I was pleasantly surprised. I thought if I'm paying for a cheap room, it would look 'cheap' as well. Absolutely the opposite. My flight arrived a few hours before check in and they were able to find a room for me. The room was great. Clean and roomy. Pillows were way too soft for me, but overall I would definitely stay there again. Easy access to highway, and lots of places to pick up a quick bite to eat. No complaints about this place.

My daughter and I had a nice stay and we got a wonderful recommendation for a nearby restaurant. The Hampton Inn always has consistent, prompt service and I always feel welcome.

Good value. Smaller room but very adequate for 2 people. All we could expect for the lower cost of the room.

Situated in Webster, Super 8 Webster Ny is in the suburbs and area attractions include Seabreeze Amusement Park, Stone Tolan House Museum, and Rochester Auditorium Theater. Additional area attractions include George Eastman House and Memorial Art Gallery.

"Wonderful stay"
The hotel attendants were very helpful w/ every request that we had during our stay. They even printed directions for us to get where we're going. The only thing bad is the coffee maker was a little filthy, nothing a little soap and water couldn't cure.

"Great little motel and getaway!"
Cean,Comfortable rooms, Accomodating staff and nice strong WI-FI signal here in the 'bowlers motel". Directly next store to one of the NICEST AMF lanes I have ever seen, values abound here. I come here often on business and it always becomes a pleasurable experience! So many restaurants and stores nearby it is dizzying!
Typical Super 8, free breakfast with limited choices, and adequate rooms. Good for passing through!
I booked two smoking rooms and they assigned me one smoking and one non smoking. The hotel also would not credit my card for one of the rooms and charge our other parties credit card for it. They said to take it up with Hotels.com as far as the room mess up was concerned. What do you want for the price.......
"WEBSTER NY"
THIS HOTEL IS IN NEED OF UPDATING. I HAD A SMOKE FREE ROOM BUT THE MINUTE I WALKED OUT OF MY ROOM I WAS HIT WITH SMOKE. THE ENTRANCE WAS ALSO BAD. THE DESK CLERK DID NOT TURN AND LOOK AT ME WHEN I APPROACHED THE DESK. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE.

"Hotel Needs Updating"
Heater was Noisy and did not work well, Toilet was leaking so you could hear it filling up all night.

"Bed was bad....."
Hotel was fine for the money. Main complaint was dust bunnies behind all the tables and we could feel the springs poking us from the mattress. Bed linens were threadbare and had small holes in them. Bathroom was very clean and relatively updated.

The overall effect of this place is sort of run down. Also, the receptionist was not very friendly on the night that we arrived. It was like we were taking her away from something important. All of the other staff were fine.

"Uncomfortable beds, but good location"
The beds were lumpy and unsupportive, and the toilet had black mold growing in it, but the staff was extremely friendly, and the location was very nice- comedy club, bowling alley, strip mall all within walking distance.

Worth fee's charged. Will become my go to destination for the entire area as it is well located. Breakfast bar was a very pleasant surprise, and the reception and housekeeping staff were very pleasant and helpful.

"My bags still smell bad"
Our room was categorized as "non" smoking. It smelled terrible. So much in fact, my travel bags still smell like smoke. They must have recently painted our room because there was an over powering smell of fresh paint. If the smell didn't give it away, the dust and residue all over the bathroom sure did. I went to grab the shower curtain and my hand […] was covered in white dust, like someone sanded and didn't clean up afterwards. I paid a very small amount for the room, but I learned my lesson. "decent place to stay"
hotel was older but wasn't in terrible shape. the room was clean but not spotless. it was older carpet and older furniture. but the price is very low so it's a good value.

"Good but some concerns"
Overall I enjoyed my stay however there were a few concerns. The first was that the internet was not working for most of my stay despite ample time for them to fix it. The second and more significant concern was that when the lock on my door did not work, the solution was to give me a copy of the hotel's master key. Very quiet, comfortable room. Beds are a bit soft. Would stay again.
This hotel was convenient and comfortable. It had a refrigerator and hairdryer in the room which we were not expecting. It was also spotlessly clean, even the corners in the bathroom. We would definitely stay here again.
"the sheets were disgusting"
we pulled back the covers and right in the middle of the sheet was a large brown stain - the carpet was worn and had several stains - unfortunately we got in very late and otherwise we would have left. we slept on top of the sheets and checked out as early as we could.

"Good for a place to rest your head"
Ran out of toilet paper and tissues, continental breakfast was cheap, hotel was old, but clean enough, front desk girl went out of her way and helped me with mapquest because there was no community computer. Different front desk girl accomodated us with additional pillows, which were flat.

Clean. staff helpful when help requested. Problems: - No as advertised HBO - TV video froze on several occasions on different channels, some for extended periods of time (1 hr or more) - A road map of the local area would have been helpful.

This hotel was smokey and filthy. The bathroom was very dirty, the shower curtain had smudges all over and smelled like urine. "COULD USE BREAKFAST ROOM/TABLES"
The hotel had a large lobby area with the breakfast bar in the corner. There were no table and chairs to use while having breakfast so you had no choice but to take your food back to your room. Just not a very convenient arrangement.

"Smoking Room"
We reserved a non-smoking room, and were given a smoking room. We asked for a non-smoking room, but there was not one available; although we did not see/hear any guests from the rooms across the hall from us that were non-smoking. Our stay was awful. Never again.

"Good value"
This was a no-frills good value hotel, but don't count on using the ice machine or soda machine. Neither worked while we were there.The staff is pleasant and the location is quiet with easy access to restaurants and mall stores.

"I don't recommend this motel"
Our room was ok but the mattress was so lumpy and gave no support to our backs at all. The top comforter had stains on it also.

The desk people were very friendly..The rooms are not sound proof...could hear coughing & walking from neighboring rooms to the side & above...Room was OK for the price for only a couple nights.
