Having stayed at the Landis Hotel in Taipei, I expected Icon to offer the same service quality or better. After checking in, no one bothered to show us to our room and introduce us to the facilites available. I booked a harbor view room for an increased price. Sure there was a view of the harbor, if you looked to the left side. Directly outside my window was the rooftop of the mall. The concierge was helpful. I had one meal at the lobby cafe. My mom ordered a chowder in bread bowl. The bread came out toasted with green mold!! How did they miss that?! Killed our appetites immediately! I've read comments comparing Icon to the Four Seasons. One of our travel companions stayed there and I had an opportunity to rest in her room during our long afternoons in Hong Kong island. The hotel is impeccable and there was definitely no mold in our food.

Decent size room for Hong Kong. Definitely not huge but plenty big enough. Nice bathroom. Perfect Kowloon location. Clean and nice

Location.
The Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong is located within the International Finance Center, directly on Victoria Harbour. The hotel is 0.3 kilometers from Exchange Square and 0.5 kilometers from the Macau Ferry Terminal.
Hotel Features.
This waterfront hotel features extensive on-site dining options. Offerings range from sophisticated French cuisine to traditional Chinese fare including Dim Sum. A poolside terrace is open for breakfast, lunch and cocktail service and the lobby bar features live music. Room service is available 24-hours a day. The full-service health spa is equipped with 17 private treatment rooms and offers massage services, body and facial treatments, beauty services, and yoga. The on-site health club has a 24-hour fitness room, fitness classes, and personal trainers. Two swimming pools, a spa tub, and a pool lounge are on site. Additionally, this property has extensive conference and banquet facilities, and offers wedding services, event catering, and audiovisual equipment. A 24-hour business center is also available for guest use and wired and wireless Internet access is available for a fee.

Each of the hotels 345 guestrooms and 54 suites is decorated with Asian and Western Influences. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer views of Victoria Harbour, Kowloon, Hong Kong, and the Peak. All rooms have marble bathrooms with separate bathtubs and shower, televisions, telephones, bathrobes, slippers, and complimentary toiletries. Standard room amenities include 42-inch televisions with DVD players, direct-dial phones with voicemail, Internet access (fees apply), minibars, and in-room safes. Housekeeping and turndown service are offered daily.

Caprice - Overlooking Victoria Harbour and the Kowloon Peninsula, this contemporary French restaurant is accented by Chinese-inspired Czech chandeliers and an open kitchen. Open daily on the sixth floor for lunch and dinner. Not suitable for children under three. This hotel was awarded a three Michelin star rating.
Lung King Heen - Serves modern Cantonese fare, including seafood and dim sum in a casual setting. Open daily for Lunch and dinner. Available for private dining. Not suitable for children under three. This hotel was awarded a three Michelin star rating.
Pool Terrace - Offers outdoor dining on the sixth floor terrace, next to the outdoor pool. Serves cocktails, smoothies, and light snacks with views of Victoria Harbour. Open daily for lunch, and on Saturday on Sunday for breakfast.
Inagiku - Traditional Japanese restaurant featuring sushi, sashimi, tempura, kaiseki, and teppankayi. Available for private dining. Open daily for lunch and dinner. Reservations required.
Blue Bar - Chic lobby-level bar serving breakfast, lunch, and 88 signature cocktails. Open daily for breakfast, lunch, evening cocktails, and live music at night.

First class hotel with a harbor view as good as any hotel in Hong Kong. Closest hotel to the Star Ferry. Staff was 'over the top' excellent with all requests, from transfers to restaurant reservations to room service. Taxis always available. Staff always greeted me by name.

