Hotel Colombia - Milan

Friendly staff & lots of restaurants in the surrounding area. Wireless Internet is 5 euro per stay, but couldn't get it to connect on the 3rd floor. When we inquired at the front desk, they told us that the signal strength is the best on the 5th floor. Overall a very good hotel.

This is high quality hotel within about 5-10 minutes walk from central station. It was easy to find and the staff were friendly and efficient (and speak English!). The room was clean and the internet fast. It was nice to have those little extra touches, like slippers provided and glass glasses. This hotel is extremely convenient for the train station and the staff were extremely welcoming. the hotel is actually in good condition, perhaps recently refurbished. however we had two incidents that would mean you should be careful if you stay there. firstly they wanted to charge us for internet despite it being included in our booking (first time they refused and wanted to charge us, second time we got the password) - then we were overcharged […] for city tax, despite asking questions we were told we had to pay double the correct price (we only found out the correct price later after we left milan). A great hotel within 2 mins walk of Central station, Milan. The room was very clean and comfortable. The air con unit was struggling to keep the room ice cold at night (it was around 23 degrees at night in September). The staff are really helpful and friendly. Almost as central you can be in the city centre, practical and close to the central station, but not a dodgy area. Rooms nice and clean, so the bathroom, but not a 4 star hotel. Far too warm in the room, and fan/air condition did not work. And there was a machine room or something like that under or next to the room that created too much noise during […] the night, almost not possible to sleep! Rent och fräscht hotell som ligger 100 meter från centralstation. Inte säker på om det är rätt läge egentligen då jag inte kan milano utan vara där på kort affärsmöte endast. Dock var hotellet rent och trevligt med vänlig och hjälpsam personal.

Hotellet var rent och fräscht och låg bara ett stenkast från centralstationen. Rummen var enkla men rena och fräscha. Eftersom jag endast vistades en natt och har extremt dålig koll på milano misstänker jag att läget inte är det roligaste. Omkring hotellet finns inget speciellt... Men rent fräscht och till en bra peng.

La localizzazione è ottima ma non è assolutamente un 4 stelle. Il disinteresse del personale quando abbiamo avuto bisogno, la fretta per togliere le cose dalla sala colazione dalle cameriere, sono punti molto negativi poiché una struttura che non punta sul lusso in camera deve fare almeno attenzione al servizio di qualità. La camera non ha il bidet, […] è spartana e le lenzuola erano bucate. Durante la notte il mio ragazzo è sceso a chiedere un po' di miele perché stava male e il disinteresse del portiere di notte che diceva di non poter fare niente che era tutto chiuso è stato deludente. In qualsiasi 4 stelle ormai ci sono i bollitori in camera con la possibilità di farsi almeno una tisana. Questo albergo non lo consiglierò a nessuno e ovviamente cercherò un'altra struttura quando tornerò a Milano. Read more

위치는 중앙역에서 도보로 5분 정도 소요됩니다. 다만 입간판이 작아서 잘 눈에 띄지 않아 헤맬수 있습니다. 호텔은 깨끗하고 조용한 편이었고, 간단한 아침식사였지만 맛있었어요. 한가지 아쉬운 점이 있다면 많이 추웠다는 점.. 그 외에는 대체로 만족합니다. 아.. 와이파이 사용료가 5유로입니다.

Definetly not what you expect from a 4 star hotel. Room had a smell of cigarettes. We had the car parked in "their" garage for 25€ 24h. They would park it and bring it back. When we wanted to leave in the morning 0700 the hotel couldn't reach the garage. But it should just be around the corner. We decided to walk there and pick it up ourselves. Once […] we arrived at the garage, which was more 800m away, nobody was there. After 30 min somebody arrived but our car was not there. So another waiting and phoning until somebody came driving the car from another garage. We left 0830, 1.5h later then expected. Not a good way to start the day. Veldig hyggelig betjening og god service. Rommene rene og hotellets bakhage var veldig koselig. Vi kom dessverre i den første varmeperioden for året og aircondition var ikke slått på enda, det gjorde rommet veldig varmt, i tillegg til at rommet var ganske lite. Ellers flott hotell for lite penger!

スタッフの感じはとてもよかったので、あまり悪いことは書きたくないのですが、正直な感想を述べておきます。駅近の4つ星ホテルとのことで予約したものの、私の印象では3つ星程度に思われました。 部屋がシングルとはいえ、かなり狭く、また建物も古く、インテリアも質素というか味気なく、部屋の貴重品入れは故障していたのにまずがっかりしました。確かに予約時にバスタブがあるなしは確認し忘れたのですが、4つ星でこの値段でシャワー（ちょっと狭い）だけというのも減点ポイントでした。また、朝食もオレンジジュースが100％でない、オレンジドリンクだったり、パンが固かったりと、平均点以下でした。 星の数は設備の新しさ、綺麗さでなく、バーやレストラン、その他の設備の有無から決まるのでしょうか？このホテルでいいと思った少な […] い点の1つは、地下にマシンのあるジムがあったことでしょうか（使用しない人には意味ないですが）。 前回ミラノに来たときは、やはり駅近の3つ星ホテルに泊まりましたが、設備の新しさや朝食の内容はこちらの方がよかった気がします。ただ、場所は中央駅からすぐで、空港からのバスの到着場所からも近いので、夜遅い到着の場合は便利かもしれません。 Read more

10月の下旬にこのホテルに滞在しました。 ミラノ中央駅からとても近く、アクセスしやすいです。また、周囲に遅くまで食事のできるところやBancomatなどもあり、便利でした。 最初、セキュリティボックスが施錠されたままになっていたり、開いたと思ったらロックがかからなかったりと小さなトラブルもあり、何度もフロントへ行くハメになりましたが、こちらの怪しい英語にもフロントの方もベルボーイの方もスムーズに対応してくださり、最終的には問題なく滞在することができました。

Hotel Colombia is een net hotel. De kamers zijn niet al te groot maar de faciliteiten zijn in orde. De airco leek niet erg veel nut te hebben maar ondanks de 32+ graden buiten was het op de kamer wel te doen - misschien is het wat minder prettig in juli en augustus. Ontbijt is goed verzorgd en het personeel is vriendelijk.
