the bill perfectly. The hotel is gorgeous, and the pool area was very clean and well laid out. The wireless in our room was intermittent and didnt get fixed but worked everywhere else in the hotel just fine (which is why our overall rating was a 4). It is in a great location with free bus service to the nice beaches, and a 15 min walk to the center of Corralejo. The restaurants in the hotel were also very good. The hotel offers a true 5* experience, reminiscent of the larger chain hotels whilst still retaining it's local charm, a real rarity. The rooms were immaculate, well worth the upgrade to a sea view. However the management team in reception were fabulous such as Hos'e (in reception) whom was very caring, attentive, articulate and prompt, he stands to be the star example of 5 star service as one expects to find in any 5 star hotel around the world. Buffet service- Great value for money, although evening deserts could do with individual flavours, looked fabulous mostly tasting the same therefore ok for those no any wiser to Michlin 5 star meals. More variety in fish/ meat choice over 10 days would be nicer than repetative option. Lovely hotel with excellent buffet breakfast - most important as my wife and I are both vegetarian. Didn't sample any other food in the hotel, as we prefer to eat out in local restaurants, although people we spoke to said the food was good. Given glass of Cava on arrival, and a small present was left in the room, both on arrival and again on departure. […] We hired a car for the duration of the stay, and the parking in the underground car park was free for residents. Having said that, there would have been no problem parking on the road outside, although this may be an issue in high season. The only downside for some people (not us) was that it was a 25 minute walk by road into Corralejo. Unfortunately, the promenade is only paved in the town area, and doesn't extend as far as the hotel, so if you wish to take this route into town, you are walking along the sandy beach for a good portion of the way. Ich kam mit Krücken zur Erholung in das Hotel, ohne dies jedoch vorher anzukündigen. Mir wurde sofort ein behindertengerechtes Zimmer, zentral gelegen, mit wunderschöner Aussicht angeboten. SPA und Fitnessraum sind grosszügig angelegt und bis 22.00 Uhr geöffnet. Das Fitnessprogramm ist vielseitig.

Hôtel de très bonne tenue assez bien situé. Néanmoins, pour un 5 étoiles, on pourrait s'attendre à des prestations de la meilleure tenue dans tous les domaines, ce qui n'est pas le cas. Premier point faible, l'hôtel est difficile à trouver sans un plan très détaillé, et mal indiqué sur place. Deuxième faiblesse, on fait quand même dans le tourisme de […] masse avec une clientèle moyenne. Beaucoup de familles avec enfants, ce qui gâche un peu le calme et le caractère exclusif du site. Troisièmement, la restauration principale proposée sur place consiste en un buffet répétitif où la nourriture reste d'un standard international médiocre, surtout adaptée au goût allemand, clients les plus nombreux mais à des prix prohibitifs. Les 3/4 des plats ne sont pas très bons. Les petits-déjeuners offrent un choix banal et de qualité médiocre (peu de choix de fruits pour un pays comme l'Espagne, croissants gras, saucisses grasses, café insipide...). Les autres restaurants de l'hôtel sont très chers et ouverts 50% du temps. Testé le restaurant japonais Yamatori qui est à proscrire absolument : riz mal cuit et beaucoup trop vinaigré, poissons médiocres avec peu de choix, service tenu par des stagiaires, mal assis... bien pire que dans n'importe quel petit restaurant japonais de 3e catégorie à Paris, mais au prix d'un restaurant de haut de gamme. Visiblement, le personnel ne connaît pas la cuisine japonaise du tout et fait semblant. Du coup, pas voulu essayer les autres restaurants. Read more

L'Atlantis Bahia Real di Fuerteventura è senz'altro all'altezza delle 5 stelle della sua categoria. Architettura , arredi , ampiezza delle camere , personale tutto sono di un livello ineccepibile. La cucina è ottima in tutti i suoi ristoranti , anche se i prezzi sono inevitabilmente piuttosto salati. Comunque noi d'abitudine acquistiamo solamente la […] tariffa bed & breakfast per essere liberi di mangiare dove vogliamo , scoprendo i ristoranti locali. L'unico appunto , soprattutto confrontandolo con l'altro 5 stelle , lo Sheraton di Caleta de Fuste in cui eravamo l'anno scorso , la piscina e i giardini non sono molto grandi anche se belli e ottimamenti tenuti e la spiaggia è assolutamente deludente , molto stretta e con roccette laviche nere che rendono il mare quasi inaccessibile. Infatti è sempre deserta. In compenso il parco naturale delle dune è vicinissimo ed è tra le bellezze naturali più strepitose che si possano vedere al mondo. Consigliamo caldamente l'acquisto di una camera con sea view e ovviamente il noleggio di un'auto. Senz'auto si è veramente intrappolati sia per girare l'isola che per andare a Corralejo centro che è piuttosto lontano. Read more

Esta cerca de lo que llaman las grandes playas, del parque de dunas de corralejo y muy cerca se puede coger un ferry a Lanzarote. La playa frente a la que esta el hotel no es muy buena, es de piedras. En general a todos los sitios hay que ir en coche: a comer, a pasear […] por calles comerciales, por paseos marítimos, a playas de arena fina.... Eso si, en coche las cosas estan a 10 minutos. Alles Super; lediglich zwei Bauruinen in der Nachbarschaft wirken beim ankommen etwas störend. Im Hotel merkt man davon allerdings gar nichts.