"Four Seasons Hotel in HK - Royal hotel experience"
To escape from our busy schedules, me and my sister decided to treat ourselves to the beautiful habour-view room in the Four Seasons for 3 nights. The service at the hotel receptioner was friendly and very efficient. Our habour-view room is modernly decorated and the view is just...WOH....so stunning. I woke up at 6am daily to enjoy seeing the sunrise […] at the beautiful victoria harbour. The hotel is very conveiently located in the IFC mall. By the time I left the airport express, it only took me 10 minutes walking to the hotel under the bliss of air conditioner. My favourite of the hotel is their well-equipped and spacious gym. The experience is so great that I was willing to climb out of my comfortable king-sized bed every morning to work out in the gym. Our experience with the Four Seasons was so pleasant that we would definitely revisit the hotel again at our next trip to HK. Read more

"Four Seasons Hong Kong - Fabulous"
The service is great, the rooms are beautiful, the breakfast is phenomenal. nothing more to say! The only down side is the room we were in obviously had people smoke in it previously. as soon as you opened the door you could smell the odour as faint as it may be. Otherwise everything about the hotel, the staff and the service was great

One of the best city hotels in the world. Worthy of a 6 star rating with the most spectacular swimming pool and spa facility.Every aspect of the hotel is exceptional. Each stay is truly memorable.

今回はエグゼクティブスイートに宿泊。リッツカールトンのあるタワーが正面に見え、イルミネーションを楽しめます。最高の眺望の部屋でした。 日本語でのウエルカムメッセージも心憎い演出で、チェックインからチェックアウトまで本当に満足のいく内容でした。 特にこのホテルのエグゼクティブラウンジはサービス抜群で、良いワインやレストラン並みの食事が置いてあり、外で食べるのが面倒になります。 シャツやズボンの無料プレスサービス、靴磨き無料サービス等もスピーディ、しかも丁寧に仕上げてくれます。 すべてのスタッフが良く教育されており、私が訪れた数あるフォーシーズンズの中でもトップクラスです。

the hotel staffs know what i need for sure. i had a wonderful time with my daughter, who is just 3 years old. they even upgraded the room to suite, it was so roomy and fabulous! i'll defintely reserve the hotel if i go to HK next year!

交通便利，购物品牌很集中。只是酒店装修有些过时但对客人的服务很好，效率也高，而且这次大床房得到免费升级为套房让我很满意。

"隔音太差，装修已显陈旧，服务有点混乱"
订的海景双床房。下午2：30到达酒店，登记入住时被告知酒店全满，预定的房间还没有打扫好，需要我们一家人在大堂等一个小时左右。这对长途旅行之后的客人是件很难办的事情，况且我们带着孩子，而当时已经是酒店正常入住时间了。两分钟口舌之后，马上就有房间了。让人非常不解。 入住43层海景双床房，凌晨3：00开始直到4：30左右，楼上传来阵阵轰鸣，淋浴间的玻璃门都在震动，难以入睡。经投诉后声音消失。但是对声音来源酒店推说不知。害得本人凌晨身着睡衣，带着酒店服务员在走廊里四下里寻找声源。 第二天换到29层海景套房，下半夜和早上六、七点左右，房间传来硬底皮鞋（似高跟鞋）走在大理石上的咯噔咯噔的声音。连续两天都如此，每次约有一个小时。睡梦中被吵醒，难以再入睡。酒店隔音如此之差，让人无法接受。 西式房间装修 […] 的墙壁犹如敞开式办公室的低级员工隔断，浅颜色的木质加上灰布包裹的大芯板，面积差不多各占一半。中式房间墙壁贴上深色壁纸，居然是光面反光的，有些刺眼，室内灯光昏暗，卫生间似乎是人造大理石而非天然石材。装修已显陈旧，床头柜漆面开裂。浴袍很旧，领口衬布退色，袖口开裂。这次住过的两个房间内浴袍都是如此。洗浴液、洗发护发所用质量很一般。 在房间里通过酒店前台预定的外部餐厅，转眼居然查不到纪录，闹得十分尴尬。香港四季酒店评为五星应该没有问题，但肯定不是五星当中最好的。本人在香港住过的几家其他五星级酒店要好出一些，特别是隔音。 Read more

Este Hotel tanto el servicio, como la ubicacion son increibles. Lo recomiendo con los ojos cerrados, tienen tanto la estacion del metro cerca, el IFC y el Airport Express
